Everyone at Pearle Vision very friendly, had excellent customer service skills, and I was very impressed with the staff. Definately felt that my satisfaction was important to them. Love my glasses. Would absolutely return there for further services, Kind of pricely but you get what you pay for. Didn’t feel pressured about anything.

Great service and very competitive pricing. Beat out Lens Crafters by a couple hundred wow. My dad was in and out.

I was kindly greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. I checked in and was escorted to the room and the doctor was nice but Reyna was amazing. she stood out from everyone she was very professional and personal she helped out my daughter with her contacts and my son with his glasses and my husband with his glasses and sunglasses. you can tell that she’s a pro she knows what she’s doing and does it well. we are definitely staying here. thanks Reyna

I made an appointment for last Monday morning, and when I came in, I was instantly greeted, and directed to the counter to get my paperwork started. In the time before my appointment (about ten minutes) I was in at least brief contact with four or five people, and they were all very kind and welcoming. The woman who did my first test things with was really nice, and helpful in explaining things. Dr. Greyson did my exam, and he was kind and professional as well. The woman who helped me pick out my frames had a great energy, if that makes sense. She made it an enjoyable experience. Helpful in showing me around, and finding styles that I liked. I came back a couple days later to pick up my glasses, and it was also a positive experience. I was nervous to come in, after reading some of the reviews on here. Like, I almost cancelled my appointment. But I had an overall positive experience, and if you’re thinking about coming here, don’t let the negative reviews deter you.

Went in last minute for a non appt contact fitting. Had to wait an hr but I’ll take that. Got fitted. Eye exam was quick, yet thorough. And then when I was trying on contacts, it was easy and painless. THEN because I had to reschedule for training and wait so long, they gave me some extra perks. Happy I came in.

They greet you at the door… And that’s the very best they can do as far as customer service. Not Very Helpful and they Dont know what they’re doing. Gave me the run around for 5 months and insisted I paid in full what my insurance covered. They Discontinued the original frames I ordered, and when I ordered a replacement they said I can only get Insurance to cover the Original frames… WELL HELLO, YOU DISCONTINUED THEM. My insurance offered to cover a similar pair but they seemed like since I wasn’t paying in full, They didn’t care. I pleaded with them to make me a Priority and they did nothing but make me Bitter about pearl vision all together. I’m so upset right now im writing this review directly in front of them AT PEARL VISION RAINBOW AS WE SPEAK. I finally got them to handle my case (after waiting for them to help a number of people who came in after me) and she says «The people dealing with this are going to lunch, Wait 40 mins» I said OK and remained In the chair continuing this review. She said it again and added «Well, What do you want to do??!» Like I was bothering her for being there. BEYOND RUDE. At this moment, still have no glasses. I gave 1 star because LYDIA was the only friendly person and made this headache a little easier to deal with

I love this location! My appointment was for 1115. I was called back at 1105. Great staff. Dr Duran was great and very through. Then I was on to picking my glasses. I was out of the door by 1210. Now I just have to pick up my glasses and I’m sure I’ll be satisfied. I used this same office last year and haven’t had 1 problem!

Have lived in Las Vegas for 23 years. I have patronized several of they’re competitors. First time to Pearle Vision. By far, the best experience. Others were good, but Pearl Vision came ahed in simplicity, effective, and prices that were better for me, than others 5 years ago. Dr. Duran

I don’t even wanna put one star! My first and last visit here.
1. Long wait. What’s the use of setting up an appointment?! Scheduled for 12pm, didn’tget called til 1230ish!
2. Dr. Emilie Ritter is a rude Dr. She doesn’t take her time with her patients. Because to me she looks like she’s in a hurry. Unlike the other doctors I’ve seen, they take their time with me. And her tone of voice when she talks like she don’t care.
3. I ask questions regarding my eyes and visions her response is she don’t know, she said itsrnot her specialty. So she referred me to another dr, who specializes more about eyes. I asked her what’s her specialty, her response is she gives prescription so people can get their glasses. I have to go to another dr. Cause she’s concerned about my eyes, there’s floaters etc. She said she doesn’t like what she’s seeing on the scan. She said she will write me prescription but it’s useless. And then she tells me, she will authorize the prescription but suggests not to get new glasses. WTF?! I just dont like how she talks to me. Just rude. I should’ve went some place else. I wnat a dr who cares for their patients. She didnt even took her time when testing my vision. I tell u she’s in a hurry. She only tested two lenses and then were done.
Hadda make a payment for my copay. A copay that I have to pay for something I am not satisfied. What a waste. Smh now I have a prescription that I am not satisfied to get. She was in hurry. I don’t even know if its worth it getting eyeglass that I am not comfortable with what she prescribed me. Effin waste!!!

I took both of my children for an exam today. The staff was very nice; however the doctor (which was a lady) was awful. She must not have children because her mannerisms towards my children was very cold and standoffish. I told her my concerns and she blew them off. I wish I could have a do over and go somewhere else.
The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because of the staff; outside of that, I would rate them a negative. Never again!

Not a trust worthy place. Also the wait is extremely long. Got an eye exam for contacts and glasses. The doctor gave me a higher prescription which I didn’t need and was giving me a bad headache. They just want to make money from you when you buy new contacts and glasses. The doctor kept pushing this brand on me and I’m like I don’t use that brand I like my old brand. Didn’t even give me samples to try her brand.
I went to another eye doctor to get examined and they said that I didn’t need new prescription because my prescription was the exact same. So I wasted almost 2 hours at pearle vision & wasted money for new contacts that I didn’t even needed. Thank god I didn’t purchase my glasses there.

