It takes about 1 hour wait from your appointment time to when you get called in. Then it takes another 15 – 20 minutes after the assistant takes the measurements. don’t know what takes so long even with a lot of patients, because when dr. Kaffour sees us, he just go through it very quickly and we’re out in 5 mins.
We also have to argue with the front desk about being charged an office visit when it’s considered preventive care and out insurance covers it, so people that don’t know are getting ripped off and the place gets double pay, 1 from the insurance and a 2^nd from us the patient.

Ive been taking my son here for 7 yrs, since he was born. i had my 2^nd son and took him there too. always had pleasant visits. But out of no where. i started Noticing how hard it was to make appointments. Its almost impossible getting a hold of front desk to make appointments! I called so many times to see when i can stop by to pick up my sons MRI referral never got through, so i drove
was so hard to schedule my son’s MRI because they gave me two referrals for the same procedure but different offices! By then i was frustrated. so i went back to the office to explain that i was not able to schedule the MRI and that this was a problem so i just wanted to switch pediatrician so i need my son medical records so that i could take them to the new doctor! Front desk then asked me to take a seat while they gather all the paper work for me. i waited about 10mins. then got called by management (doctor’s wife) she took my husband, 1yr old son and myself to her office to try to fix the situation. Then i told her i just wanted my 7yr son medical records because i had found another dr. And needed to get his MRI done asap. she then got super upset stared screaming at my husband and i to get out of her office! by then she had the MRI paper. I told her i wasn’t leaving until she gave me the referral. she just kept telling us to leave. then she got super violent and told us to get the fuck out her office and to just ask my sons new pediatrician to give us a new referral. Doctors management (kufuor’s wife) then intended to hit me.dr. kufuor had to hold her back so she wouldn’t hit me!!! this was all happening inside the office! I called 911 and made a police report. This lady is insane and that dr. NANA KUFUOR Is crazy for having this tape of people working there. Worst experience of my life!!!
