I had a really great experience here! I had been to about 7 other dealerships trying to trade my Veloster, which I absolutely hated, and had zero luck. I finally got the chance to come here and they were awesome! I didn’t really k ow what I was looking for, but I knew their used car inventory was pretty impressive.
Laura (who is the sweetest girl ever) greeted us and helped us around the lot, and then took us inside. It did take what felt like forever to process the trade, and get some kind of estimate. But that’s pretty common with dealerships I guess. The used car sales manager, whose name starts with. «B» but for the life of me I can’t seem to remember it, was pretty optimistic about the trade. Which was incredibly refreshing. He put me in a 2015 Jeep Patriot, which I would have never thought in a million years I’d be able to afford. But here I am! Currently obsessed with my new Jeep and can’t wait to go on some adventures. They were both so awesome, and so nice the whole time! I seriously couldn’t be happier !

I purchased a jeep from here, and you have some of the laziest men I ever seen in my life here. I mean they are to busy eating CANE’s chicken 24 – 7 maybe they can actually help a well paying customer, I’ll never come here again. And there repair shop is garbage as well. I just can’t be around so many lazy people like they are. Watch when you get that vehicle and they have u hit that loud gong, and you drive off the lot. Let’s see how friendly those lazy «MEN» are then… I’ll wait. Oh and I found out its a recall on my brand new jeep regarding the shifter it doesn’t stay in gear, which I went up there and asked them more about it and what we’re they doing? Eating cane’s. My vehicle slips in to neutral when I’m driving I called on several different occasions even before the recall was out, and they couldn’t help with NOTHING, NOT INFORMATIVE NO NOTHING. UGH! & Their so called «bosses» are a joke, you sit up in a little area all day and give these men who run around like roaches and aren’t helping nothing the poorest advice. I’m just beyond thru with PRESTIGE.

Being a single lady I hate going to deal with salesmen. This day I was going to look at used cars. Went to Prestige and met with the manager. He then handed me off to a no hassle salesman, very happy actually. We drove the used cars on the lot, I thought I wanted used but then I drove the Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. I fell in love.
The whole day was stress free. Even in finance I told them what I needed and they made it work for me. Of course, I had to do a little bit of haggling making the deal… but who doesn’t if you’re not rich!
I would highly recommend this dealership. They have a very positive approach on their work environment and customer service, it shows.

So I wrote a really bad review about this dealership, more so on the experience I had from my new car purchase. After sitting down with the store leadership Rennie and Lloyd, we discussed the events of the sale. A simple explanation and reasonable arrangements have been cleared. Unecessary, and certainly could have been avoided by the sales manager.
Money is one thing, important? Absolutely. But so is integrity and respect.

Returned to the dealership two other occasions since getting my truck. Once to get the sidesteps put on and the second to pick up my green slip to register the vehicle. Both times everybody I passed greeted me, was friendly, offered me something to drink, etc. The salesmen that helped put me into my truck always greet me like we are family and that’s a great feeling to know you’re not a bother or a nuisance. I have never had an experience in all my 20+ years of buying cars like this. I have recommended Chris, Brooks, and the entire Prestige staff to several people already. Y’all are great!

Wow! Walked in for a test drive and drove away with a new car thanks to the capable, no pressure approach of the best car salesman I have ever met in 40 years. When you go, ask for Stephen Jefferson! It is uncommon to find a professional, courteous and honest car salesman. Best car purchase experience ever!

Easily the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. They put me in exactly what I wanted (a beautiful 2013 Charger R/​T with the Road And Track Package), for the price I wanted. First time I’ve left a dealership before sunset and certainly the first time I’ve left without feeling like I got screwed over in some way. In fact, the gentleman who worked out the financing did some nice maneuvering of the numbers to get me a seriously solid warranty without raising my payments by a cent (it actually dropped it by a few cents, haha).
If anyone at Prestige reads this, you’ve locked down a return customer and plenty of referrals, for sure. Thank you!

Came in again on 4÷22÷16 to see Laura in sales dept and everyone is so awesome and friendly. Manager I never met before named Brooks quickly offered me water and I love the safari looking jeep in the showroom. Still love my 2015 Chrysler 200 and when I trade it in I’ll be back at Prestige to see one of their awesome sales consultants!!! Great job guys and gals!

Do yourself a favor and get your Jeep and Service it at a different dealer. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer in December of 2014. The salesman at this dealer were pushy much like I’ve come to expect out of dealers at this price point unfortunately. My salesman was relatively knowledgeable on the vehicle.
My bad experience with this dealer occurred when trying to get my vehicle serviced at 30k miles. They are unable to meet their own timetables whether due to ineptitude or accurate communication with the customer. An oil change, which done at any other shops could be completed in under 20 min, will take longer than an hour and a half even with an appointment.
The shuttle service they offer is unable to handle any sort of timely pickup or delivery because they don’t staff themselves to be able to handle the customer base they have. You end up being treated with contempt, rather than respect, when trying to get information about when to expect the driver to show up. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for the shuttle, living less than 2 miles away. I ended up walking to get my car due to their failures in customer service.
I’ve owned Jeeps, Audis, MB, and Nissans. This is the worst level of service I’ve received from the dozen or so dealers I’ve been to. Please don’t wast your money here or time. You deserve mutual respect.

