Dwain Livingston has been in Las Vegas from 17 years old. He Has been a locksmith from his teens and dreamed of opening his own restaurant. His dream was to open a fun place with amazing food. Making his dream come true he bought Papavellis. Come To Papavellis for some fun and amazing food!
