Specialties
A fitness Bootcamp where people workout with their dogs. Owners stay active thru calisthenic exercises while their dogs go thru various agility obstacles and the bond between owner and dog enhances.
Kill 2 birds with one stone, why workout and then go exercise your dog? when you can do them both together
Challenging enough to keep athletes like my self active, tweaked with options to not have beginners overwhelmed.
Engaging and fun enough for dogs so that they continue to focus and «play»
History
Established in 2014.
From Napkin ideas to Real life!
Everyday after finishing my workout I had 2 options; get my cardio done right there at the gym or go home grab my dog Kodiak and run with him.
Sometimes I would run at the gym, sometimes I would go grab Kodiak and run with him… but sometimes I would say I was gonna grab Kodiak but on the drive home from the gym, my adrenaline would drop and be too tired to run. So now, not only did I not exercise my dog but I also didnt get my cardio in.
It hit me, create a bootcamp, not just a generic bootcamp but a challenging one. One were athletes like my self would not be bored but at the same time tweak it so that beginners would not be overwhelmed.
Making sure that theres enough excitement for the dog so that it continues to «play»

Business Owner
I have been an athlete my whole life, playing just about every team sport available from as early as I can remember till I graduated highschool. After graduating my focus switched to fitness and not so much sports. I still love all sports and occasionally played them with friends. Graduated high school at a weight of 145 and height 5’11, i was thin, real thin let me add.
I began to exercise and had discovered a new passion. I packed on 40 good pounds. and some bad ones too, i love food!
I love running obstacle races and have run, Devil Dash, Bad ass Dash (by my self and with my dog), A Trifecta member of the Spartan Races and Mens Fitness Ultimate Athlete.
Then I rescue the one who would change my life forever. Kodiak! my husky/border collie dog. My appreciation for all dogs and animals in general grew.
Then i brought my 2 passions together! Fitness and Dogs!
