Established in 2009.

In 2009, Aqua Blue Plumbing, LLC established Oracle Plumbing expanding its operations to include commercial contracting and residential contracting and specialized construction services. This is accomplished by establishing strong business relationships with the client, teaming partners, and suppliers. Oracle developed its construction operation by evaluating the needs of the existing corporate client base, the services that could be provided through in-​house capabilities, and the flexibility required to meet other client’s immediate and long-​term needs. In particular, Oracle was established to provide a quality product, on-​time, within budget, and in compliance with its contractor’s licenses.

Mr. Hartshorn has more than 28 years Plumbing and Mechanical experience. He is a third generation plumber. Oracle was established with the goal on becoming the premier family-​owned Plumbing and Mechanical company in the Las Vegas Valley. His primary objective is to build a team of professionals that would promote the quality of services needed to support the valley’s continued growth. Founded on a team of highly-​experienced, respected personnel and supported by an infrastructure to that meets the needs of our Federal, State, municipal, commercial, and private-​sector clients.
