Pro Cyclery has a staff of excellent, experienced bike mechanics who work on any brand bicycle. We also have one of the Valley’s best wheel builders. Customers receive a professional fitting and positioning at no cost with bike purchase. Pro Cyclery rents Giant Defy Advanced 2 and Liv Avail Advanced 2 road bikes, Giant Anthem mountain bikes, bike cases and bike racks.

History

Established in 1984.

Pro Cyclery was founded in 1984 by Debra and Richard Craig. In 2012 the shop was purchased by Mike and Cheri Tillman. It is, and has always been, a family-​owned business. We are proud that Pro Cyclery is known for its excellent customer service — we want to sell each customer the right bike for their needs — whether it’s a leisure bike for enjoying rides with friends and family, an entry-​level road or mountain bike, an aero bike for triathlon or road competition, a full-​suspension mountain bike or a full carbon time trial bike for the serious triathlete. Each customer is fit and positioned to his/​her bike and we provide full service after the sale.

Business Owner

Mike and Cheri are enjoying the Baby Boomer version of early retirement — going from long careers that allowed them to raise their family to the career that lets them enjoy making a living — owning a bike shop. Mike is a cyclist who rides for enjoyment, fitness and competition. He has ridden many centuries, but also enjoys a 15 – 20 mile ride just for fun. Cheri claims to provide excellent SAG support — bringing the water, the food and the kids and providing the occasional ride home when multiple flats occur.

I recently bought a used road bike (really cheap, but great condition) that needed a tune-​up. After a few rides, I knew what needed to be fixed. So I brought it in to the shop. One of the repairmen jumped right on it and said, «I can get this working» (instead of charging me to replace it). What a great experience. Of course I got some extra things I wasn’t planning, but that’s okay.
When I picked up my bike, it looks brand new! The shifters are quiet; the gears look brand new; I couldn’t be more pleased with all their help! Thanks again!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I popped in here right before closing on a Saturday, and I barely had time to get all the way in the door before someone was running to help me.
I had ordered a bike online that got screwed up in the shipping/​building process. I had already taken it to one bike shop in town and had a horrible experience. They had told me «It wouldn’t be worth it for us to fix it because it would cost more than the bike was worth.» Turns out, that wasn’t true.
Eric and the team fixed my bike ON THE SPOT. It was like watching a work of art being made. These guys are truly passionate about riding, and empowering other people to ride. They explained everything to me in very simple terms and gave me some tips on owning my first road bike. I walked away with a fully tuned up bike, some good information, and my pride still in tact.
The guys here are friendly and have a good sense of humor. The place just has a really down to earth atmosphere.
I won’t hesitate to bring my bike back here. So glad I found this place!

Yes these guys are the best !! I didn’t have a clue about riding road bikes last year and ended up going to bike world where they didn’t help me with anything at all! I ended up finding out about this place and these guys are just absolutely amazing and they tried to help me with everything from the minute I first walked in the door. I haven’t ridden my bike in almost 9 months but I will be starting again this weekend with some friends, and guess where we are going to get my new gear and bikes tuned up!!!

As a part of our vacation, my wife rented a Cervelo R5 for me from Pro Cyclery. What a great present. I had it for about 22 hours, so I got to take it on two rides. Two things. One, the R5 is a wonderful wonderful bike. Two, Las Vegas has a lot of good places to ride. Good bike lanes on enough roads to add variety. Some really nice paved trails. A great loop going up into the hills. The roads are smooth. No trash.
I was happy. Great present.
Plus, the ship was great. Real bike people. If I lived here, I would rely on them.

So I’m a 32-​year old man who has never ridden a bike. Went to a couple shops and Wal-​mart looking for info and advice and was left wanting.
I called Pro Cyclery asking about riding classes and the guy on the phone was super-​helpful (No there isn’t an adult bike class in Vegas, trust me, I’ve looked). My wife and I went out and were instantly super-​comfortable at the shop. They had what seemed like and endless rack of bikes to look at and Lelani was absolutely awesome and took great care of us. She took us right to what we needed and helped us put together everything we needed. We bought bikes, helmets, a pump and a few other little things and the prices were competitive. There were many other staff members who helped us out with adjustments and making sure everything was exactly right when we picked them up.
I cannot thank the staff at Pro Cyclery enough for getting me started on the right path (You see what I did there?) and making it painless… Now if only I can just not fall off the silly thing…

The customer service was excellent.
Came in to fix my flat tire and the price was great. While my bike got fix I started to look around the shop and an employee (didn’t catch his name) came to talk to me and gave me wonderful lecture of the different type of bikes. The bike repairman even taught me how to fix a flat but I will keep bringing in if I get a flat again too lazy to fix myself.
Great shop for any of your bike needs.

