Palms Casino Resort

After fumbling our way to the correct parking garage (there are two) my husband and I were waiting in line to check-​in exhausted after a long day of driving and a tall, well dressed model-​esque woman walked up behind us and one of the clerks waved her over. I realize that we don’t fit the «standard» Vegas look but our money spends the same. Set the tone for the next 24/​hrs.
Food court was filthy. The McDonalds was a mess and the workers in general looked and acted like they would rather get a root canal than deal with the public.
Hotel reeks like cigarette smoke! This was also the case with our non-​smoking room.
Lights in bathroom framing the sink worked sporadically, and considering that part of the «resort fee» is for coffee and a newspaper, it would have been nice to have all the coffee supplies and get the actual paper.
Music is screaming loud in the parking garage and was dirty. Overall, the older building (where we had our room) was dated and gross. We won’t be back!

You are the «IT» hotel during the MTV’s Real World days. It sounds so cool to be seen here. While it is nice then, it seems it’s time to hand over the crown to some other hotels that are deserving. The 15 minute have fizzled.
Some of the slot machines are dusty which I find weird.
The big question is, how long will you stay afloat if your prices are still the same as the ones on the Strip without much «fun and glitz»? 3 – 5 years?
Please keep the Ghostbar. It’s still nice.

In my 20 plus years in Las Vegas I have had some interesting experiences. Some questionable service. Some less than good food. Less than satisfactory accommodations, but I have never been disrespected and lied to as I was at the Palms Hotel.
So here’s the play by play.
I decided to throw my wife a belated birthday party.
The plan was to surprise her so I booked the King pin suite at the Palms. The suite is pretty big and is centered around 2 bowling lanes. So for us simple thinkers. This is a little bowling alley on the 25^th floor of a hotel. Great idea I thought.
So I booked the room and explained that we were throwing a party. Ordered all the food from the n9ne steakhouse, fantastic place by the way, and kept the big secret from my lovely wife.
So to make a long drawn out story short I convinced my wife we were going to a concert, Styx, that was playing at the pearl. We entered the room. The surprise was perfect and off to the races. We were having a blast.
The butler Gus was fantastic. We were bowling, had a Dj playing fantastic music. Drinking eating having fun. Until it happened.
Now mind you we are at the Palm. Known for its young party scene and crowd. And we are in a suite that is made for party’s.
At exactly 12am. Just as we are in the middle of a pretty intense game of team bowling a security Gaurd Knocks on the door. I am tapped by one of my guests and they say to me, security needs you in the hall. I agreed and went to the hall where I was told that I needed to stop bowling because the guest below the room were complaining. I pretty much told the security Gaurd that I would not stop. I secured this room for a birthday party and the bowling lanes are a big reason why we used this suite. So he explained to me it wasn’t him it was the front desk manager that had told him to shut us down. So I told him to bring the manager up. He left.
About 15 minutes later, the manager shows up with 2 security guards. Probably because I was such a threat.
She said that we had an agreement. It expired at midnight and we needed to stop the party because of the noise from bowling. I said no. I won’t. And then The security Gaurd said well we will call the cops.
Let’s put this into perspective. I bought a suite with a bowling alley spent in excess of 17k on room food and drinks. I am throwing a party at the well known party hotel in Vegas. And the management shuts down my party at midnight. Actually that not true. They, because I objected gave me until 1 am because I told them the bartender extended till 1.
So after the second incident with the front desk manager and the security spooking us, every one of my guests left.
So let me say this. I am not going to let this go. I’m not a rock band or some celebrity. I’m not a athlete. I’m a 49 year old fairly conservative businessman who loves to make his wife happy. My friends that were at the party were cops, realtors, teachers, business people, and politicians. Believe it or not I had no thugs, musicians, felons. Nobody broke anything. Nobody was streaking in the halls. Just a good group of people having a good time.
This is a really interesting note. Shows what liars they are. They told me that the people in the room below complained. There were no people below us. I checked with the front desk in the morning. They also said my contract said that my party ended at midnight therefore we needed to stop at midnight. Another lie. No time on contract and in fact, there was no info on time whatsoever.
So here’s what you have to ask yourself. Would I spend my hard earned money to throw an event at the Palms hotel to have it destroyed by some idiot desk manager and there security goons. My guess would be you would never want that to happen. Not only embarrassing but a total waist of money.
Hope this helps anyone considering the Palm.
And for you Palm hotel employees that are in charge of reputation management. I will not stop making sure everyone knows about my horrific experience at your hotel. It is my mission. Your employees who destroyed my wife’s birthday can be thanked for the coming years of bad press that I will make sure you get.

