There are blessings in this world that come in various shapes and sizes. For my friend, Kathy N., it came in the way of Ralph and Frank at Pro Collision Center. Without going into too much detail, Kathy got into an accident and had to get the car fixed. Everybody’s got problems, so I won’t go into a sob story of Kathy’s particular hardships, but she was admitted to the hospital via the ER with chest pain. With financial constraints, medical issues, and as a struggling newly-​divorced, single mom, she’s had much to contend with. The day of her hospital release – today, in fact, she rushed to return the car insurance rental and to retrieve her car at PCC. With the stress and problems that my girlfriend was facing, (I believe) it was Ralph that came in his invisible superhero cape to facilitate the return of her vehicle and the settling of her insurance case. HE KNOWS WHAT HE DID, and God bless him for it. Trust me, word of mouth goes far. Ralph went above and beyond normal customer service.
Go to these guys!!! There’s a certain basic knowledge of cars that all auto repair places will have, but will they be fair with you? Will they work with you? Will they take care of you? A good, fair, and honest woman went in looking to settle her insurance claim and get her car repaired. She could have easily been taken advantage of, and nobody at PCC needed to invest themselves the way Ralph/​Frank did in her. They didn’t owe Kathy that at all; they invested themselves in her because they cared. A good deed is never forgotten, and please consider this anecdote as you all peruse through Unilocal reviews on where to go for your auto repair needs.
As a close girlfriend to Kathy, all I could do was cry and join in her blessings for the exceptional service rendered and peace of mind given to my dear friend. Of course, I’m writing this review second-​hand, because Kathy doesn’t have the access to do so, and I would never doubt her word. Please don’t doubt it either.
May this review serve as good karma for this place of business.

Rafo is the MAN! I got into an accident right after I drove to Vegas all the way from New York. :(The front end damage was severe and would require a lot of work. To make matters worse, I couldn’t afford the deductible after just moving here so I needed to find a shop willing to waive it… and even though my insurance company tried to convince me to take it elsewhere, I couldn’t do it. So I did some research about local shops and found Pro Collision. After talking to Rafo and telling him the story, and reading the reviews, I was convinced he would do a good job (waive the deductible). A few weeks later, I got my car back in excellent condition (it looks brand new!) The paint job is spot on and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the work. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for your collision needs :)

We had a few bumps in the process but Rob took care of everything with integrity not found here in Vegas. He kept me updated regularly and made sure the car was repaired to my satisfaction. Overall as decent an experience as you can have after wrecking your new car. would recommend.

Rob was awesome. Under promised over delivered. I recommend using Pro. There communication was great. They kept me in the loop in this difficult situation. They recommended some good people for me to work with. It made the whole process simple easy and painless.
Everyone there was great so you don’t have to just talk to Rob. But I like to deal with owners that way I get it straight.

I just picked my car up and I’m absolutely amazed with their work. My car got hit in an empty parking lot. The dent was so deep that it even went through the inside panel and my door wouldn’t shut all the way. I’m glad my husband found this place because they’re top notch. Rafo is extremely nice and they’re not the pushy type of people who get on your damn nerves. My car looks brand spanking new and I can’t thank them enough for fixing it up. Thank you to the whole Pro Collison Team! We will definitely recommend you guys to everyone who needs an auto body shop.

AMAZING!!! Highly recommended! I was hit weeks ago with my brand new 2015 SI :(. In Vegas I feel that it is hard to find good quality service and trust that they will get the job done right! After receiving estimates at a few body shops, I met Rob, he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He also went out of his way to call enterprise and set me up with a rental car. When I was picked up by enterprise the last thing I said to him was «please take good care of my baby»! He said don’t worry, it will be brand new again!

I went on Unilocal to look for a good auto body shop to fix 2 dents, one from my driver side caused a guy opened his car door on a super windy day and hit my car door, and the other damage was on my windshield fame on driver side too, cause some Ahole had dropped or hit it with a super heavy shape tool and left my car with a crack on a steel fame of my brand new 2015 Mustang GT. I narrowed my search to 2 places between, New Collision Look and Pro Collision Center. I brought my car to both places for estimate, New Look Collision look much bigger and fancier with all «Audi certified body shop» and stuff but wasn’t able to negotiate on the waving or reducing deduct able fee, brought my car to Pro Collision, talked to Rafo, he was really nice and told me to file a claim with the guy’s insurance company and he will take care the rest for me. When I came back to pick my car up, my baby was like brand new, it was like I just got it out of the dealership, I was really happy and impressed by the Pro Collision Center work. It’s a great and reliable place to bring your baby in for fix up, they did a fantastic job and I even got my car done one day before the due day, they even went extra mile to remove all the scratching on top of my trunk for free, love this shop, absolutely would recommend this shop to all friends and family, thanks pro collision for taking a great care of my baby!!!

This place is great! They are professional and produce high quality work. At the same time they operate with the utmost integrity. My whole front bumper on my 2002 Mercedes needed to be replaced. After they repaired and painted it, my car looks almost brand new! I also appreciated how relatively quickly it was done. In addition, Rob and Rafo worked with me, together with my insurance company. I am so thankful for their help with that process. In my opinion, this place should be considered as the Best Body Shop in Las Vegas.