I bought my bike here with a couple of friends a few weeks ago and I’m pretty happy to say that the guys in the bike shop made it feel like I had a solid decision starting cycling as my new hobby. There wasn’t any pressure to buy a bike right away. Dave even suggested we take all the time (and by time he meant days) to think about buying one. So me and my buds had to come back a few more times before we were sold on even getting our bikes.
Shane and the rest of the gang took care of us whether it was answering questions or just basically teaching us stuff we had no idea about cycling. They reiterate how the best way to stay in the hobby of cycling was to know what you need beforehand. Not sell you a bike and send you off not hoping you’d come back. I personally love how they wanted us to come back and do a personal fitting and go above and beyond while doing so. I felt like I should’ve given them something like a tip for all the help they’ve given us but they insisted on not getting any kind of tip at all.
Everybody else from the crew gave us a wonderful experience whether it was giving you info about saddle burns or showing you a $ 10k bike when you’re absolutely curious as to what a bike that much would look like (it was Shane’s by the way and he pressed how Giant makes high quality bikes which sold us on getting Giant as our first bike).
I’ve been to other bike shops and to be honest nobody makes you feel welcome more than the guys at Pro Cyclery. Even you didn’t buy anything they’re there willing to help out or lend a hand. I’m sold at getting my next bike from these guys and I’m pretty set on getting myself a Cervélo or a high-​end Giant.

Shane and his brother are awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable yet welcoming and down to earth. I tagged along on their Saturday morning shop ride to Blue Diamond. The guys sat up a couple times for me to recover, and never made me feel bad or not part of their ride– even though this was my first time riding with them and my first time riding in a fast rotating pace line. I’ll definitely return to Pro Cyclery to shop and ride with these guys again. Now, I gotta go eat a horse.

This place is that kind of place you hear about when dealing with a bike shop, a place where when you walk in you immediately feel comfortable. Everyone is very nice and helpful, and never judgemental. They answered all my questions whether it was for a simple 5 dollar item or a 2000 dollar item. They actually take the time to help you get what you need and not just sell you the most expensive item. No up selling here, I never felt any pressure at all. This is now the only bike shop I will buy things from.

Best bicycle shop in Vegas! Me and my boyfriend has been looking for months for bikes online and in stores and we finally found our bikes here. They have great selection and great service, reasonable price actually lower than other stores ! Gave us discounts on top of that too. Shane really explained everything and made sure that the bike fits to my size and suspensions are according to my weight and liking! the cashier and the manager are great as well! The extra tlc for their customers earned them the five stars!

Excellent bike shop. The employees are very helpful and they even care. My search for a bike shop in Las Vegas has ended. One tip, if you take your bike in for a tune up, be sure and check the tire pressure when you go and pick it up. I felt my tires and I could tell that the pressure was low. When I pointed it out to one of the staff, the first thing he said after he felt the tires was «They feel pretty right». After he put a guage on the tires, the rear tire was 20lbs low and the front tire was 40lbs low. Then he said «Well I guess you were right. They are a little low». He did not hesitate to put the proper pressure in the tires and then I started the 4 mile ride home. It just seems to me that if you bring your bike in for a tune up, part of the tune up should be proper tire pressure.
That won’t stop me from buying my next bike from them.

What an amazing bike shop! After shopping for a new bike at a few other stores in the area, I made a trip here and I am so glad I did. Each employee I interacted with in the store was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me find a bike that fit my needs instead of giving me the impression that they were just trying to make a sale.
The selection of bikes and accessories in the store was huge and I was even shown other options on a store computer that could be ordered for me if I were interested in other color options for the frame and tire thickness for the bike I was interested in. I ended up purchasing one of the bikes in the store and have been enjoying riding it almost every day since.

This company is FANTASTIC! My husband rode in the tour de cure this morning and realized his back tire had a gash in it. The pro cyclery had a quick maintenance setup with tires and tubes!
Not only did they turn him around in 5 minutes, but they also billed me on «the honor system». It’s so nice to meet a group of great people willing to help and put some faith in the honesty of good people.

I came here with my boyfriend a while back to buy bike tape and gloves. He’s a beginning bike enthusiast.
It’s a small shop that sells bikes, tools, bike wear, lights, and everything you could need for your bicycle.
Staff was super courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all, honest. They understood that items were pretty pricey for a beginning hobbyist in-​store (picture $ 50 – 100 bike seats, $ 80ish bike shorts), and didn’t try to be rude and over upsell anything. They were patient and informative in answering all of our questions. Friendly service in walking us around and even gave us a 10% discount for our first visit!
Definitely a great place to ask questions, chat, and shop local. Very passionate people working here. Erring a bit on the pricier side, it beats buying something cheaply made from walmart. Would definitely come back here!
