This guy is quick, friendly, and clearly very knowlegeable about computers/​phones. I came in with water damage to my iphone and it would not hold a charge. Right as I handed it to him, he opened it up and told me it needed a new charge port (something to that degree) and also offered an optional water treatment in case the damage went thru the whole phone. Just went with the new charge port and it was $ 45 and took less than 10 mins to change out. Super nice guy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is its cash only and the location is a bit sketchy. Its located in the very back of a brown building on W Sahara, you’ll drive right past it if you’re not looking carefully.

Little did i know that the screen repair would only take 15 minutes and my phone looked good as new! So thankful for Willy he is probably one of the nicest person I’ve ever met. GREAT PRICE TOO! My iPhone 6s screen has been cracked for a while, and it just got a lot worse recently. I was soooo close to going to another repair shop that was going to charge me $ 120 for my screen repair – but then last night I found this shop through Unilocal.I am soooo glad I found this place!
It’s a little hard to find; the actual shop was inside this two-​story business complex that kind of looks like an apartment complex. The guy that was there was very nice, and very quick at fixing my cracked screen – I only waited about 20 minutes (there were two phones ahead of me).
Another thing that I liked was that they have a 30 day warranty on the screens, so in case anything happens (aside from cracks or water damage), you can get it replaced for free.
I will definitely recommend this place to friends!

I rarely take time to read write reviews but this place was stellar! I walked in the door and walked out 10 minutes later with a completely repaired iPhone 6 for only $ 90! Willy was super knowledgeable as well, he knew just by looking at the inside of my phone that it was a third party insurance replacement phone built out of subpar parts! I knew that before going in, but this man clearly he knows his business! I have already referred two people to him and I have not even left the parking lot yet!

Great service and quick repair ! My iPhone 6 is like good as new! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it wasn’t until I arrived that he told me he only takes cash. Had to drive to bank. Other than that best price I found!

This place was fast and honest. I came to Las Vegas for the weekend, and ended up dropping my iphone 6 and the glass shattered. Looked up the nearest repair store the next day, and found this store. The ad stated $ 85. I ended up paying $ 100, I asked why and he stated it was because they are unable to recycle it due to the heavy damage and yellow coloring on the screen. I can understand that. If I am in Vegas again, and this happens, I would know where to go the next day.

Went twice because cheap price. Willy was great but within three months both screens raised –kind of like the phone wasn’t set in deep enough. Willy was great but if you don’t keep your receipt, he says you will have to pay full price again. Great guy but phone wasn’t fixed properly twice. But maybe it was just my phone???

Their service is great! It tools only 5−10min to fix cracked iPhone screen. It was very quick and staff is polite and very nice and reasonable price. I will visit there again Definitely.

Willy is an excellent technician! I decided to go swimming with my phone and I thought for sure my phone was a goner. He somehow pulled a rabbit out of a hat and was able to get it up and running again! I definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Willy saved me $ 700 twice now! Aside from the money, he saved my time which is even more important sometimes. I’ve dropped my phone off in a rush both times and Willy is always super nice. It was absolutely worth it.
My iPhone 5s touchscreen was not working and the display had lines and was discolored. I dropped it and the entire screen started lifting from the phone. He was able to fix this within 15 – 20 minutes!
It would only make sense for me to destroy the phone again a month or two later. I dropped it (a few times lol) and once it hit the tile in my house the screen shattered and this time he menu button also stopped working. Willy fixed everything back to normal in 10 – 15 minutes. I sat and did my homework. $ 70! That’s it!!!

I needed to a cracked screen on the boys iPhone. I did a little research and came across PTIR. Eyeing the five star rating and reading some 30+ reviews, I was sold.
After work I fought the traffic and followed the navigation to PTIR’s location. Damn, if the GPS did not fail me as it took me into a neighborhood just south of PTIR’s location. I figured it would be in the same parking lot as the Egg & I… wrong. PTIR is located in the commercial complex that looks like an apartment complex west of the Egg & I.
Having found the location, I walked in and met with Willy Kim. Willy took a look at the screen quoted me a very fair price and told me it be 30 minutes. I asked if he took AMX and was told the CC machine was down and it needed to be cash.
Off I went to fight traffic in search of an ATM machine. With ATM located and money retrieved, I headed back.
With five minutes to spare, Willy was putting on the finishing touches and I was out the door.
I recommend calling ahead to get a quote and to see if you need cash. Remember it’s the complex just west of the Egg & I.

Came through in a pinch! Again saving me from buy another cell phone that is 3 now! Teenagers are hard in phones. This time a G3 fix in 20 minutes. $ 55 buck out the door.

Do you know how hard it is to replace the screen of an iPhone 4s? Very tiresome and time consuming. There is like 50 steps to take it apart, and another 50 steps back. If you’re a fool like me and pull on the ribbon on the screen a wee bit too hard after long hours, you will feel sad and quite disappointed that success was so close.
At least if you get your repairs done by someone else have it done here! It was the cheapest out of 9 stores that I got a price quote over the phone for. The shop is small and hidden in the corner of the complex, but inside you’ll see a pile of broken screens and various parts on the desk behind the man named Willy.
He’s friendly enough and very efficient. He quoted me 30 minutes, but was done in probably 20 mins (I only had time to get cash and barely enough time to finish my game). No complaints, and close enough to the strip that many tourist who get too wild the night before can get their phone repaired without driving an extreme distance.

My wife and I just came back from Disney World… boy did we have a great time, except for when we used a monopod (selfie stick) and accidentally dropped the phone causing the iPhone 5 screen to shatter. Luckily the phone still worked. We placed a screen protector to prevent any cuts or glass to fall apart till we got back to Vegas. When we arrived back in town we searched for a place to get it repaired.
One of the best prices in town. Called a few places to check on price quotes and this place came out to be the lowest yet high ratings of customer satisfaction. The place of business is somewhat hidden yet located in the heart of Sahara and Decatur where most business mid point of Las Vegas could be considered. The place is rather small but they get the job done quick, efficient and like brand new. I was charged $ 85.00 out the door but that price included not just the screen but a new LCD Panel as well for my wife’s iPhone 5. That also included a $ 5.00 off with a Unilocal and Facebook check in.
Price range varies depending on model of phone. Of course the older the model the cheaper the price of repair due to value. The price was actually reasonable compared to other business who quoted me $ 80-​$ 100 plus tax for repair. I thought we would have to leave the phone and come back but we watched the whole process and it took only 15 minutes for the repair to be completed. We also were honored a 30 day warranty incase of any malfunctions that may occur due to the repair… which was a nice touch to ease our problem to begin with.
I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick repair. Though the cost is reasonable $ 85 is still $ 85. So take care of your phones. But when it happens this is the place to go to!
