I have been a mixologist in Las Vegas for the past 18years and feel I can mix new exciting flavors for e-​cigarettes better than any other company it just comes «natural» for me. Our ejuice is made with all USA food grade ingredients and I’m also an avid vaper. I enjoy vaping and its been a healthier life for me since giving up the analogs.

I have been to this vape store twice. Once to replace my tank. The other to buy some juice. The customer service is ok. Not the best in vegas. Not the worst. They didn’t even tell me I could try their juices. I was new to vaping at the time, so i didn’t know better. I was going to buy one juice, but was told if i bought two 30 ml I would get a third free. What they didn’t say was the third was a 15ml. Wouldn’t have bought 2 if they had been more open about policy. The juices I got, grasshopper, cherry licorice, and Washington apple are ok. In the beginning they had a alcohol taste to them. A month later they finally taste ok. But not good enough for me to go back. I can get better juice wo the need to steep. Calling themselves premium juice is very inaccurate. The price is too high for the quality of juice. 60⁄40 vg/​pg. Pretty thin juice. Not good for cloud chasing. Ok juice if u don’t know any better or can wait for them to steep. There are better made local juices at cheaper prices at other shops. The shop is clean. They have a loyalty program. But I’m not going be using that. I’m not impressed by the product they give. Middle to low tier juice company.

The guy I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable, we had a nice conversation about all things vape-​related whilst I sampled some of their juices, I ended up buying two of them that I really liked.
Overall, the juices I tried were very good and they have fairly standard prices for what you’d call «premium juices».
The only thing that lowers my review from a 5 to a 4 is that their selection of higher end equipment is a little lacking, hopefully they’ll stock up on some more advanced stuff soon.
On the other hand, all of their high end gear is authentic and at a decent price.
If you’re in the area and looking for a vapeshop, I’d highly recommend this place.

I have been a long time (3 year customer). My transmission went in my car. My wand went out the same day. I called the Arroyo store waving the white flag. I would have been happy to speak with ANY of them… thay are all awesome in their own right. I happened to get Ben. After listening to my sad story, Ben sent me to Addie at the North store took my payment and THEN… Can I just tell you… not only did Ben set me up with a new iStick BUT HE PERSONALLY HAND DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME AND SHOWED ME HOW TO USE IT. If there was ever ANY question, which there NEVER has been, in my mind that this wasn’t the right store for me it was immediately silenced. Gotta say… that just takes personal service to an entirely whole new level. Thank you to that entire crew. They do an incredible job at that store and they smile while they do it.

For 3 guys on shift it was slow service, the young man helping me said he was normally at the north store so he didn’t know where things were so he kept opening drawers the other two could have stepped in to get everything going quicker seeing as I had my 3 month old with me but instead «no the second drawer down all the way in the back» from afar was more efficient. not.
The décor was nice so for that 1 star.
At checkout I just asked if they did any military discount ((my husband is a disabled vet)) the older gentleman working stepped in to say «no military was taking advantage asking for free stuff along with the discount» and that he can understand a discount at a gun store but not smoke shops… moron. almost everyone in the military chews and smokes so VAPING would be beneficial to kick those bad habits… Anyways we won’t be going back and I advise any military to go elsewhere such as PUFF where military/​veterans like my husband are appreciated.
((And no I’m not rating it and writing this because we were upset about not getting a discount it was the slow service and a polite «no we don’t do military discount» would have been better than him bashing on the military who do fight for your rights.))

My last post was 1 and ½ years ago, and I’ve gotten nothing but the absolute BEST service at Pink Spot! My one year anniversary of quitting cigarettes was 2 days ago.
Every sales associate is friendly and extremely knowledgable. I encourage anyone that is considering quitting smoking to go to Pink Spot. You certainly won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed this store. We saw the billboard for this place while traveling to the opposite side of town for breakfast.
Guy friend had wanted a «longer drip tip» (don’t they all?) and we were off to Pink Spot. The store itself is large, bright and clean. The staff were friendly and they make all of their own juices, from what I understand.
It’s a shame there isn’t one in OC or we would definitely be taking our business there. Guess we’ll just do our shopping online.