Big mistake palms. Big mistake.

While probably in the minority, I truly believe the Palms Casino Resort is one of the best hotels in Las Vegas, especially value-​wise. Over the years, I have stayed at the Palms over a dozen times, and the rooms in the both the Fantasy Tower and the Ivory Tower are consistently clean and fresh. While the Ivory Tower is the newer tower from a renovation standpoint and has funky colors, I also enjoy the Fantasy Tower rooms because they have bathtubs with jets to have a nice soak. And the value of the rooms can’t be beat, especially when they offer complimentary breakfast or other amenities.
I see there are a lot of complaints regarding the check-​in process, and I guess it really comes down to who’s working and how many people there are. Every time I’ve checked in, I’ve waited less than 10 minutes, and if you get DJ (who is one of the best employees in this entire establishment), you will get a real treat with his professionalism and his helpfulness.
Yes, there’s the standard Las Vegas resort fee of $ 25 + tax, but it only serves as an extra incentive to use the state-​of-​the-​art gym at Drift with great machines and free weights. They also have a decent food court area for cheap eats as well as a movie theater for additional entertainment.
Overall, Palms can’t be beat! My only semi-​complaint is that I wish they would «honor» their loyal hotel guests as much as those gambling in the casino with the free giveaways on the weekends, etc., but I guess we are not the top priority which is understandable for a casino.
Regardless, enjoy your stay and time!

We stay at the Palms every year before our big developer event. This review is for current condition of hotel, which has been heavily renovated.
The rooms are decent and the beds comfortable, kind of upper-​right range for Vegas hotels. The hotel has gotten cleaner, but casino still feels dirty at times. Other hotels also do better job of filtering smoke. It does have some fantastic suites.
The restaurants are all very good, particularly nove. It is not a good sports book. The usually have five people who only take track bets standing around, then a line if you want to make a sports bet.
Before booking, be aware it is far off the steip.

So this is my first time ever staying here and it will not be the last. Stayed here on 12÷26÷15 it was well worth it. Pulling up to the valet it was all smiles despite the cold. They check to make sure you are at the right tower and they look at a list. I was not on it (I booked the room via third party) They told me to just call while they wait for me. Got the issue fixed and they lead me in to the check in desk. Once again smiles all around and fast service. They also honored my request for a room on the 17^th floor or below (my girlfriend has a fear of heights).
We kind of got lost on the way to elevator and once again someone from the staff saw the lost look on our faces and lead us to the elevator.
Once in the room, it was the best one I have stayed in Vegas. For the price and the awesome view I could not believe it. I got to see the strip and the mountains. The jacuzzi tub and the bed make the room so worth it. Very clean all around and nothing extra like most of these reviews say. Just a heads up don’t mess around with the mini bar if just breathe on it too hard it will think you moved it and it will charge you.
Once on the casino I was looking for a bill breaker and I asked a staff member. Not only did they show us were they also broke down the casino layout telling us where all the games were located.
This casino was a breath of fresh air compare to others I will be coming back ignore the other bad reviews they don’t know jack S#%T

We picked this hotel for its close proximity to Chinatown, Koreatown, etc. We stayed for two nights starting Christmas Eve.
My disappointment with the Palms started at Check-​In. Even though there were open attendants at the desk, they directed us to wait for the one person that was checking people in. Maybe they were on break? They were just standing there, chatting with each other. When other guests walked up to them, they also told them to stand in line behind us and wait for the, apparently, only person capable of checking guests in.
The man that checked us in was very nice. When we got to our room, neither key card worked. So we called down to the lobby and they assured us security would send up new keys. When security arrived, they asked for our keys to double check to see if it would work. It didn’t. So they opened the door with their master key. They then instructed us to go back down to the lobby to get new keys. I said that I was told he would bring up our new keys. He gave a big sigh like it was such an inconvenience and said he wished the front desk would have said something to him. Um… I wish they would have too!
The room was clean, no complaints there. But later that night, there was no running water. I called down and they said that they would check on it. They called back and said that the water was turned off due to a leak in another room and that it should be turned on soon. That’s totally fine. But I wish they would have informed the guests of that when the water was turned off.
Then, when the water was finally turned on, the drain was clogged. It would drain VERY slowly. We let the hotel know, they said they would look into it. But to my knowledge, no one came by to fix it while we stayed there. The shower took so long for the water to turn hot. It stayed lukewarm for about 3 – 4 minutes before it finally turned semi hot. (After the 2^nd time of waiting, I finally timed it to see how long it would take for the water to turn hot.) After being semi-​hot in the shower, the water would finally turn blistering hot. And turning the knob down didn’t help. So then the knob would need to be turned all the way to the cold, which of course then caused the water to be freezing cold.
I let the front desk know about the shower and the drain situation, thinking that they would want to fix it for the next guests. All they said was that they didn’t hear of any similar issues from other guests. Ok then.
To summarize, the location was convenient for us. We just wish the service was a little bit more up to par.

