Dr. Peter Balle established Balle and Associates Cosmetic and General Dentistry of Las Vegas in 1991. He has advanced training in dental reconstruction from dentures, crown and bridge, veneers to dental implants.

Business Owner

Dr. Peter S. Balle is a graduate of San Diego State University and Case Western Reserve University, holding degrees in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Peter Balle established Balle and Associates Cosmetic and General Dentistry of Las Vegas in 1991. He has advanced training in dental reconstruction from dentures, crown and bridge, veneers to dental implants. Dr. Balle both surgically places and restores dental implants in one location. He holds active dental licenses in Arizona and Nevada. Dr. Balle has earned a Fellowship awards in the Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Dentists, and the International College of Dentists.

He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Dental Association, is currently serving as Vice President of the Nevada Dental Association and is to be president of the Nevada Dental Association in 2009. He is a board member of the Southern Nevada Division of the American College of Dentists.

This is a great dental practice! I walked in today as an emergency visit and they were so helpful and polite and definitely showed urgency as I was in so much pain they took me back right away. Dr. Balle really seems to know his stuff! Both Dr. Balle and his dental assistant made me feel calm and comfortable and very easy to talk to them both ! This made me feel much more at ease since I have a fear of the dentist. Unfortunately this practice doesn’t take my insurance so I am seeing if I can arrange to be covered by them and have them do all my future appointments! THANK YOU DR. BALLE AND STAFF! :)

At 71 years old, I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life so believe me when I say Dr. Balle and his assistants did a top notch job which produced zero discomfort in completing a double implant for me on November 2, 2015.

Dr. Balle & his entire staff always greet me with a smile & professionalism. I have always had so much fear with regards to Dentistry. I no longer am fearful because Dr. Balle understood & treated me with dignity as well as assuring me the utmost comfort. I absolutely recommend Dr. Balle & you will also be recommending him I needed dental implants and I cannot tell you how very, very happy I am. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! I have been going to this man for years and have never regretted it. In this town, care and customer service are VERY hard to come by. Dental care costs but NO ONE touches my mouth but this office. Dr. Balle is amazing, compassionate and quite accomplished.
His staff from Cindy the office manager down to Nicole, in no ranking order, are amazing and they know you like a friend or family member would.

Dr Balle and his entire staff could not be more pleasant. Dr Balle remade my top dentures & suggested a slightly different shape than my previous dentist had made. What a difference! Looks so much better. When I needed my bottom teeth removed, he put in 2 implants with dentures that snap on. He removed 9 teeth with less hassle & bleeding than I had with an oral surgeon. Would highly recommend Dr. Balle for all your dental needs. His staff is great & always accommodating.

Dr Balle is a wonderful dentist, and his staff is wonderful too. I started going to him in an emergency (for me) situation, and my treatment couldn’t have been better. He has state-​of-​the-​art equipment.

I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist and procrastination got the best of me when I finally decided, after too many years, to finally see the dentist. I choose Dr. Balle’s office because it was close to home and had some good ratings (dentists don’t seem to get reviewed very often).
Long story short, the staff is very friendly, they’ll do anything they can to make you feel good about your experience, I felt at ease, Dr. Balle was great and Sarah, the hygienist made me actually feel good about returning, which has never happened anywhere else.
Even if I moved to another part of town, I would still make the trip to this office because of the super friendly and caring staff… not easy to find in a dentists office.

Dr. Balle and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. The hygienists have always been very thorough and gentle. I needed a crown and was expecting the usual three visits. To my amazement the entire procedure was done within a 2 hr. period since they have an onsite lab. I would highly recommend Dr. Balle and his staff to anyone looking for a pleasant dental experience.

Made an appt with Dr. Balle and was very pleased. He spent a good amount of time with me and also did a full exam before I sat down with the hygienist for the cleaning. Everyone was very pleasant and the office is very nice, not to mention centrally located.

My husband and I both have been going to Dr. Peter Balle for years. Close to our downtown home, in a clean and comfortable setting. The office staff seems to take customer service quite seriously. We always find that Nicole and Cindy follow through. My spouse has a very hard time with dentists and Dr. Balle makes sure he is comfortable, even if it’s just a cleaning! Most important of all is that I never feel just I’m just a number in that office. I know my care is as important to them as it is to me.

Seriously best dentist ever! Not only is he amazing, but the staff is incredible! They make you feel at home and offer you movie glasses and music to listen to while they work on you. Definitely pain free! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Balle!

I originally went to Dr. Balle for teeth cleaning after reading great reviews, one after the other. Upon examination, he claimed to have found two cavities on two separate teeth. After discussion, the plan was to fill one and pull one in preparation for an implant.
I was unable to eat properly for over three weeks after the procedure due to tooth pain in the teeth next to each tooth that he worked on. Six months later I still can’t use the right side of my mouth due to a tooth he cracked while removing the first tooth. When I did return for the implant, the price was double the original quote.
Due to the this problem, which I had never had with any other dentist after a procedure, I made an appointment with a different dentist who told me that the teeth in question had cracks in them. Since Dr. Balle didn’t mention these cracks before or after working on the other teeth, I have to assume that he cracked them while filling and pulling the first two teeth. He was an extremely pleasant man, but his work speaks for itself.

My family and I have been going to Dr Balle for years. He, as well as his staff, are exceptional. Office is very clean and smoothly run. He’s a very mellow honest guy that you don’t have to worry about trying to push unneeded procedures. Office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Don’t plan on ever going to anyone else =)
