Founded in 2008 by attorneys Xenophon Peters and Judah Zakalik, the law firm of Peters and Associates is the premier Las Vegas full service law firm handling Personal Injury, Bankruptcy, Family Law and Real Estate matters.

We’re different than the «mill» and «discount» law firms. Rather than treating you like a «case number» or «paycheck» we see you as part of the PandA family, and treat you like we’d treat our own. Established in 2007.

Peters & Associates, LLP was established by attorneys Xenophon Peters and Judah Zakalik to help individuals and families in Las Vegas and Henderson that need help getting out of debt or to save their homes from foreclosure.

Since inception, P and A has handled more than 6000 cases. Now, our clients are calling for more than just debt relief. And they’re referring their friends and relatives for their personal injury and family law assistance, too.

With the addition of personal injury and divorce specialist attorneys, Peters and Associates has grown into a full service law firm, and our partners have been recognized as Top Lawyers by the Las Vegas community. Attorney Xenophon M. Peters is a founding partner at Peters & Associates, LLP in Las Vegas, where he concentrates on helping people and businesses in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, debt settlement, loan modifications, foreclosure mediations, short sales, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Mr. Peters’ experience includes complex real estate law in the areas of real estate development, transactions and commercial finance. Mr. Peters has represented some of the largest developers in Las Vegas regarding apartment complexes, mixed-​use projects, and high-​rise resorts, condominiums and condominium-​hotel developments. He has represented both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of hotels/​casinos and developed/​undeveloped land. Currently, Mr. Peters focuses his practice on residential and commercial loan modifications, foreclosure mediations, short sales and consumer bankruptcies.

It was 5 days before our foreclosure date and my mother-​in-​law referred them to us. We met X Peters and he was very honest and instantly felt good about our consult. Having had the bad experience of lawyers in California who only took our money but never helped. I am a Realtor myself but have failed at negotiating with the bank. That was the best decision we have made, around 2 – 3 they called me to let me know that we were forgiven around almost $ 300k in our home loans. We won the case. We cannot believe they did it in 3 months. X is very knowledgeable and his team are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them. Thanks X Peters and your team, you’re all heaven-​sent!

So far we have a mediation hearing this week and hoping and praying for positive results !!! The firm has a team of people doing MOST of the leg work and then the attorneys get involved during mediation or meetings with clients. Attorneys are not as knowledgeable of the all the little details because their team of people do most of the work but when it’s time to mediate then we are ASSUMING that the attorney who is assigned to attend the mediation will research the details extensively in order to help get a favorable modification for us. We heard Jason was the one going and that he was a good litigation attorney. We met instead with attorney Peters today instead which is ok but wished it was Jason so we can feel him out as the attorney representing us during the mediation. Lets see where this goes … more to update soon after the mediation. To be continued. …

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Court yesterday and my lawyer never showed!!! After waiting nearly an hour I represented myself and the trustee went on record that my lawyer was a no show!!! When leaving the courthouse who do I run into… my lawyer!!! She was returning from lunch, then proceeds to say it was a scheduling error, sorry. Sorry, are you for real!!! Where were you when I needed you, you know the service I paid for! Still haven’t received a phone call from the partners. And love that as a client you would have to pay $ 250 for no show/​continuance but the attorneys rules don’t apply to them. Would never recommend this place!

I highly recommend this law firm. They do great work in lots of areas, but especially bankruptcies and issues with making home mortgage payments. Xenophon and Judah have a great deal of expertise in these areas, and I rely heavily on their legal advice.

We have used Peters & Associates for a financial tangle we were in and we really enjoyed working with them. It was not your normal bankruptcy or a home foreclosure. Ours was kind of a unique situation that involved our motorhome that we just had to get out of. Judah was so easy to talk to and he, and his associates, worked hard for us to get a good settlement.
We are very satisfied with their service and the agreement he reached with our financial institution.
We will definitely use them in the future if we happen to find ourselves in a financial jam like were in.

We had acquired our lovely primary home last 2006, enticed by a postcard in the mail and bought it leaving our secondary home as an investment rental property. Housing values plummeted and we felt the hardship.
So we worked on our own applications and had consulted /​searched for other lawyers/​firms that could handle our home modification, but none of them can offer the best for our seemingly jumbo loan hopeless case.
One day, my husband and I was watching the morning news on TV and saw 2 handsome lawyers — Judah and Xenophon — attracted by their spoken ad. We picked up the phone after searching their practice on the internet.
Our initial visit (June 2011) took us to Attorney Judah, who was very professional and explained every detail of what to do and expect of our case. We build our trust and confidence with his expertise from that moment we signed up with him.
The process took us a stressful and tedious year and a half but their staff was friendly made it fun, nice to deal with and helped us all the way day one alleviating our burden until we won the battle.
After having fulfilled all the requirements and complying with the bank– with Panda’s intercession, we were granted a jumbo loan modified to its present value, a principal reduction with a lower interest, and monthly payment was slashed to 50 per cent, and the best part — we got debt forgiven with the arrears.
The lawyers, paralegal and office staff of Panda are outstanding. Special mention to Tony Locorriere, President, Vorice Williams, Case Manager, Nellie, Kristine and Michelle.
Every detail and assistance at our beck and call.
With their vast professionalism, we had also ended a short sale with their firm for our secondary home which recently concluded this 2013.
We got both our homes clearly with a victory!

I really didn’t know what to expect from a law firm I first learned about via a call-​in Las Vegas radio show, but after spending over 2+ years unsuccessfully trying to solely negotiate a loan modification and eventual short sale on my own I was desperate. Judah & his team – especially Kristen – worked absolutely tirelessly to resolve my case, and in just a few months my short sale was approved and both my 1st AND 2nd mortgage balances were completely forgiven!
During this process my property also experienced severe water damage and P&A intervened to ensure that the repairs were made and that the insurance funds were properly disbursed to the contractors involved – thereby preventing the funds from being confiscated by the mortgage holder (s) who could have applied the insurance $ to my outstanding loan balance (s) without my knowledge. ALL of this for NO additional charge!
To this day, I still can’t believe that a «saga» that took nearly 3 ½ years to resolve is FINALLY over ONLY because of P&A Law. VERY reasonable flat-​rate fee – no $urprises or retainer$ – and worth EVERY penny! Even more so, the sense of relief and peace of mind I am now able to feel is priceless.
For all of this & more I will forever be truly grateful that I just happened to be listening to that call-​in radio show one Saturday afternoon not too long ago :-)