Apparently when you call to schedule an appointment, you’re not talking to the location that you want to visit, it must be a call center of some sort, so it wasn’t really this locations fault. However, I was told my appointment was at 2:45 at the Rainbow location. After standing in line for about 10 minutes to check in, I finally get to the the front of the line only to be told that they had scheduled me at 3:15 at Nellis. I’m not even sure how they could possibly screw up not only the time but location too? At least they got the date right somehow… I was told they could try & squeeze me in, but but considering I was in line behind a family of EIGHT & couldn’t take one more minute of the lady yak, yak yaking on her phone in back of me, I left. Obviously I won’t reschedule.

The office was super clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I only waited a moment before they took me back and the staff that helped me pick out new frames were very nice, helpful and patient while I tried on a whole bunch of frames.

After receiving a call the day ahead about my appt I had high hopes for pearl vision. We arrived there at exactly 3:45 pm which frustrated me because I’m always early to everything. Of course I am rolling with 6 kids. It’s just a ridiculous idea to take any more than 2 kids to any kind of Dr appt. anyhow as I said I arrive at the exact appt time and of course my girlfriend didn’t do the regestration online like she was supposed to. We have myself and 3 children for appts today, of course the paperwork will take an hour to fill out. At this point I notice the store a little bit. Very clean and super busy. And very organized. However I like the fact that they seem to have ample employees to handle all the business as most medical offices never account for that. I counted 5 techs on staff for a Friday. As my children begin their typical search and destroy in a business atmosphere I notice my youngest boy running around the office like it’s a track meet. Just as my blood pressure is starting to rise I see to my delight that niki is calling me back for my appt To my suprise. even though we had a mountain of paper work to do, pearl vision got us in no later than 5 min after appt time. You will never find that in a medical dr Setting. Anyhow I go back with my daughter and niki begins to check me in. She is very nice and courteous in a eye dr office kinda way. She compliments my children even though I know they are acting like monkeys. People love when you talk of their children so I am no different as I’m a good daddy. She ran me through all the test to get me ready to see the dr. The offices are nice and very clean. Dr kim comes in, professional, nice, very knowledgeable, and drop dead gorgeous (has nothing to do with her eye skills, just a bonus perk of coming to pearl vision). She asks me all the right questions and was very patient with my questions. She did the exam and was extremely thorough in her diagnosis of my eyes. Took extra time to explain to me her findings and recommendations. Plus, she had great breath. You would be supprised how many Dr’s breath is horrid when they have to be so close to their patients. I’ll return just for that reason. After the dr saw the rest of my children she handed is of to daveena. Poor thing had crazy allergies but was continuing to do her job and make is feel as warm as possible. She found me a good pair of glasses in about 5 min. Not pushy either, just vertu quick at her job. Sat us down and began to go over options. Again very thorough about our options and prices. With in 10 min I had my glasses selected and options picked. My kids that was a different story that mom dealt with even though she had 2 sets of glasses made within the hr for my daughter’s. I figured decent pricing as we received 5 pairs of glasses with all the trimmings for $ 600 dollars. I will be receiving my glasses on the 16^th. I can’t really see what people are complaining about as my experience was wonderful as the dr and staff were super friendly. Daveena had us cracking up as someone in her position should. I will continue to use this location for as long as I live in vegas as good customer service is hard to find. Now if I could just get dr kim to give me my glasses when I pick them up ;)

Long wait time with appointments. No customer service skills whatsoever. ;/​. Think I need to look further on where to spend my money.

Came for an eye exam to get contact lenses and glasses and had a wonderful experience, the staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Kim made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Doctor Banh was very friendly and got to the point quickly. She suggested using regular contacts rather than the toric ones I was using for my astigmatism because it’s slight which saved a decent amount of money. They have a mixture of new and experienced staffers so despite the fact that the first staffer did not apply my insurance correctly, Anita stepped in and fixed it. Finally, they have a very good online appointment application which sent me an email, text, and phone call reminder but when I got in, I had to wait over 20 minutes anyways which defeated the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. Granted, some of the time was used to fill out a personal info sheet, but I filled it out with the same info from last year’s appointment. It’s a good place to get your prescription filled, but have some business logistics to straighten out.

I went here to get some new glasses. I had done an eye exam here about 6 months ago and after I got some new Rayban sunglasses from another place, I decided to go back here for regular glasses, and reading glasses. Yes, I’m old. Yes, I’m pretty blind distance wise, I don’t need glasses for computer or reading, but thought I’d get some «reading» glasses because of the 2 for 1 deal. So I got one pair of distance with A/​R and scratch resistance, and one reading, standard lens. All for $ 230, which is a decent price considering I don’t have insurance.
The distance lens were done within 45 minutes and are great. This prescription was so much better than my previous eye doctors. Service was quick, they were very professional. Great job by Bryant, young kid but did what he could, including a $ 25 discount.
Very happy with my experience here, compared to my previous eye doctor who shall remain nameless but his office is off Cheyenne.

Living in vegas, I didn’t think I’d ever have a good health related doctor experience. When I called for an appointment, their front desk girl Marie was amazing and very proactive in helping me. Then Devonna checked me in with An amazing attitude. Niki (Nicolette) and Marc followed suit. The last time I had an eye exam I felt like the doctor rushed me, it was my first time and I simply didn’t know what to do. This doctor, Dr. Suk, was patient and supportive and made me feel comfortable enough to ask advice without embarrassment. Their selection is pretty large (smaller for sunglasses) and they made my glasses on the spot.
