Pop Lash & Nails

My friend scheduled us appointments for pedicures, she was running late so I decided to get a manicure. I wanted a specific design with regular polish (wanted to keep the integrity of my real nails) the staff convinced me to get gel. The lady who did my manicure, was friendly, sassy, and fun. My nails turned out great! My pedicure was good as well. All of the staff is pleasant and good at what they do, plus it’s clean! I’ll be back, thank you!

They have great services and decent prices. I recommend calling to make reservations so you don’t have to put your credit card down (online). They also match Groupon/​Living Social deals if you’ve already purchased in the past. Enjoyed that they provide beverages and snacks. Their seats are comfortable and their quality is good. Best part is the Japanese Nail art!

This is the absolute acrylics I have gotten. MyLe is amazing and so nice. Everyone there is really friendly. I drive all the way here from Summerlin. I am never going anywhere else ever again. The proof is in the picture. Thank you so much MyLe.

I’m also picky about nail places and the nail place I loved closed so I’ve been trying to find a good place to go to. My friend introduced me to this place and I fell in love because it was so clean and beautiful. They also have an amazing choice of nail polish. Like a really good selection.
The staff is amazingly nice and they have refreshments and snacks available. They are very nice and helpful. They actually talk to you while you get your nails done.
The prices are actually really reasonable as well. They have an amazing Groupon and the deals are amazing.
They do a good job on your nails too. My pedicure has lasted longer than two weeks and my gel manicure is still doing well. They have a brand I have never seen used at any other salon. I know it starts with a p but I will update it to make sure what the name of the brand is. I will def be going back to this place.
I would suggest making a an appointment if you want a design.

Their lash services are not hygienic. They fall out quickly, the room is not clean, and they are eating/​drinking/​coughing without washing their hands. I stupidly went back to give them the benefit of the doubt, and again my entire set of lashes had fallen out by the 10^th day. They leave you sitting there waiting, and customer service is non existent. When I first stopped going, they texted an offer for $ 20 off for positive reviews on Unilocal.They can’t pay Unilocal for a better review, so they want us to trick the system for them. Now I receive spam coupons and birthday messages trying to get me to come back and unsubscribe each time.
I have never had my nails done at Pop. It looks like they do a good job, but I don’t know. The eyelash extensions, however, you should have done somewhere else.

I saw this on Groupon and decided to give it a try. It was the best mani-​pedi I have ever gotten. Her name was lana she was very quiet but did her job amazing. I would recommend this salon forsure

Had a wonderful experience getting a gel mani/​pedi. They really take their time so you have a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Kayo is a really great nail artist and I think she imports all her gel polishes, accessories, and nail magazines from Japan, so they’re better quality! David, the manager, is also really friendly. I like the overall décor of the salon, but I would recommend they change their store sign eventually to match their actual logo. It’s more eye-​catching.

Best manicure I’ve had in a long time. And they have cruelty-​free colors :) Update: went back for the gel nail experience and I could not have been happier. I got them the first week of December and it lasted into the New Year. I’ll be visiting again for sure.

Super friendly staff and clean salon! I had both my girls (2 & 4 years old) with me and they treated us very well. The nails techs were quick and did a phenomenal job on both my gel mani and pedi. They had a great selection of colors for gels. Very happy and can’t wait to go back!

Always in search of finding a good nail salon in Vegas. I saw this deal on groupon and decided to give it a shot. It was $ 48 for a gel mani & pedi, who could really pass up a deal like that right?!
I went with my friend who’s never gotten a pedi (crazy) & she was very pleased for her first time.
What I really like is that they use «Presto» gel polish which in my experience is better quality than other gel brands.
Miley was the nail technician that helped us and I’m in love with my gel nails with design. She’s super cute and funny. There wasn’t those awkward silent moments you experience at other places because they can’t speak or u detest and English very well.
Overall I really liked the place and will come back again!

Pop Nails & Lash was wonderful… I found them on groupon and they did a great job on my mani and pedi… I’m definitely coming back !

Very humble people, nice environment, VERY CLEAN and they can do anything you’re looking for.

I wish I could give zero stars.
First off, the woman who did my nails – Michelle, I think – was clearly messed up. I don’t know if her big gulp had more than just soda in there or if she has a serious pill problem, but oh my god she was awful.
She kept asking the same questions, over and over again. She kept bragging about going to celebrity homes to do their nails and how she used to teach young nail technicians how to do things correctly. Except, she didn’t have the ability to use a word like «technicians.»
I had to ask her several times to get closer to the cuticle. And as far away as it is, it’s still not round. It’s just the worst.
It still looks like I have a week growth.
The most annoying part: IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES!!!
I just had to have some color on my nails for my first day of work, so I couldn’t really leave. I didn’t have enough time to go elsewhere.
THEN
I had my eyebrows waxed.
Different woman, so I thought I would be okay,
SHE DROPPED WAX ON MY SWEATER.
So now, I have to go get a new manicure…
And a new sweater
Score: -$ 54 (that’s the base price) and the cost of my sweater, which I bought the day before.
DON’T GO! SERIOUSLY. OH MY GOD. NEVER. AGAIN.

