Premier Car wash

After i left this carwash and the sun hit my windshield, I discovered it was wiped with filthy cloth. Entire car had same film Horrible.

It’s the best car wash in town and excellent prices I had a great experience they are affordable, fast, clean, friendly, and they do that best details they have all kind of services for your car I really like it highly recommend them I can give them more than 5 stars

My 72 year old mother took her car her for cleaning. She paid $ 15.99 for the car wash. When they were finished, the car was still dirty. My mother advised the manager that the car was not cleaned within the door as there were leaves still there. She was told by manager that they «didn’t do that». When she advised that the dash hadn’t been cleaned she was ignored. When she became upset she was asked to leave as she was being «disrespectful» to the manager. As I stated my mother is a 71 year old, Christian woman who happen to have my three year old daughter with her, definantly not disrespectful nor a threat. My mother was so upset by the situation she could barely drive home. I will now be looking for the actual owner to file some type of complaint. Shoddy work and horrific customer service!

Wow is all I have to say. The manager, whose name I think is Sarala or something (the employee have me the name), is so disrespectful and unprofessional. I pulled up and was waiting at my car for about a minute and another employee came over and I told him I needed my car smogged. I received a coupon in the mail for a smog check at $ 13.99 and the gentleman went and grabbed it manager inside because he does not do the smog check. The manager came out didn’t even say hi how are you was very what seemed annoyed with me coming and getting my car smogged and didn’t ask me but told me to get out of my car so he could do his job. Now I saw the sign that says you need to present the coupon before the smog check and I thought since I had showed the other employees that he was aware that I had a coupon but I was also holding a big bright pink paper in my hand by he knew was definitely a coupon for his company.
After the smog check I asked if he needed the coupon now and he proceeded to tell me that he needed the coupon before the smog. I told him that I showed it to his employees that I had a coupon and he proceeded to said oh he’s stupid he doesn’t know what he’s doing. After he snatched the smog check out of the machine he told me to go pay inside and he was also my cashier. He then decided to tell me that he normally doesn’t accept this and blah blah blah in regards that I need to get the coupon to him before but I told him you saw me holding this ginormous pink paper in my hand and you know it was a coupon for your smog. As I work in customer service I always try to ask any questions before they have to ask he should have preceded and asking me is that a coupon in your hand? And if he would have I would have said yes sir here do you need it now or when I pay out. All in all the gentleman that First Jaime was very sweet and kind even there are there was a bit of a language barrier but the gentleman who did the smog check was very very disrespectful and definitely should not be in that position. You should never talk bad about your employees or coworkers or workers to a customer that is coming there to get help and assistance from you. I would never come back here because this gentleman was too disrespectful and has no manners and no sense of customer service no wonder why all these bad reviews are here maybe you guys should make a change.

When I pulled in I didn’t really know where to go because there were a few different lanes but as I was turning around a guy ran over towards my car and instructed me where to go and I thought that was great! They have excellent prices especially for what your getting. I chose the number 3 VIP package and it was only $ 15.99 and that included vacuuming, tire shine, wipe down (drying the car), and making the dash all shiny. My car looked great and it didn’t take long at all. There were a few spots on the car that had water spots on it but after I pointed it out he got rid of them. I would definitely come back and would recommend!!! The service is great and you can’t beat it for the price.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve come here to get my Windows tinted & they ALWAYS do an amazing job… they also give you a free car wash with Tint but, it wasn’t just a car wash they detailed my old car (inside & out) & now it looks great! I’m going to come back to have my headlights restored & then it’s going to look even better! I was thinking about getting rid of my car but now I will keep her for a while… thanks guys!

I received a coupon mailer at my home for this place, so i thought I’d come check it out. Upon pulling in I experienced a dirty building and a confusing entrance into the carwash. When i pulled up to select my carwash package, I presented the coupon and asked for that specific wash. My wife & I recently had a baby and a family member had written on our windows with window chalk that washes away with water. The guy tells us it would be an extra $ 7 to clean the writing off, and then proceeds to try to upsell us to a hand wax package that’s $ 15 even more than that. I politely told him I could wash it at home for free and had only come there to use the coupon and try their service. There was no attempt to keep me as a customer and I drove away. I run marketing for 75+ restaurants in Las Vegas and know a thing or two about customer service. These guys obviously don’t.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They washed my car really good but the cashier guy he was really rude instead of giving my Card or receipt in my hand he pretty much threw it on me in my car and the receipt he just threw on table he had no respect and no experience in customer service.

Got the number 8 which is the full detail and hand wax, I got there and the guy looked inside my car and told me it wouldn’t be $ 99 it would be $ 120…why? Because I have tan seats and they were extra dirty he said. They looked like any other dirty seats. The headlights have some oxidation on them he told me that would be an extra $ 40 for them to do that that wasn’t included in the $ 120. I shoulda just went with my gut feeling and had someone come to my house and do it for $ 125 and he guarantees it will be cleaned like a showroom car. Lesson learned.

