History

Established in 2007.

We moved to Las Vegas from California to open our business. After waiting for 3 years, our store finally opened in April 2007. In our first year of business we received the Great Start award at PostNet’s 2008 Annual Conference.

On December 7, 2012, our store was featured in the PostNet episode of Undercover Boss on CBS. We were blessed by participating in this episode as we got our store completely remodeled and upgraded, we spent time at PostNet Headquarters in Denver training, and we were given $ 10,000 to donate to a local homeless charity of our choice. We were so happy to give the $ 10,000 to Project 150, which is a charity that helps homeless high school students here in Clark County.

We are proud to be part of the Southwest Las Vegas community.

Business Owner

Jim was a copier technician for 18 years prior to opening the business. Working on copiers at PostNet locations in So. California gave Jim the idea to look into becoming a Franchisee.

I have been a customer at this location a few times due to convenience since it is literally right behind my house. However, I am looking for a new spot to ship my packages due to the rudeness of the staff. They always act like I’m bothering them for using their business. They need to learn how to treat their customers. I have even seen a man walk out due to the utter lack of respect from one of the female employees.

This is a great mail center. Inexpensive, and way less of a hassle than the Post Office.
The staff is great! Just bring your dry humor with you and be polite, or prepare to get razzed!
Had a huge mix-​up with a package once. Not my fault or theirs… And they were able to track down a package I was sure went into the Abyss…

I use this place pretty often (only because it is convenient) I live in the area. The same man is always there. He charges me a different amount (depending on his mood that day) just to use the computer. He isn’t very friendly at all & always has an attitude if I need any help. I have been going there for over a year now & the service has not improved… I won’t be returning.

Horrible place $ 3.5 dollars to use the computer so I can print 1 single paper, because they don’t have an email address or WiFi, who doesn’t have WiFi or an email address at their business it is 2015.
Rip off. Don’t go there.

You can find PostNet in the Albertsons shopping center, located on the southeast corner of Warm Springs and Rainbow.
We just stopped by here because we just needed to print up a document to get notarized at the Wells Fargo across the street. So, we literally just needed to pop in and print up a single sheet document.
The place is small, but clean. They had two employees taking care of the line that was forming (surprisingly). There was a computer against a side wall, we just jumped on, printed our document and got in line. It was fairly quick and painless. This single sheet of paper cost us $ 1.99!
No screaming deal, but it was at least quick and convenient given the circumstances. If the opportunity arises, I may use them again but I don’t necessarily see myself going out of my way to do so.
It was A-​OK

Hardly ever have to ship anything. When I do ship something, this is the place. Fast, friendly, and convenient. Usually like to get stamps here. Never had a package disappear. Excellent track record! They seem to have everything for your shipping needs.

I hate coming here! The only time I do is to drop off a package, something that takes as little as 30 seconds. In that short amount of time, the people that work here always make it an uncomfortable experience for me.
The Latina looking woman ALWAYS makes me feel like I’m making her do a chore that she can’t be bothered with! She makes no eye contact, no greetings or smiles and gives short, one word answers. If she can answer a question by pointing somewhere and not saying anything, she WILL and she DOES. Once she lazily hands me over my receipt without saying a word to me, she goes back into her corner and back on her phone.
And the older white man that works there too is slightly better than her, but still pretty bad. He also acts like he can’t be bothered with simple questions and requests. I’m sorry I ruined your day by coming into your store and giving you business!
Since this is the closest store to me that I can drop off my packages too, I still come despite the attitudes I get inside. Now I come in prepared knowing what to expect, and brace myself for 30 seconds of the worst customer service!

Went to ship an item and they straight away shipped via fed ex. Most expensive. I didn’t care since I looked at the receipt when I got home. Oh well. Them realized that it was the slowest method too. Usps would have got the old there for less and faster. Not a good business practice. Please be aware and ask for shipping options or you will be stuck in a situation like I was. Good luck.

This place is a complete and utter rip off and they don’t even care. The girl who helped me was short and sassy which I would expect the opposite of with such a hefty price tag. I shipped one package to San Diego without insurance without tracking as slow as possible and they charged $ 20!!! Plus $ 4 for the box! I had mailed three boxes of the same size AND bought boxes for them to go inside for the SAME price.

the guy is friendly. the people before me were chatting it up and it was obvious they knew the guy well. i liked that. i didnt mind waiting while they took their time. he was honest and informative when i asked about using boxes to ship internationally. i could use my own but its not by certain standards and are not guaranteed if the contents are damaged. thats why his boxes are a little more expensive but they have insurance and durability for the trip.
