As a licensed Realtor® here in Las Vegas I specialize in the educational aspect toward the purchase of a home! I built my business in making sure that my clients know every aspect of a home purchase or sale. I make it a top priority to make sure every question you have and the questions you may not even know to ask are answered.

I am not that agent that walks into a home with you and just asks «do you like it?» I go out of my way to make sure that the home you are looking to purchase is perfect for you and your family. I specialize in the Synergy aspect of home buying, making sure that the area and not just the home are perfect fusion of your lifestyle choice. Being in Vegas I have clients that have had their needs in a perfect property always met because I ask the hard questions about lifestyle!

Examples are cocktail waitresses who are looking for that house that has a safe room or that Club host who wants the most discreet street address within the best guard gated community. I specialize in Gamers who are looking for large sq ft loft style homes with ample room for parking for Lan parties or MTG tournaments.

In the sale of your home my negotiation skills are top notch for getting you the maximum amount for your property for the current market. I don’t do this buy trying to get over on anyone I do this by knowing the market down to the nickle per sq ft.

I also am one of the only Agents in Las Vegas who knows how to make deals using Digital Currency (Bitcoin, Litecoin).

History

Established in 1998.

I started out consulting businesses in and around Las Vegas as mainly a think tank service. The business owner would come with a business plan and we would try and shoot holes through it to be able to better tell if the business had a good job of failing or succeeding. I sent my real estate investors to a Brokerage I trusted and when that person could no longer handle the workload a lot of clients were left with a lot of missing information and were not being treated with care that I wanted them to.

I decided to get Licensed in Real Estate so I could have a more hands on approach in making sure my clients were being taken care of. Everything they never teach in school on how to purchase a house or how to build credit is the reason why I now make it my 1^st priority to make sure that every client I have knows everything I know by the time we close escrow! I believe so highly in educating my clients that I charge nothing for consults, call anytime you have a question and I’ll be here.
