Phantastic Dental Care

I went to this office for the first time because they were close to home and accepted my insurance. I made an appointment, got x-​rays, and saw Dr. Gordon. She was very nice. They would not do my teeth cleaning the same day so I made another appointment to come back. When I did, the hygienist took me back, cleaned my teeth very quickly with the tartar scraper and then told me I needed to make another appointment for the second half of my cleaning! Never have I heard of a two-​part cleaning! I go to the dentist every six months and brush and floss everyday, so I know the reason for needing two cleaning appointments wasn’t because of my dental hygiene, but because this office is very poorly ran. Not to mention, the quick cleaning that I did have was very rough and my gums were sore for a few days. I did not make another appointment and WILL NOT be coming back. The only reason I gave this review two stars was because Dr. Gordon was very pleasant. However, I will find another office where the teeth cleaning is completed in one appointment, as it is supposed to be.

I don’t understand where all the bad reviews come from because every visit has been more than pleasant for me and my family. The girls are always very nice and the wait is never long. Dr. Phan is very quick and precise. He will remain my dentist from now on and for my children too.

I have been going to Phantastic Dental Care for over 14 years now. Whether I see Dr. Phan or one of his associates, it has always been a good experience. I have changed insurance plans a few times over the years, and they have always accepted any plan I’ve had. I don’t think I would have stuck around so long without the good customer service, which starts with the girls at the front desk. They are the first impression and always greet you with a smile!

My husband and I started going here a few months ago as they were the closest and one of the only places that accepts our insurance. The front desk is very rude and very short from day one. I’ve had one receptionist tell me over the phone «Do you have anymore questions because I have two other patients here waiting for me». I guess my business wasn’t as important as every other patients business. The receptionist Rocio has said she’d call me back with requested information but never does or will call back a week later. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere! My advice is to stay away!

My girlfriend recently went to get a clean up and she told me she’s been a client for 6 years but every time she would get this old lady she would always comment to the co workers that she would make my girlfriends whole family bleed, would make a mess, and never ask if we were ok, so my girlfriend decided it time for a new regular dentist. She also told me that their are many new interns and newbies.

I have been to a few dentists and by far this is worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. The girl who handles the appointments and insurance had an attitude and was very short with me and unprofessional. When I asked a question she was irritated and rude. I do not recommend this place. I had a short visit with the dentist, he seemed OK but was very brief and not very personable. There are plenty of dentists in las Vegas, Avoid this one.

Dr Phan is awesome. I just had 6 fillings done. He was quick and had good technique to make the shots and drilling painless. Quick with the drill and fill. And checked a few times to make sure he got it all. The girls at the front desk were also very nice and helpful. Plus they take most insurances! Also same day appointment! Very convenient. Good prices and excellent work.
