Pristine Cleaning

I tried Pristine cleaning for the first time last week and was quite pleased. The workers were suppose to arrive between 8 and 930 in the morning and they arrived right around 8am. From the time they were here they both worked hard and did a great job. I will be requesting Vanessa and Evelyn on my next cleaning. Another thing I’m going to like about this company is that I can request a cleaning service when I want them to come… not on a specific schedule.

I had service with them less than a month ago for Christmas! I was surprised with how well they cleaned. I wasn’t at home and happy to return to what I paid for without supervision. Only wish I would have paid for more time as the website recommended!

Hired Pristine Cleaning to clean our new home before we moved in. With only 24 hours notice they were able to come in the next day and were very prompt. Our house cleaners were very nice and arrived early, and were also easy to contact. I was quoted about $ 172 for a 2 hour clean and ended up getting charged $ 180+ afterwards, which I can only attribute to maybe the cleaners staying 10 minutes extra for cleaning stains on our floor which they didn’t address.
Our house is small (1 story, 1,400 sqf) so 2 hours is plenty of time to clean it. They did a good enough job, and addressed the window sills like I asked. However I expected pristine, spotless clean and I got just good enough.

The ladies were nice. They did an okay job, but I felt the dusting could’ve been better. They didn’t dust or clean the light fixtures in the bathrooms and they only used a dust mop. They didn’t use a steam or wet mop on any of my floors and I ended up having to do it after they left. Not sure if I’d use them again since it was a little expensive.

So I just had pristine cleaning come and clean my house. I asked to have 2 ladies come and that spoke English and got asked immediately if I spoke Spanish witch I do but I prefer to delegate in English. Unfortunately I’m still cleaning after they left because it wasn’t done properly! I specifically asked them to dust everything and not only did they did not dust everything the stuff they did dust was only dusted around. I don’t know if the vacuum used isn’t good but I still have to re-​vacuum my apartment! Closets not vacuumed at all! Smh… My microwave wasn’t even cleaned on the inside! Over all the not worth the money !

My housekeeper became ill and I needed help. This is the second time I have ever used a cleaning service, and my home isn’t easy. The first service I had tried was awful. I cringed as I went online and decided to take a chance with PRISTINE. I was so thrilled with this service I felt I had to give them a review here. The job they did was OUTSTANDING. They far exceeded my expectations and I am going to become a regular. I found the pricing fair, and got more than I expected, I felt they really cared about the job.

I started using Pristine about 2 years ago, and have them come out 2 times a month. I don’t always get the same cleaning crew, but they always do a great job. My house is meticulous, there is no smell or residue from any products, and it’s always fun to see the different styles they use to adorn my tissue boxes! They send reminder texts the day before, and follow up texts the day after service. I will say that I have had a couple of problems: part of my requested service is cleaning the front and back patios, and one time they didn’t do it. I told them in response to the follow up text, and they sent a crew out the next day at my convenience to do the patios. Also, on one occasion, some carpeting got bleached out. Without any questions or hesitation, they had someone out to replace that piece of carpeting, and you would never know it happened. It is good to know I can rely on Pristine to always do a great job, and know they will make it right if there are any mishaps, or I am dissatisfied in any way. I own a service-​oriented business, so I know the importance of customer satisfaction and making things right, so I appreciate Pristine all the more!

With a new baby, the holidays and a crazy schedule, we needed some help! I called Pristine Cleaning on Wed night, they scheduled and came Friday! Maricela and Silvia arrived, I showed them around my home and they immediately hit the ground running. They did not stop for two and a half hours. When they did, my home was transformed into a clean, beautiful and literally shining home. I always thought we knew how to clean but the polis, the shine, etc. they achieved was unbelievable. We will sign up for ongoing cleanings. We could not have asked for more. They were professional, hard working, sweet and so good at what they do. Thank you ladies!

I have lived in some of the most luxurious establishments. From Four Seasons to Ritz Carlton residence. I have had their 5 star cleaning services. Today’s service by Vanessa was INCREDIBLE. I was so impressed and so satisfied. I always check my cameras, she worked diligently the entire time… and i do a little «Test» on the back of my TV to see if there is any dust, she got it all. From the front porch leaves, to the baby’s room. It was SPOTLESS. I don’t give 5 stars on Unilocal easily, but this was well earned. I plan to have them every week for a weekly clean up.

We have a large house so they sent out 3 maids for 4 hours, they originally quoted 5 hours but there were a few rooms I didn’t need them to touch. I worked with Nikki and Amy to set everything up. They were great! The maids arrived as scheduled and worked the entire time. Our home looked beautiful when they left and we were super pleased. I am about to have my second baby and we are going to hire Pristine again to get the house super clean before our little one gets here and family comes into town.

My housekeeper showed up much earlier than expected, she did call first to ask if it was ok. Still I would prefer a company to stick to the timeframe agreed upon when I set my appointment. She did a fine job, she spent a little too much time cleaning the kitchen and I had to ask her to move on, but she was very thorough so all in all she did great.
I don’t like how this company charges– they charged me once for the hold and again a couple days after the cleaning was already done, and for the wrong amount, so I had two charges in my account. The first charge fell of a couple days later but there is no need to authorize a charge then charge my card again… I probably won’t use this company again since I don’t appreciate being charged that way and having to call and spend 20 minutes sorting the issue out after the fact. Oh well.

