Office staff is not helpful. I asked the manager leslie to help me with putting in a referral to my insurance, she stated that they dont do that and they dont have the time for that. Leslie was very rude and not very helpful, Abrupt and didnt understand my needs. The doctors are very helpful.

I chose POP to provide my special needs daughter with her new helmet because of the owner, Jimmy. I haven’t known him all that long, but he’s always been great to my daughter and I. I’m hyper-​critical of medical establishments when it comes to my daughter’s care, and I wasn’t disappointed by his staff! The front office took care of setting up our appointment and handled an insurance snafu when it came up. They kept me updated of what was going on and I didn’t have to do anything! Our orthotist, Yahve, was awesome too! He was great with my daughter and tried his best to make her happy (this is a very tough task!). I can honestly say that all the staff we met made us feel like family! As a special needs father and a nurse, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend POP to my family and friends!

I must say that the back of the house staff is good they know and do there job well. My problem is with the front of the house. The receptionist that makes the appointments. I called three times trying to make an appointment. I could not get the day and time that I needed it seems like she wanted to give me the time she wanted and not what I needed so after the third time I went to another prosthetic store they gave me a time that was right for me. So I’ve been telling all my coworkers about POPs if you go there you have to go when they want you to not when you want to.

Place is very good workers are helpful good prices and sneakers are made strong went to other places for diabetes shoes and they fell apart after 6 months
