Business Owner

Brad Malkin, President, is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996, where he began his career in mortgage banking and soon became a consistent top producer, closing over $ 2 billion in loans during that time. Brad has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage lending business and has transitioned into executive leadership without sacrificing his high production levels. Brad has served on the board of the Southern Nevada and State Mortgage Bankers Association as a Director and Vice President.

Using his resources and his skills, Brad has access to the widest array of loan programs available. His primary goal is to earn the client’s business and turn them into a customer for life. While Brad is highly skilled, he gives credit to adding value to people’s lives and providing accurate and transparent communication as his core values.

Brad is the proud father of three children.