I met with a service manager, Richard, who agreed that there needs to be a culture change at this dealership. He was respectful and said he would bring the problems to his superiors. I’m hoping in the future they will be better, but they’ve lost this customer.

Between my wife and I, we have bought over 12 cars from Prestige over the last 6 years. We have always dealt with Abdul and he has given us some amazing deals. He made a deal happen when I traded in my 2014 Charger SRT8 for a 2016 Challenger Scat Pack that was pure magic. I highly recommend seeing Josh in sales, and Kevin in finance, as they are both top notch. Will continue to come back and send friends over here for a long time!

I’ve been dealing with the staff at Prestige CJD for years. Some have come and gone, but there are a few managers who remain the same. Rennie ordered my truck for me — which I was grateful for. LLoyd was the manager who helped me with all payment options to figure out if a lease or purchase made more sense. He worked it 5 – 8 different ways to make sure I got exactly to the payment and price I needed to be at. I send all my referrals on the North side of town to Lloyd first. ((South side go to Towbin Dodge and ask for Joe P.))
At Prestige my Finance Manager was Kevin Brooks. He was thorough and quick with my paperwork. I didn’t want to be pressured to buy products I would never use, but I knew I wanted lease protection at a good price. He gave me exactly that. He was honest, upfront, straight forward and made sure to answer all my questions. I traded in my car that had $ 10K equity. I put some as down payment, and the rest I took cash. I was told a couple days after the sale, I could pick up my check for the balance. When my DRS was ready to be picked up, the nice receptionist gave me a call. I asked her about my check. She (or my sales rep) had had a clue what I was talking about — understandable. I called Kevin, he handled right away. I picked up my check that night after I got off work. Since then, I’ve sent family and friends to Kevin for prices on their warranties or tire and wheel policies. I always tell Lloyd, «please make sure Kevin is their Finance Manager». That way, I know they’re getting taken care of.
The service department has also been great. Honest and quick service. The Advisors are good guys, and come without any hassle. I appreciate when they text me the status of my truck, and don’t make me wait on hold forever when I call. If they don’t answer their phone the first time, just leave them a message. They’ll call you back. Remember, they get busy. I’ll be going to Prestige for years to come. Thanks for doing such a great job! I LOVE MY TRUCK!

Just bought my second car from Prestige, my sales master David Helpherty jumped through hoops to help me with all the paperwork needed to get my GAP claim taken care of after totaling my previous vehicle. Most sales associates would pawn off that work to someone else but he was right with me every step of the way, and even offered to give me rides to and fro places if necessary. Outrageous level of service! He IS the reason I came back to buy another Dodge at Prestige.
I also have to say Mike Labozzetta in the finance department is the guy to DEMAND to see when it comes to closing your deal. Someone who actually cares, and takes time to explain terms and details is priceless when you are signing your life away LOL. CJ, Brooks and Abdul are all solid guys that will help do anything to get you what you need.
All-​in-​all this is a solid dealership with Solid people. All the staff takes care of eachothers customers when needed. Its like the NYSE floor of people willing to help you with whatever you need.

Had my oil change done my service advisor was Glen super friendly and I was in and out in about an hour. Super happy to bring my vehicle here.

Gotta say I have purchased 3 vehicles from Prestige Dodge and my experience has always been awesome! Steve Richardson was my sales person, and after buying many cars throughout my life, he took out the hustle that most car salesman would do. He was always honest and straightforward, and at the end of the day we always got a deal done! I would recommend Prestige Dodge to anyone who was in the new car market. From sales to service you will get top notch customer service and respect.

My credit score is 810 (which is excellent) from all 3 major credit bureaus. While sitting in the finance office at the car dealership, four finance people came out after reviewing my car loan application with very «concerned looks» on their faces. They also had an official looking paper that said «credit score» on it and it also had the number 580 circled in red. They informe me that they could only get me financed at 10.9% APR,
I then pulled out my own credit score that I had just obtained that day which proved that i really had a much higher score of 810 compared to the dealer’s bogus credit score. I then asked why the dealer’s result was so different from his Equifax credit report which flashed back up at them.
Not expecting i would know my own credit score, three of the very surprised sales guys scattered knowing they were busted. This dealer is full of snake be carful guys.

Jeep Liberty was dropped off for oil change, no appointment made or needed. 5 hours total. Oil change was not executed. Instead, service dept. reported to have taken 5 hours to «complete a software upgrade» as part of a recall notice.
I had previously requested an inspection, which they do for free any ways; my service tech. (Rocky?) failed to provide not only the results of the inspection but even the paperwork that corresponded to it. In trying to contact him (he had urged me to text with any questions), he failed to respond after the initial inquiry and request the material be mailed or emailed. He did clarify he had left the paperwork on his desk.
5 hour wait to get something fixed that wasn’t broken.

On their service and customer service and the ladies at the reception are totally uncooperative and also the shuttle service is the worst. They are very good on selling you the car though (but not following up with anything)
I gave them one more shot on making it good but after they sell you the car they just don’t care.
Service is a total disaster!!!