Here’s a tip: Go. To. Puff.
We came in today to check it out again while waiting for Game Stop to open and never again. The customer service is just so cold and unwelcoming. The juices are flavorless and their juice bar isn’t self help so it made us feel like we were bothering the girl with every one we asked to try. Overall the experience was just subpar and we are definitely sticking to Puff.

These guys are a joke. I bought a mod from then and 5 months later it starting to get glitches so I went back in to see what was up and they told me I was pressing the button wrong and to use my finger nail instead of my finger. What kinda shit is that? Pushing a button is pushing a button. So basically they didn’t help at all but instead fed me some bullshit. I’ll never support them again and I got all of my friends away from this place too. I’ve recent been going to Puff Vapors and that place is legit. I bought wicks from them awhile back and the pack had a couple bad ones so they gave me a whole brand new pack and some free juice. That’s what I call Customer service. Go to Puff, don’t waste your time at this spot.

Bought some juice a while back in a desperate situation. E-​Liquid quality is absolute shit. You can taste the chemicals they use in their juices and I don’t even want to know what’s used as a coloring. Hardware is mediocre and over priced. Juice is an absolute rip-​off. The only reason these guys still exist is because of a HEAVY marketing budget before vaping blew. A terrible representation of the vaping community. Save you money and go to Blue Diamond Vapors, Puff Vapors, or The Vapery down the street instead.

Best vape shop I’ve been to so far .
I’ve been going for the past year+ and I am officially a «regular» everyone recognizes me the second I walk in they always have the best customer service not only to me but to other customers that walk in after me.
Some times when they’re short staffed it can get pretty busy but they try to get to everyone as soon as they can which I feel is very important. They always have great attitudes and it seems like they really enjoy doing their jobs. The Decatur location on the other hand is a different story the customer service isn’t as great but I blame that on the fact that the store is to small for how many customers they have.
I highly recommend this vape shop to anyone.

I’m taking 2 stars away because they sent out a glitch message to everyone about winning the $ 100 gift card. Glad I called before just going over there. They should have corrected it right away instead of waiting a day too.
When I go the actual shop it’s always a pleasant experience. The employees are very helpful and their selection is amazing!!!
The deals they do send through text are good but I just hope they never send another glitch and feel like they should make up for it with a good deal text. Their intention was to send a Labor Day coupon and no one got one.

Only getting one star because I have to give at least one. Got a text message the I won a $ 100 give card. Carved time out of my busy ass schedule to go collect my reward only to be told that it was false and that I didn’t won anything. Wasted gas and time that could of been better used. On top of that they were ride about it. Then then the next day I get another text about how it’s not true. Sorry but you already sent me the text that I won. So where’s my $ 100!!! Such bs and FALSE ADVERTISING! I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year and I’ll never shop here again! You would think making $ 14k plus a day in juice sales they could flip a 12ml bottle for my inconvenience. Over priced, and the juice really isn’t that good. Better vendors online for a much better price with much much better customer service!

I’m electing to give Pink Spot, 1 star for their horrible customer service. I received a text message from their automated system, congratulating me on being the winner of a $ 100 dollar Pink Spot gift card. Upon arriving to their location I was told that the text message was a mistake, and even thought I came all the way from across town, that they didn’t have to honor it

Bought my itazte MVP here ($ 80), haven’t had an issue and when I did I came in and they told me what was wrong. I love my mod and the battery life on it is more than I expected. Haven’t charged it in over two weeks. TODAY it started letting me know it was half dead. But that’s because I don’t constantly use it. They’re supposed to last through an entire day of vaping if you use it regularly.
Great professional customer service with a smile, everyone was friendly and informative.

My husband and I don’t smoke at all but decided to try vaping just for fun. Eric helped us with starter kits and completely hooked our sticks up! He helped us customize them and make them our own! They have all kind of flavors too that you can sample before you buy. They are very welcoming here and don’t push you to over buy. Eric is very patient and informative. He will show you step by step! I just adore him :) Come to the Pink Spot and ask for ERIC!!! If I could I would give this place 10 stars!