Honestly, part of me wishes that I wasn’t writing this review and I wavered between giving the Palms one or two stars. However, I have settled with one as I continue to recount my experience. This was my first time staying at the Palms and I have to say it was quite a disappointment. I’ll break down the my review in sections.
Front Desk/​Check In:
I booked a room for three nights. The check-​in process was okay, albeit very slow. While I was in line (around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday) there were only about 4 of us in line (four total check-​ins that is, looked larger with couples and families). There were 4 employees working at check-​in, yet it still took about 20 minutes for me to check in. Upon check in, I was provided with a badly printed, and poorly cut, slip of paper with directions to access the hotel wi-​fi. The employee was somewhat curt with me throughout the check in process; I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I figured that since check in was at 3 p.m. and they may have had to deal with a crowd for a while (true or not). Unfortunately he also got a little snarky when I asked where the tower with my room was and what direction I needed to go to get there.
Room:
When I got to my room, it looked decent. The stone flooring walking in was nice, the bed was nice, the restroom was large (with a jet tub), and the closet was a good size to keep bags and clothing in good shape. However, this is where it ends.
The television seemed as if it was from the first generation of flat screen televisions and there was a delay while trying to change the channels.
When I decided to give the tub a spin, I was greeted with a less than stellar experience. Only a couple of the jets seemed to work and worse, a clump of hair — which was not mine — started to circulate around the tub. Although I don’t necessarily blame housekeeping for this, it was still not a great experience.
The «complimentary» wi-​fi was terrible. The speed was identified as 1 Mbps, but I got nowhere near that. The other issue is: if you plan on streaming a movie, show, or music at the end of the night or in the morning, it’s not going to happen. I am being a little facetious with the term complimentary because it is included as part of the $ 25 resort fee — thus, it is not complimentary.
Casino Floor:
The casino itself has several options. Being a slot player, I was pretty happy with my options. Unfortunately, that is where it ended on the casino floor. Drink service was pretty bad — granted it was Sunday evening. But it seemed especially poor and slow. As the evening continued on to the night, the drink service got even worse and no cocktail waitress ever even came by (although I tip decently). Even as the cocktail waitress gave me a drink, there was definitely a sense of an attitude. There was a point where I finally gave up on getting a drink around 9 p.m.
Note: I should qualify this by saying, I was playing near the Hooters side of the casino floor. While I was playing by the Club Palms area and the food court area, drink service was better.
I freely admit that I am a pretty heavy slot player and normally play for hours; in this case, there was little difference and I easily logged in over 8 hours of play, despite the poor drink service, snarky attitudes, and the occasional vagrant propped next to me.
Check Out:
I had a small issue and went to the front desk to ask a question (I was playing in the casino anyhow). As I got in line, it began to grow behind me. No one seemed to care much about professionalism or speed of service. Although I was the second person in line, it still took over 15 mins to speak to an employee. During this interaction, the front desk employee was very rude and short with me. It pretty much rode on the level of condescension masked with a little bit of scripted professional language — thus, not professional at all. Mind you, this all occurred in less than 12 hours of my arrival at the Palms.
Unfortunately, the combination of all of these factors led to my decision that I needed to check out and find a room elsewhere with a more professional staff and bearable level of customer service. Thankfully, as I reached this decision, it was Monday morning so I wasn’t concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find another hotel room.
I proceeded to check out two days early. The front desk employee did not ask me how my stay was or go through any of the usual pleasantries (I was one of two people in line and there were two employees). No interaction whatsoever, aside from some basic canned responses but still not quite «good» customer service. I felt as if I were in somewhat of a parallel universe while interacting with the staff at the Palms. So this morning, I went down the street to the Rio and got a room.
Honestly, I had discounted the bad reviews I saw elsewhere. Oh boy am I eating crow. Way too many bad attitudes and staff with an undeserved sense of accomplishment. Maybe I will consider the Palms again, but not now.

