Polished Nails & Spa

Been here quite a few times. Never overly impressed. Yesterday I went and Kandy and got a gel application. Very sloppy application, the sides of my nails don’t have paint and she didn’t apply the top coat evenly so it’s kind of wavy. The ladies are put on a time limit so maybe that’s why she did a poor job. There are far better shops around town.

I’ve been looking for a new nail lady for two years!!! I love my original one, but she’s so far from me now. I was a walk-​in and Dawn was great!!! Think I found a new place

Tammy and Candy do an amazing job.
They are quick and efficient. Usually I don’t have the time to take 3 hours start to finish and Candy is super quick and thorough. Haven’t seen Tammy for awhile but she does a really good job too.
When I know I will be in LV I will wait to go to Polished to get them done.
I have never gotten as many compliments as when Candy does them! Literally 3 – 4 compliments a day sometimes.
I always get Gel on full set and Gel pedicure.
My favorite Gel look is called White Diamond. Sooooooo Pretty.
Both girls are meticulous which is great because I’m kind of a perfectionist about my nails.
If your particular or picky about your nails let the salon know so they can match you accordingly with the right technician.
Any salon you go to you will find really good techs and mediocre. You just need to take the time to find the right one.
Also, the décor and paint colors is cute.
Makes for a nice girly spa like ambiance.

Nail appointment took 3 hrs for a shitty paint job I asked for my nails to be black with a few diamonds nails now are dark blue and the white paint she used to make her job easier is showing through… I paid 83.00 dollars for a new set of acrylics? overpriced and she was complaining whole time. I will never go back!
Came back in today nails were chipping and uneven after 2 days one lifted as well. I was upset they wouldn’t refund me but I was able to get my nails redone by Bobby, he did a ok job I was happy until 3 days later my gel started peeling off again! I am beyond upset I’m not having them fix it again for the third time in one week! Please find a better nail salon overpriced and not worth 83.00 $ if they chip after a few days.

Excellent service and friendly staff. This was my first pedicure so I was a little nervous. The chairs were comfortable and massaged your back while they worked on your feet. This will definitely not be my last pedicure here. I highly recommend trying this place out. Treat yo self!

I had a gel manicure done with Wynnie and she did an amazing job! She took her time with my nails to make sure that they were evenly shaped and coated. The price for the quality of the manicure was completely worth it. This is definitely the best manicure I’ve ever had.

Love my nails. I love the ladies at the front desk for putting up with me and my scheduling needs. Big Kim… Thank you my nails are so beautiful and healthy. The customer service is excellent.

I would start off by saying I stopped going to polish over a year ago due to bad service in every aspect not to mention they are over priced for the bad service they provide. But recently they were calling guests offering a deal that seemed too good to be true. Purchase a gift card for $ 100 and receive a $ 100 visa gift card in addition to your $ 100 credit at polished. They said you must wait to get the gift card. Finally after weeks they say they were scammed and I could receive more credit at polished or a refund. I wanted a refund since polished is NOT my nail salon of choice. At that point they say someone will get back to me? Why offer a refund then not honor it. It was clearly a scam to begin with. Should have never got scammed into ever going back there! Lesson learned.

Love this place. Have people compliment on the design of my gel nails all the time. And guess what?! They can last 4 weeks. Yes, coming from a mom that frequently washes her hands… Normally, it only last 2 weeks at most at other nail salons, but Polish gel nails last longer then my real nails underneath. That should tell you something about their quality at least. I agree that sometimes the pedi can be a bit rough but my rough sole are smooth afterwards. Definitely my go to nail salon.

I tried many salons before I found my perfect match — Polished and Big Kim. Not only is she the owner, but she really takes great pride in her work and clients overall. Customer service is very important to her and her work is the best I’ve seen here in Vegas by far. Knowledgeable with the latest trends and creative. I’ve seen shops with sky high prices and shitty work. The prices at Polished affordable and you will not be disappointed with your nails.

I had the pleasure of being treated to a day of pampering by my daughter and first in the list was a trip to Polished Nail Salon. With a pedicure and manicure in the list I was prepared to be treated royally.
When we arrived we were greater by the ladies up front and I was impressed with the welcoming and great customer service they provided.
On to receiving the pedicure, it was fantastic. Nikki was wonderful and did a great job.
Manicure next on the list and my daughter had chosen nail art for my nails. Nikki created the nail art on my nails amazingly just like the photo we showed her. She was very attentive to getting my nails to look just wonderful. I’ve always had acrylic nails in the past and this was my first time for gel. I was extremely satisfied. The gel stayed on my nails 2 weeks and I was so happy with the results we scheduled for a second nail appointment.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of Wynnie being the person to give me the manicure. Again with nail art chosen and shown to Wynnie she was great. My nails look amazing!
I will definitely recommend Polished Nail Salon to everyone.