Well this is a tough one with the reviews on olé Unilocal.I decided to give it a shot with my brand new Dodge Ram. We are in town visiting family and this was one of the closets car washes. I got the number three wash due to I didn’t need any further treatment and I generally handle all wash type needs on my own.
This isn’t the best looking place I can say that right off. A remodel would do this place right and Prob increase there business hands down.
I was greeted by an older gentleman who was talking on the phone via headphones. Not the most professional. I asked what he recommended and he said hand wax, most expensive choice, I laughed and said #3 will work. Maybe they should work on there packages. Young kids doing the work, super polite and so far looks like they know what they are doing (not that hard to vac and dry) all in all I would recommend this for a quick wash, full detail I would do your homework i.e. Product use, experience, and of course price. Came here and asked for the number 3, it’s 15.99 and they do a great job. I pulled up to the window and the guy didn’t come out right away I figured he was busy so I just waited until he was free. He came out like a minute later said he’d be right with me I maybe waited anther 30 seconds and then he came running out and asked what I’d like I said the number three he said because you waited and were polite I’m going to upgrade you but only charge for what you asked for I was so blown away by this customer service I will be returning just because of that! Not to mention they do a great job!

Bought a 94 BMW on 9/​24, didn’t have a chance to read the entire manual. Decided to get the car cleaned since we’ve been to this Premier location before. 4 workers worked on the car, it sparkled inside and out. SAL went above and beyond for me, since he has a BMW too, he asked how I like my car, told him I’ll like it better when I understand where all the gadgets were. I couldn’t figure out why the dome lights wouldn’t work, he tweeked inside the light box and fixed it. So if you complain about this place, just remember if you are kind, you’ll be treated with kindness too. I will be bringing my BMW back for another cleaning when needed.

My girl friend had referred me to this car wash after I had complimented on how clean and detailed her car was. She said they were very reasonable and do a very good job. I decided to give this place a try everyone here were welcoming and nice. I told the man I need deep cleaning on my carpets he said ok no worry. Waited in the waiting area (which is clean) until I was called, when I was called the man opened my door and all I seen was my VERY CLEAN carpets being so distracted I forgot to look around the car at first sight. I had forgotten to pay for my car wash so went back in when I came out I made sure I double checked around the car making sure the car was sparkling clean. Around my car was still dirt marks the man hadn’t wiped thoroughly esp on the edges near underneath of the car… instead of him wiping my car another man had cleaned up the edges and apologized for not doing the job correctly. As I was taking off I noticed my Windows still had water marks, my back seats still had marks, just little flaws that should have been done after going through a car wash. I had called their company asking for their manager notifying him my car was still dirty he said ok come back and well do it again for you. So, here I am today turns out the first man who had «cleaned» my car was new and the manager was so helpful he made sure they did my car all over again which I am very thankful for that’s why they deserve 4 stars for their customers service even though they should have done it right the first time they got it right the 2^nd time

Recently moved to Vegas and have been looking for a great car wash.
Typical drive thru car wash with towel-​dry and vacuum for $ 13.99. However, be prepared to wait a long time. From start to finish I was there about 45 minutes. Not enough workers and overall not too friendly either. They did a fine job but would probably not come back.

First I get a coupon on my newspaper that says $ 13.99 for a smog check. I arrived at the location waiting almost 10 minutes for the owner to come over and I handed him the coupon and he says oh for that you must buy car wash. I replied that it does not say that on here, he got extremely rude and said sorry not my problem. So fine I am there I need it done so I get a car wash that was on special that included an interior & exterior wash.
They drove my car through a machine available anywhere for like half the price, my wheels were left filthy and they left spots on all the windows. One of the workers stepped into my car to vacuum it and now I have a huge grease stained footprint in the back of my car. I had a to do list & my grocery list on my front seat that they proceeded to throw away!
I will never go back there again, and I will tell everyone I know to stear clear. Their ads are full of false advertisements, they charge extra for everything, and they were rude to me on top of it. This is not how you run a business or treat people!

Got my car detailed here after a long overdue time… Inside which was disgusting before looked great. We paid almost $ 150 so I would expect all dirt spots on bottom of door and hubcaps gone which they weren’t which is the only reason I gave them 4 but I will definitely be going back next time

Had a great experience here. They were very welcoming and explained the options to me as a first time customer. The guys really hustled and worked on the interior cleaning. Excellent job and very efficient. Looks and smells great!

I’ve gone multiple times. The staff are always polite and helpful. Yes they will offer you upgrades– but I’ve found them to be competitively priced. They’ll contact your insurance company to repair and chipped windows too if you like. I will always come here for auto services– fast, efficient, and great quality work!

Came here with a Groupon deal and the whole thing was kind of a nightmare. The guy kept trying to up-​sell me with a tire shine that was very unnecessary. A little too much pressure.
The wash is automated, which I have always found fun since I was little!
They detail your car on the inside which didn’t take too long. Less than 10 minutes. Everything looked good, but based on the normal prices and the semi-​rude service, I won’t return.

About a month ago, I went out to the desert for my vacation. During the course of my stay, my rental car got hit with a sandstorm.

Okay, it got hit by SEVERAL sandstorms, and we’ll leave it at that. At any rate, the car looked like I had just demolished the 2012 Sandcastle Conference. It was bad. Really bad.
So I needed to clean it, and looked to Groupon for salvation. I went down there… and the car was just too bad. They couldn’t use the Groupon. So I had to suck it up, and take a much larger scale wash for the car. I conceded. There was just no way that I could have brought the car back in its sandy state.
But to their credit, the car looked great all said and done.
It took about three full washings, but they got it looking back to its original state. And really, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I wasn’t thrilled about the high price I had to pay for the wash, but honestly, they put a lot of work into it, so it was worth it.
Their lobby is actually decent, filled with arcade games and snack machines. Nice touch. They aren’t a fan of credit cards, but they weren’t difficult about it, and worked with me regardless.
Hopefully, I’ll never have to return a car for them to wash in that dirty a state, but at least I know they are thorough about their work. The price then saved me a LOT of grief with the rental place later, so I am grateful for that.