Terrible customer serrvice. I used Pristine for a move out clean from a rental home. The quote I received over the phone was very reasonable but 1 week later I was charged 40 dollars more than the original quote. When I called to discuss this discrepancy, I was told by Nikki that I must have misheard her quote the first time. When I escalated the conversation to a supervisor, Mitchell proceeded to tell me I may have heard Nikki wrong, or Nikki could have misquoted me, but he would not be able to refund to match the orginal quote. I find this absurd; that the company admitted they may have made a mistake, but they are not willing to correct it. This has taught me a lesson — get a quote in writing! I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The first time I used Pristine they did a good job, this time it was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. They did a horrible job cleaning. They didn’t even have their own vacuum and they used mine. My walls were still dirty. My floors were still dirty. My kitchen was dirty. They did not clean my staircase at all. There were rooms they didn’t even clean. I called management to discuss the cleaning job and he sent someone out again and still my house was dirty. I called him a second time because I was still so disappointed in the service. Nobody has called me back still after numerous messages have been left. I absolutely would never use this cleaning service again.

As of this Saturday we were reimbursed $ 60 of our cleaning which was $ 180. ¹⁄₃ of the cost.

Short version: the «cleaning» on an empty house was performed so poorly that we’ll never use this service again and highly recommend anyone we know against using them.
Long version: our house was completely empty after having moved out and we wanted a nice and shiny place for the new buyers to move into. We needed a general and thorough cleaning for sure, but there was nothing major to get cleaned up. After they said they came by to clean the place (we weren’t there) we stopped by, and it looked atrocious. Our stainless appliances were worse off than we left them, like they were cleaned with greasy rags. While it looked like something was dragged all over the carpets, the place still needed a vacuum — maybe theirs was full or clogged or not operating, because it certainly didn’t pick anything up. Tile and linoleum floors weren’t mopped, and may or may not have been swept. Our guest bathroom was completely ignored — a seldom used toilet had cloudy water sitting in it — they didn’t even flush it.
We spoke with the supervisor to express our dissatisfaction and he scheduled a re-​clean for the following afternoon, which was the day we signed the final sale agreement. We stopped by after the appointed time (3:30−4:30), noting that nothing had been fixed. The supervisor claimed our appointment time was in fact later and the crew was going to be on their way shortly. I get that scheduling conflicts happen, but when you have text messages clearly stating an appointment time, you really can’t expect an already upset customer to believe anything but that the appointment was forgotten.
We requested a full refund for the $ 210 charge and were offered only a $ 30 refund — we’re out $ 180, our home sale is completed, and our home looks like crap for the new buyers.
We had a pleasant experience with this service once before and decided to use them again — never again. An opportunity to correct their mistake was handled very poorly, and their desire to make sure we were satisfied was nonexistent.

I was having a mardi gras party in my home on Sunday and realized I didn’t have anytime to really do a deep cleaning on the home. I was a bit leary as this was short notice and read a few reviews but I decided on pristine simply because they could take care of me short notice.
I now will use them because they exceeded my expectations My house never looked better. Everything shines and looks clean. I dont like chemical smells like pine sol or bleach so that was an added plus when I didnt smell those

I came back to update my previous review. I spoke with Chance of Prestine just before he posted his comment stating that due to the holidays, they were short handed and not responding to requests for quote in the timeframe stated in their voicemail.
To me, customer service should not be compromised due to the holidays. Don’t provide subpar customer service to your clients and expect them to pay full price for services you say you provide but in fact, you don’t. Especially new/​potential clients.
I went ahead and scheduled an appointment stating that I must have an English speaking/​understanding person/​team. I was told that there would be at least one English speaking person. When I answered the knock at my door, the person did not understand my question («what all is included in the cleaning?») I asked if she spoke english and she used her fingers to show me «a little».
When I called the office, I was told to relay to the person in the office what I want and they would in turn call the workers. This is what I did not want to happen.
Still, I went ahead with the cleaning. 3 persons, for 2 hours, $ 130 ($ 20 off for Unilocal). I have a 2 bed/​2 bath. I live alone. I don’t use my oven, nor my stove. The 2^nd bath is not used and my office is a mess that only I can handle and I can’t handle it. So, they actually cleaned 1 bed/​1 baths and one bath they wiped down and cleaned the tub which I never used except for when I take a bath.
The cleaning was okay. No fresh smell. The oven still should have been cleaned thoroughly even though I don’t use it often. There was some stains on the walls and this was not cleaned at all. I don’t want the frustration of explaining something to someone who does not understand me. So I didn’t.
I think Prestine is for people who REALLY need cleaning. My apartment is just not that bad. My bed is made, there is no laundry to do. I primarily need attention paid to the bathroom. But not to the tune of $ 140/​month or $ 120 every two weeks. They charge by the hour so 2 hours will be no less regardless of how much they don’t clean.
If my apartment smelled clean and sparkled afterwards then maybe it would be worth it to me. It was pretty much hit and miss.

Would I use them again? I booked an appointment for next month. I will probably try another company. I am not impressed with Pristine. The cleaning and customer service is just okay. Not the quality I would present and could be proud of if this were my business.

After not using a professional service for a couple of years, I called Pristine. The owner, Lorenzo, returned my call promptly and I scheduled an appointment. The cleaning team (I choose 3 people for 2 hours) arrived promptly. They worked hard without wasting time and were very thorough. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially impressive. They gleamed. After they left my wife and I found a couple of minor problems that were not a big deal.
I highly recommend Pristine. We will definitely use them again.