Stayed for three nights on Christmas Eve to see the family. Our room was clean and modern with a non-​redneck crowd unlike the Rio The Palms is close to my younger brother’s condo, and his business in Spring Mountain. So the location barely had any traffic unlike the Strip. We just valet our car and took Lyft car service for all our transportation means — avoid Über. For last minute dinner, walk over to Café 6 using the Skytube over at the Palms Place. You can order take-​out or eat in. It’s the better option than the greasy and fattening Eatery food court. Or the 24 hrs. Café and Hooters.
My only cons is the following —
— Housekeeping isn’t quite effective with taking care of your room when you walk out. The room will still be un-​tidy when you return at night. Call housekeeping as a friendly reminder when you’re ready to step out so it’s official.
— Mini bar charges will show up in your bill if you move any of the soft drinks. The fridge has a magnetic sensor connected by ethernet. So DON’T TOUCH ANY OF THE MINI BAR ITEMS! If this happens to you call Front Desk to explain the situation. Don’t get emotional or upset just be casual so Front Desk will assist to remove the charges. You can see daily charges on your HDTV interactive account to be eagle eyed on «hidden» charges.
— The resort fee is un-​escapable for $ 28 daily. So take advantage of the hotel shuttle to the Forum Shop till 8PM. Use the gym, bring work out clothes. Grab USAToday at the Concierge and read the paper over breakfast. Use the pool when the weather is warm.
— New owners and management is cheap and penny pinchers. They’ll find a scheme to nickel and dine their operation.

LOCALS BEWARE! The hotel was nice, I’d easily have given it 4 stars BUT to charge locals a $ 250 deposit, outrageous.

The Palms really stood out upon opening (’97?) and has retained a solid standing among locals’ casinos. I’d love if it was closer to me so I could go more often.
I recently went for their annual toy drive promotion ($ 10 slot play for a $ 10 toy) after doing it last year and winning $ 50! They deserve props for holding that toy drive. They have a decent selection of slots/​video poker and a popular player’s club with lots of promos.
Over the years, they have remodeled quite a bit, adding Hooter’s recently, closing Playboy Club and adding a whiskey bar. I’ve had drinks at the whiskey bar and it was impressive! They have a nice variety of restaurants and also a food court & movie theater. I’ve seen some shows at The Pearl theater and it’s one of the best venues we have!

Mr Man and I stayed here in a beautiful TOENAIL SUITE, commonly known as the Ivory Suite, but ours came with extra amenities!
I spent HOURS looking for the perfect suite. We are Vegas locals and celebrating something special. Imagine you are in an amorous kind of mood and you step on a toenail clipping. It’s not yours and it’s not his. What do you do? Go on a toenail scavenger hunt. Which let me say produced more toenail clippings than the two of you have toes put together. I think there was a toenail clipping convention in our suite. They were in our living room and all along the bed. I found a shard of metal. Clothing tags, a hair tie, broken plastic from a CD case and these things are hanging out in plain view.
I paid $ 228.00 for this room. I expected it to be vacuumed sometime in the last week. I took many lovely photos of the extras so I could show the manager upon check out.
When I checked out I mentioned to the registration clerk about the room… I also mentioned at this time I am a local and a TRAVEL AGENT! (Travel Agent getting a dirty room with lots of other hotels available… let’s let that sink in…). My resort fee was waived… gee thanks! I paid for a dirty suite for a celebration. The manager offered me lunch at the buffet. Um… no was there last night, that was disappointing as well. Then offered me upon my next stay a $ 50.00 food credit. Excuse me??? You think I am coming back and taking my chances? This is where you offer a comped room, it doesn’t have to be a suite, but come on! This is the Palms not the Super 8. The manager said that this was housekeeping’s problem. No. It’s your problem.
As a travel agent where do think I am going to recommend? NOT THE PALMS. I told the manager that and she seemed unfazed.