I just picked up my car from Pro Collision Center this afternoon. They were FAST. i originally went for an estimate somewhere else but the other place told me it was a 3 week repair and then wouldn’t call when they were supposed to. After reading other reviews, I called Pro Collision instead. They helped me with everything –including having the rental car agency pick me up at the shop, reducing the deductible, and keeping me informed every step of the way. My car was done in 1 week instead of 3 and it looks fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when my husband told me to take my car to Pro Collision Center because he found the place on the internet. I have to tell you my experience with Rafo was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first accident and he made me feel at ease by calling the car rental place and working directly with my car insurance company. Rafo and his crew did an awesome job fixing up my car and made it look like new again. THANK YOU!

After having an issue with how my car repair was handled, Pro Collision amended the issue and repaired my car to my satisfaction. I highly suggest working with Rob.

I will update this review once my work is complete but I can tell you walking into Rob and Rafo’s shop has been the best experience though all of this. I found there shop through stellar reviews on google and they are absolutely right! Extremely helpful, patient, and an amazing discount! He even opened the shop today-​Saturday– for us to bring in our car. Awesome!

Pro Collision did a fantastic job. My car was in pristine condition upon completion. They even washed and vacuumed it. There was a problem unrelated to the accident that Rob took care of, to keep me safe, at no charge. The 10% off saved me 600.00 off my deductible. After I picked up the car, I butt called them and they called me back just to make sure everything was okay. They made a horrible situation much better. Hopefully I’ll never have to use them again, but if my car gets smashed I will go back to them.

These guys are awesome! I thought i already made a review for them a couple months back, but i guess it didn’t come through!
Anyway, i just moved here to vegas and had a horrible accident. If you browse through their photos, the white mercedes benz that’s wacked up the front was mine! They did an amazing job! Not just that. The guys here are really awesome and very pleasant. They even waived my deductible for me! Couldn’t have asked for a better deal!
If you need auto body repair and are clueless bout where to go, this is the GO TO SHOP! Definitely reliable and trustworthy!

I took a road trip to Las Vegas from my home in San Diego to visit my friend & one night in the dark accidentally backed into a wall alongside her driveway. Being out of my familiar area, I just used my phone to find a body shop & had my car towed to pro collision center. I’d severely damaged my drivers side door and they had to get a new door from a junkyard. This week I flew up to Vegas and got a taxi to pick up my car. The door looked fine, and up to this point, the man I dealt with was pretty good to me as a customer. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed several black streak/​stain marks on the interior of my cream/​beige-​colored honda accord. Given that I detail my car myself and spend hours doing it, and that I had just cleaned it before the trip, I knew it wasn’t my doing and I was livid. I called the shop & left an assertive voicemail about my concern– I got no call back! So, I called again yesterday and this guy literally YELLED at me! I’m an 18 year old 5’3″ girl and this man was horrifically rude to me over the phone. I requested a reimbursement (of some amount) for the interior damage and he said that because they already gave me a 10% discount, that my request was ridiculous. That might have made sense if it didn’t say (even right here on this app) that he gives a 10% discount to every first time customer. He raised his voice at me and said that they never touched the interior of my car, and that he never gets bad reviews, etc. in fact, when I called, as soon as he recognized that it was me calling, he said that they were «swamped” — telling me he was too busy to address a customer’s (my) concern. I am positive that that was an attempt on his part to avoid confrontation for their mistake in making the interior of my car filthy. They didn’t even put mats down; they just threw all of my things on the passenger seat. I ended up hanging up on the guy because he was so incredibly rude to me! Absolutely no people skills, no manners, no customer service.

They fixed my Mom’s van and Rafo was very nice and helpful as well as honest with the price he gave, no change in price and the Van looks like new. He even had it smoged. The other place that State Farm sent the van to was a big rip-​off and would not budge on the price. Rafo doesn’t make you pay the deductible either. Very Happy!

We took our 2005 Toyota Tacoma there it was in a little fender bender, let my mother in law drive my truck ;(lol!!! But any ways, we talked to rafo and he hooked us up! The truck looked amazing better then ever. They paid our deductible and then the insurance did the rest I just sat and waited for it to be done. They are great ! Best costumer service ever. Everyone go there and you won’t be disappointed

Went to Pro Collision and was assured by Rob that he would take care of everything from calling Gieco to send an adjuster to reporting extra damage after taking the car apart. I didn’t have to do anything but wait till the car was done. Rob also worked with me on my deductible and was very reasonable. The Ford Escape looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I will be taking my Dodge pick up there next for some body work.

I was in a rear end accident, and had to have my Toyota repaired. Rob the manager took me step by step through the process, and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. They did an excellent job. It looks like I have a brand new vehicle. There is no sign I was ever in an accident. The guys here are professional and very kind to this working mom. They were flexible and understanding of my schedule, and helped get me back in my car. They even assisted in reprogramming my remote for the door. I recommend this shop for anyone needing the job done right.