Clean, modern, and very kawaii salon! Was able to call one hour in advance and come in with no problem. Noticed they got super busy right after I walked in, so make sure you do book your appointments over the phone with them! I got an eyelash extension refill by Kayo and she was wonderful. Didn’t take very much time, I would say about 80 minutes, but they came out so fluffy and flirty like I wanted! They use synthetic monk hair, which looks super natural and feels so lightweight! Great quality products, good customer service, and I can’t wait to come back! There’s lots of discounts for their promotion going on for this month, don’t miss out!

Made an appointment with a very nice guy on the phone and went in for a gel manicure. A woman with short blonde hair and bangs had me sit at her chair. She put on the foil wraps to remove my gel polish, told me to hold on a second, and WALKED OUT THE DOOR. She left me sitting in the chair confused for 15 minutes until the man who i spoke to on the phone came over and started removing my previous polish. She finally came back after 20 minutes had passed WITH FOOD FROM SUBWAY. She then came back to do my manicure. She was very rough with my nails and I left with my cuticles bleeding. She was also texting on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. The décor in the shop was extremely nice and the man that I spoke to on the phone and who took off my polish was very polite. But do whatever you can to stay away from this technician.
UPDATE: just looked at my nails more closely and she didn’t paint the gel all the way down and left the sides of my nails unpainted! Not happy at all. Will post pictures.

I hate to downgrade my review cause David the manager is so nice and Kayo is awesome but the lack of quality control /​poor service you get with anyone other than Kayo is just awful.
This has become my go to salon for gel nails solely because of Kayo… I even referred my mom who has made it her go to place as well.
Unfortunately, since Kayo is great it is often difficult to get an appointment with her and even more so to get back to back appointments. As such, when my mother wanted to go with me to get our nails done last week she decided to give someone else a try – BIG mistake!
Not only did the other lady (dont know her name but she has relatively short hair with blonde highlights) rush through the mani but she was so rough that 1) she cut my mom’s cuticles so they bled and 5 days later the scabs are still there – this was after my mom specifically asked her NOT to cut her cuticles at all 2) she completely missed the sides of each nail when applying the gel polish so there is a gap on each side of every nail and it looks awful
David did give a 10% discount for my mom on the spot but it should have been free cause we wouldnt let the lady do our nails again if someone paid us! It was not only a bad job but they damaged and hurt her cuticles /​nails. They are lucky the cuts didn’t get infected or anything and we are not the sue happy type of people or it could have been trouble for them.
All in all, 5 stars for Kayo still but 0 /​negative for the other technicians. My mom and I agreed we will both only let Kayo do our nails going forward and schedule further in advance to get 2 back to back appointments with her if we want to go together.

I went back to Pop Lash & Nails, since my usual nail tech will be on sick leave for 2 months.
This time my nails were done by Anne, since Kayo was helping a customer that had an appointment with her, (I had booked an appointment with her too online), but I’ll get to this part later.
Kayo removed my gel polish and sent me over to Anne who filled my acrylics. She took a shot of my picture off my phone from her phone and referred to it when she began my nails.
She did a good job and I like the result.
The parts that could be improved: I was called twice for my appointment to be confirmed which was good, but the first time I called I spoke with the manager and he said he would tell the nail tech, which he didn’t since I received another call to confirm again. They may want to communicate a bit better about confirming reservations.
And I did my reservation online, which they didn’t seem as familiar with and they were still double checking their reservation book. Also, I agree with the Unilocal reviewer that said she made an appointment with Kayo, but ended up with someone else, which also happened to me. I guess next time I will select any nail tech or call in my reservation and request Kayo.
Overall the service and nail work is always great, but the other parts need work.

I got eyelash extension from Kayo, she is very detailing, and the place is super clean. I also had my nail done with Acrylic nail and Gel with 3D design, Kayo really did a perfect job. Very beautiful. It last about 3 – 4 weeks. Most importantly the price is great. Tips: make reservation first, they are always busy. Hard to walk in. So always call for availability

This could be the cutest and cleanest salon I have ever walked my girly self into. It has a minimalist, sorta Japanese inspired look to it. If you’re not sure what color or design you want on your nails, get some inspiration from their Japanese nail magazines.
My first visit was for lash extensions. I bought the Amazon Local deal that included a full set and one touch up. My technician was Kyo. She was friendly and the session lasted about an hour. The length was good and my eyes «popped» more!
This is a long, overdue review. I’ve gone back to get touch ups for my lashes several times now. I am a total regular. Besides their lash extension service, their mani/​pedi work are great as well!
They provide excellent, genuine service to each of their guests. I highly recommend.