For freshest perspective, I’ve pasted my post-​survey feedback:
It is never fun completing surveys like this with such negative feedback, but I think it’s fair for your staff to know…
— Upon check-​in, our group waited in line for 17 minutes while one Front Desk Agent was allowing a guest without efficient funds take up his station. The other Front Desk Agent was acting as a Concierge offering waaayyy too much information ON Vegas (not just the Palms). The other Front Desk Agent seemed to be a bit more speedy, but still didn’t move his guests for that entire 17 minutes either. Firstly, the guests who couldn’t pay should have been dealt with elsewhere, by a manager, and not holding up the line at 11pm. Secondly, the female agent who was acting as a Concierge was confronted about this and she still continued. We specifically asked her to check them in and check us in. She is NOT a Concierge, she is a Front Desk Agent. Our check-​in took 4 minutes. What the heck was the hold up with the other guests? We missed our party bus to the Strip thanks to this.
— We get into our room… there is residue COVERING the bathroom sink with two huge pieces of curly hair sitting in the sink. Our room was not cleaned, beds were striped and that’s all. I could almost guarantee it. I called down to discuss this and they didn’t say anything at all, they simply put me on hold and transferred me to Housekeeping without a word that she was transferring me! I explained we were already late and could not wait for someone to clean our room at 11pm! Also, our bathroom was stocked with only TWO towels for the entire weekend.
— Our air conditioner BARELY worked. We couldn’t even enjoy our «partial view» because we had to keep our blackout curtains closed to keep the sun heat out.
— We had leftovers from our first night there so called down to locate a microwave — either in a public area or for our room. The phone rang for 8 minutes before the Front Desk picked up. He transferred me to Room Service and they said it would be 20 minutes before delivering it to the room. No cost was mentioned. They just said they would bring one up. After 25 minutes went by, I called Room Service and it went straight to voicemail? So I called the Front Desk and the phone rang for 3 minutes this time. He said «That’s strange» and then transferred me again. Room Service explained «I am sorry you feel this is taking too long, but our microwaves usually cost $ 30 and we are waiving this for you… so they are still trying to locate a free one.» What does that even mean? So because you didn’t disclose the $ 30 cost to me on our initial call, now I am to wait more time? That is absolutely NOT how this works! Additionally, why did you want until AFTER the 20 minute ETA to tell me about the cost and/​or where the heck they’re at?
— Saturday afternoon we went to the pool. We switched seating areas twice with hope to have a server. The first area was to the right side in front of Hooters. The server passed us four times without a greeting or taking our order. We then moved to the middle island bed loungers. We were immediately approached by a bouncer person to tell us we could sit there with a two drink minimum (which is more than fine IF we get a server to order from). We were there for 25 minutes, again, the server never approached us, greeted us, or took our drink order. We left and took our business elsewhere.
— We called to get an extended check-​out. We were told Saturday night to call after 6am… so we did. She said she could give us one extra hour before a $ 40 charge. Between 10am — 12pm, **three** housekeepers knocked on our door to ask when we were leaving. Not one… not two… but three times. There went the extra sleep we needed. Do you guys not put out a daily report illustrating extended stays?
— This is petty but again, something your staff should be conscious of. We checked our luggage with the Belldesk. He only gave us one ticket for both bags and said the second bag would receive a sticker on top of the luggage to mark the «combo». When we got the luggage later, they put the sticker on our custom luggage tags and now we cannot get off the sticker and where it did come off will require that adhesive cleaner crap to remove the stickiness over the picture on the luggage tag.
— The pool was advertised to close at 6pm on Sunday, we were getting kicked out at 5pm (and music was shut off at 5pm too).
— Lacking shuttle services to the Strip. Didn’t think to be prepared for a $ 15 one way cost each time we ran to Caesars or Bellagio!
— The internet was miserably slow — at all times of the day. I killed my phone 2x quicker than usual by being forced to use 4G all weekend IN a hotel during a holiday weekend!
The GM responded by telling me this will help him to better run daily operations and that the great thing about Vegas is on our next visit, we will see something new. Umm. what?

Love staying here. Definitely worth the splurge to get a penthouse with the pool/​hot tub on the balcony. It’s also worth saying, you MUST get the strip view! It’s unlike anywhere else in Vegas; you can see the strip from start to end and everything around– absolutely breathtaking & incredible pictures.
Penthouse Suites are gorgeous; contemporary with with fireplace, steam shower, & the «hanging» pool/​hot tub on the balcony. They also have a 2^nd lone-​standing bathtub in one of the bedrooms, overlooking that spectacular view. It’s a jacuzzi tub as well and I love that it dries itself after you get out.
No free wifi here– I can’t wait till the days where internet is free city wide.
Room service is eh. Better off going to one of the many on site restaurants. Great sushi!
Some of the staff are downright snobby & rude (not expected at 1−2k per night; I expect stellar customer service here but have yet to get that across the board.) but most of them… sweethearts willing to accommodate requests in a professional manner. I have to say, the valets staff are top knotch here– always smiling and very friendly; always asking if they can help you in one way or another.

