Oxi Fresh of Las Vegas Carpet Cleaning

A friend from California highly recommended OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning so I contacted the company in Las Vegas. We don’t use our shoes in the house, so my 8 year old carpets looked good except for a few stains from my young kids. After the cleaning, my carpets were much brighter and the stains were gone! Except, the next morning I noticed my home office still had the outline of the carpet chair mats. The afternoon shadows made it difficult for both Justin (the technician) and I to see this. The next day I contacted Justin, who stopped by that evening to take care of the problem. I give 5 stars to this company because 1) Justin came back the next day and worked late to fix the problem, and 2) my carpets turned out beautifully clean with a rapid drying time. Thanks for a great job, Justin!

Our carpets are made of that material that gets super flat and really shows traffic patterns. I vacuum all the time, but I never feel like the house looks clean because the carpets look so wretched! Last time I had them cleaned, I used a company that does the traditional soap and water method. The carpets looked better… temporarily… But they were wet for hours and not even a week later, they looked bad again. I have been putting off scheduling another cleaning because I hate to spend the money and not get the results I want. I decided next time I would try one of the low residue methods. I was leaning toward trying Zerorez, until I was referred to OxiFresh by a neighbor. I called Justin Ruiz to schedule an appointment. He was so nice on the phone, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Justin arrived right on time. He was so courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable having him there. I was buried under a pile of work, so I sat at my laptop and let Justin do his thing. First he cleaned the sofa, which is made from a delicate material that my husband was terrified of cleaning for fear of damaging the material. Justin made it look brand new. As for the carpets, they were fully dry less than an hour after the cleaning was completed. They smell amazing, and the texture is so much nicer. I may or may not have laid on the floor and made carpet snow angels. Don’t judge me.
Pros: Very professional, thorough, knowledgeable. Arrived on time, friendly and courteous, very reasonably priced, carpets look AMAZING, sofa upholstery looks so much better that I no longer want to cry when I look at it.
Cons: I wish I could travel back in time and call them sooner.

I chose OxiFresh to clean the carpets in my rental property. As a landlord having clean carpets for my tenants is a priority! Couple years ago, I used a Carpet Cleaner Company, and was moderately pleased with the results Earlier this year my wife and I wanted to try something different, and gave William Dibos of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning to do my cousins 6 bed room home, and he did a really great job at a reasonable price. We were so impressed with his method and results, so we had him to clean our 3 bed room home. I am pleased to refer William to family and friends, without hesitation.

Oxi Fresh did a really good job with the carpet stains in my condo that I hadn’t had cleaned since I moved in 10 years ago. Will was very professional and was able to get everything spotless. All the stains came out (even on my stairs) and some dog urine that had been in my closet for years is hardly visible (to which Will was confident he could get the little remaining color out). Just a little over an hour later, the carpets were dry and everything smelled fresh. It’s awesome that there aren’t any harmful chemicals filling up your house either. Totally recommend this company — they do a great job, have a great product, and are really good guys.

This company is great! Justin was awesome! He is professional, timely and knowledgeable of the product. We had spilt nail polish on the carpet and it all came out beautiful! The carpets looked amazing afterward and still looks great a month later. The carpets dried very quickly and we could get back to normal within a few hours. I will definitely use Oxi Fresh and Justin again!

I used this company to clean my condo’s carpets for move out inspection, the results were fantastic! Justin was super professional and showed up right on time, he even offered to come in early to help me out. I had several problem areas, pet stains and a few bright red spots that I thought would never come out. But he was able to remove each of the stains and all of the carpet looked wonderful! I really like that this organization is environmentally friendly and doesn’t need to waste a ton of water like other carpet cleaning companies to get the job done! Not only are they responsible and earth conscious, the drying time only takes an hour or so, much more efficient than other companies. I highly recommend Justin and his team, they care about doing a good job and it shows!

I used OxiFresh for upholstery cleaning on my dinning room chairs. I was ready to throw them away, however, after they were cleaned they now look like new. I will be using them for my carpets next! The technician, Justin was on time and very nice. I highly recommend OxiFresh!
