Purchased a router from a different location. The router didn’t work with my service provider, so I exchanged it for another. Didn’t work either. I tried to return the router at the S Eastern location, because it’s closer to my house. Since I only had the exchange receipt and not the original, they told me it was impossible. I searched everywhere and couldn’t find it. So finally I went back to the first Office Max explaining my whole story, and how I didn’t want to waste $ 180 on a router that didnt work. Once I was done with my story, it took the associate less than a minute to return the item for the full price. She apologized, because she knew this could have been done at the Eastern location closer to my home.

I have been to this location for copying and printing orders a number of times the last month. I have found their staff to be fast and very good to work with. Melissa Castro is the best!