5 stars for affordability. I’m writing this review from the comfort of my 1,000 square foot suite in The Ivory Tower. I’m staying 6 nights during the last week of October, and the room rate averages about $ 90 a night (even on Halloween night, the rate is only about $ 120). You can’t beat the price of the Palms with a stick. Good value. Buuuuut … This hotel is just not as nice as some others I’ve stayed at on The Strip.
The not-​so-​awesome: customer service here is «eh.» Called to tell front desk that the toilet in the master bath won’t flush. That was 2 days ago. Still not fixed. Also have experienced a number of huffy front desk folks who ignore me for 5 minutes before acknowledging my presence (even though there’s no one else around!)
I would, however, like to acknowledge Stephanie N from New Jersey who helped me check in. She was so friendly and helpful when I showed up to the hotel realizing that I hadn’t actually made a reservation. She found me a great room and great price quickly. Super nice woman. Mad props, Stephanie.

We decided to stay off the strip avoiding the traffic where we could conveniently drive off easily, since my bf has family that lives in Summerlin. It was a perfect location if you decide to travel outside the Vegas strip much. They did a new renovation of their hotel rooms and I would have to say, they did a really good job. The price was very reasonable. The Palms Pool club was very nice! Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us!

The good: free wifi, local calls, the clubs here are great
The pools are also very good and upbeat, although I have been here as a guest at the pool on busy weekends and it was way too crowded. But still one of the best in LV.
The bad: The Nove Italiano restaurant is really good… the rest of the spots to eat are schmeh. If u’ve never stayed here the location is on the other side of the freeway from all the other hotels… so it is quite a walk (in 100+ degrees) to get to the other spots. they do offer a complimentary shuttle, but it only runs until 8pm.
The rooms are a little dated, and are clean but don’t have that wow factor.
The ugly: The frigging valet here sucks so bad. Idk if it is the layout, the employees, or what… but it takes a damn eternity to get into and out of this place, also takes forever to get a cab here. Frustrating.
All in all, it is hard to rate this place… I was gonna give it 2 stars but then realized I was comparing it to the more posh spots in LV… this is more for a younger crowd, who doesnt spend alot of time in the room, and doesnt care that much about in hotel dining options.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a work conference for my husband’s job. They were kind enough to include spouses and allow locals a staycation if they wanted. Of course we stayed because we love to explore, even in our own city.
The whole experience was great. We had a suite that was awesome. It was in the tower with the slightly older suites, but was still an amazing room with amazing views. The room was surrounded by windows so that you couldn’t miss the view. The bathrooms were very luxurious. The kitchen area had a coffee maker-​thank you for that! It was great to be able to grab a cup of coffee in the room before work. Everyone in the group loved the casino and most of us won money.
We loved our stay here and hopefully we’ll make it back for fun.

Been here multiple times the past few years and had a good stay all those years.
Been staying at the Fantasy Tower and the Ivory Tower.
Both these towers are beautiful!
So no need to stay at Palms place unless you’re going for their more private pool, the spa, and the fancier of restaurants like The Simon (whch is no longer).
I think they pretty much moved the décor from Palms place in the Ivory tower standard rooms. So it’s pretty mod/​posh now.
I was lucky to stay in a 1 bedroom suite in the Ivory towers this past March and it was really nice! See photos attached.
The Fantasy Tower rooms are more warm and classic décor than modern, which I equally like. I believe their bathrooms were more traditional than the open glass of the Ivory rooms. I personally like bathroom to be in its own private room. But I haven’t been in these room for about a couple years now since all my friends prefer the posh style.
Their ²⁴⁄₇ café keeps changing their menus and their steak and eggs deal and dimsum is no longer available.
They have some coo clubs (if they’re open) and bars.
Their day pool club is pretty happening too.
Walking distance, a block away, is a really good ayce sushi place called Umiya. It’s next to starbucks and definitely worth checking out.

The Palms is located on West Flamingo and is an off the Vegas Strip Hotel and Casino. Even though, the Palms isn’t on South Las Vegas BLVD; it’s not far, you can literally see it from the hotel. It’s so close you could walk over to The Strip, or if need be, take a quick taxi over there. Once, you get inside you have a decent size casino floor to come around. There are restaurants, bars, lounges, a food court, and a movie theater. Also, they have a psychic who does readings here, who knows next time I come back I might get one.
