Pandora Showcase

It’s their promotion weekend and I didn’t know you can’t exchange a «free bracelet» because it’s their policy. I drove 20 miles to exchange the «free bracelet» because it’s a little big and was told maybe if I go back next MAYBE they will exchange it for whatever size they have available. I said what, thats very disappointing. I’m already there but Miss Yuki insisted it’s their policy. I think there’s always an exception to the rule and making a customer happy. I had my receipt and bought the item yesterday. It’s not like they are losing thousands of dollars exchanging for the correct size.
I wish the receipt would have showed no returns or exchanges during promotion week.

If I could give more stars for our treatment and going above and beyond for us after the purchase also, I would! My husband started my first bracelet after browsing the cases. It was my 7^th wedding anniversary so we went with a rose gold clip bracelet with 2 rose gold pave heart clips. And the exclusive Las Vegas beads (can only get it IN Vegas!) the store manager (I believe), Yuki, sold it to us, she was wonderful selling it, made sure it was the fit I wanted, made sure it was exactly what I wanted. So the next day we were walking the strip, and I believe somewhere in the Venecian a clip fell off my bracelet, I realized it when we arrived at our lunch destination. Imagine the disappointment of having just got a piece of jewelry (when I rarely wear/​ask/​am interested in purchasing jewelry) you are so excited about, to realize $ 70 of it literally fell off. My husband asked if I wanted to go get another clip, and I told him if I was having to replace a clip A DAY after buying it, without any rough wear of it, just walking, I’d rather return the bracelet. $ 70 a clip a week would add up quickly. So we went to the pandora in the venecian and asked if the warranty covered a lost clip, the guy there said no, and to return the entire bracelet we needed to go back to the FSM store. So off we wandered back to the store, where another employee grabbed Yuki after I said I just wanted to return it. Upon seeing I had returned Yuki made me completely satisfied and insured my decision to keep the bracelet. She replaced the lost clip and the clip still on it for good measure. I wish we lived close, after this incident and correcting it to my satisfaction, this would DEFINITELY be my go-​to store. This was such a pleasant shopping experience, even with the hiccup.

Excellent service from Yuki. Showed us all the charms that are exclusive to LV and the charms that had just come out. Made our shopping experience wonderful. Will be back to LV next month and will definitely be back.

As previous folks have mentioned, it’s highly visible spot beside a large department store on the corner of the upstairs.
The shop is incredibly brightly lit, and well kept.
The store was busy the day we were there, but to their credit. the staff did their best to make sure we knew we were next to be served.
We wanted to get her a Vegas memento and Pandora delivered. They had a pair of dice and then a money bag, or horse shoe that you can only get in Vegas. Great little idea, and they will be taking it out of circulation soon, so we got a great deal.
Pandora is a well thought out alternative to your mom’s old charm bracelet.
And it’s not really that expensive when it comes to jewelry.

Living in Vegas, I have visited all the Pandora stores… and there are many. I would love the Tivoli Village location to be the one I frequent the most, since it’s the only one not on the strip and super close to home, but their customer service is lacking. It’s just not up to par. This location, in the Fashion Show mall, exceeds all my customer service expectations. I went in there on a very busy day, while they’re running one of they’re greatest promotions of the year (did someone say free bracelet?) and Kelly was so helpful and patient. I enjoyed talking to her and appreciate that she showed me every charm I asked for and some I didn’t even know existed that she knew I’d love! I can’t imagine not going to this store and not having Kelly help me with my selections!

Very visible location, right outside of Saks Fifth Ave. (or another department store, whatever, they have directories all over the place)
Very friendly staff. They always have such great suggestions.
A rather small store, but still has a wide variety of jewelry and charms.