Let me start this review by saying it wasn’t my choice to go to Polished but one of best friends was getting married and decided to book 5 pedicures & 4 manicures (I of course would never trust them with my nails from previous bad experiences) so I went went with the flow because it’s where the bride wanted to go.
First of all our appointments were booked over a week in advance for 10 am. I got a confirmation text at 7am that woke me up before my alarm. (Super annoying)
When we arrived they had the bride at the reception desk going over these appointments for whatever reason which is why they sat us down late.
Second, when I pulled up my pants and sat down I told the technician that I got a new tattoo on my ankle and to please not put the scrub over it. He acknowledged my request and then started his work. He did a good job until he clipped my skin! My obvious reaction caught his attention. He apologized but then ended up doing it again! Then he slapped the scrub on the leg that I asked him not to put it on and I had to tell him again not to do it!
Third he painted my toes nicely but I noticed he didn’t get the big toe on my left foot all the way to the cuticle. So I asked him to fix it. He explained why he didn’t do it but I couldn’t understand him. He fixed it after I insisted on it.
Then they split up all of the girls in the wedding party to different rooms to do their nails… it was annoying that we couldn’t hang together but it was obvious they didn’t care to accommodate.
I got home after running a few errands and decided to take another shower. When I got out I noticed the bottom of my feet were still cracked and still had callus. I was really upset because I’m a licensed cosmetologist & know that this could have been prevented by using callus remover and simply taking a bit more time.
I decided to call and let the manager know that I was upset with my service. He spoke to me in sort of a robotic tone and asked me to send them photos of my feet so he could show the owner. So I did just that. He called back with in 20 minutes and told me that he showed the owner the photos & watched the cameras. He said the owner told him my feet were cracked and that if the removed the cracks it would have hurt me. And he also said he watched the cameras and the guy spent 5 minutes on each of my feet. I assure you he did NOT spend 10 minutes making sure I left with smooth feet.
They didn’t even want to see my feet in person. Didn’t invite me back to have them worked on again or offer anything really. I can’t tell you how unprofessional this place is… they might have over 300 colors to choose from but I’ll take a good pedicure & customer service over multiple colors any day. I will never return to this establishment.

Good ambiance fun and relaxing, very professional and they always make sure the costumer is happy.
I go over two year to do my nails in polished with winny and its absolutely amazing. I always get amazing comments on my nails and every one always ask me where I did my nails. Winny is very creative and know to do everything you ask for design wise. I love her and I will defiantly will keep going to her for many more years … Love u polished, love u winny u r the best

I’ve been looking for a nail salon that does really good nail art (like pintrest type stuff). One of my Co workers always has gorgeous nails and she recommended Polished.
My life has a crazy schedule different everyday, and it’s hard for my to make appointments and always stick to them. Well I went for the 1^st time today, and Susanna did my color and nail art and it was on point!!! Sweet, knowledgeable and good conversation. This is officially my new nail salon!!! It’s nice to feel like they take their time and care about giving the customers what they want.
DEFINITELY the best salon in Vegas with over 300 gel colors!

Go to Big Kim! She’s absolutely amazing. I am extremely picky with my nails and I am completely satisfied. My nails are gorgeous! The gels last for weeks with no cracks. Highly recommend this location or Polished Too in Henderson.

I’ve been coming here on/​off for a few years. It’s the only salon I visit anymore when I’m home in Vegas. I appreciate that they send out coupons or package discounts on occasion also.
The place is beautiful inside and has a spa-​like feel. The prices are reasonable for any service. They have a huge selection of gel polishes and regular polish to match. Some of the staff can do exquisite nail art, though the most I’ve gotten done is some stickers under a top coat.
These 4 stars are based solely on my experiences with Mia. Some of the other girls are too rushed, have burned my nail bed, or cut too much from my cuticles. Mia takes her time and does a quality job. In fact, my most recent gel application lasted a solid 3 weeks.
Some of the other staff are good too. Unfortunately, one man who did my mani/​pedi was gone the next time I tried to book with him. You just have to find someone that’s right for you.
And, don’t forget: It’s Vegas, and you’re paying a good chunk for your nail work. Tip well!

I found out about Polished from some girls I worked with who always had phenomenal nails. I made an appointment to get a full set and I never looked back.
I’m not sure who did my nails the first couple times but I was put with Bobby on my third appointment because I wanted someone really good at shaping. I always get my nails done in stilleto points, one time I needed a nail repair (free) the woman I was with did not shape my nail well at all.
The environment of the salon is clean, it’s cute, but modern. They play top 40’s music and club music which is obnoxious but I just bring my head phones.
A fill for acrylics and regular polish is only $ 20, and since I get my nails done every two weeks my polish never chips or gets discolored. They have a HUGE nail polish color selection, and a lot of nail techs.
The only down side of this salon is its really busy and sometimes booking over the phone can take awhile, other than that I’ve never had a problem.

I was extremely excited to get my nails done here after stepping into their upscale location. However, my acrylic nails looked hideous after one day. They turned a wierd yellow color. It’s been about 5 days now and they are extremely chipped and still changing colors. I do not work with food and I do not wash my hands frequently for my job so there’s no reason for my nails to look like this. I’m highly disappointed with how my nails turned out and I’m not sure if I will come back to this location again.

So I decided to try Polished again. My nail color is on point but 2 of my nails are crooked. When the technician applied the nails I pointed it out and she told me no, after they were filed they wouldn’t look crooked. She shaped them. I told her they were still crooked and she told me it was the angle and that they were straight. After everything is done, nope still crooked. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I love the colors just not the crooked nails. If I’m paying so much for gel is it really that hard to put the nails on straight? Don’t they look and make sure they’re all straight and not pointing in any other direction because straight up? Ugh, guess I’ll be going to LV nail at from now one
