All our dogs are checked by two veterinarians and issued a health certificate before they leave the breeder and after they arrive to Puppy Boutique. Puppies at Puppy Boutique are kept in a clean, temperature controlled and air purified environment and socialized daily by our experienced, puppy loving team! It does not stop there — we have our veterinarian come in every week to make sure our pets are in good health.

DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT PUPPY MILLS!
I went to puppy boutique to buy myself a puppy for my birthday on late November. I decided to check it out after seeing great reviews on Unilocal and their website saying they DO NOT support puppy mills.
They had AKC posters everywhere, but none of their dogs were actually AKC registered. We got to play with a Golden Retriever, Chihuahua and 2 Toy Poodles. The lady handed us their papers with the breeders’ names every time, and every time I googled them I got results about the breeders being puppy mills!
I was extremely disappointed. The issue wasn’t that they sold from puppy mills, it was that they lied about it. I know most stores sell puppy mill puppies, but the reason I specifically drove 35 minutes to this one is because they claimed they didn’t. After complaining to their workers, they asked me to come away from the customers to talk to me about it. Not only did they deny using puppy mills, but the manager said his uncle (the owner) visited every single breeder the puppies came from to make sure they weren’t mills! I highly doubt that is true, considering they were from rural places all around the US (Montana, Missouri, etc…). To add to all that, they are selling puppy mill puppies for $ 1500+. Needless to say, I left without a puppy.
Last month I did a lot of research and found a reputable, AKC registered breeder and bought a Miniature Poodle puppy for $ 1300, and not only did he come with the health records of his parents and grandparents, but I got to see the farm where he was born and raised to make sure it wasn’t a puppy mill.
Don’t buy from stores! They almost always sell from puppy mills. If you don’t want to adopt from a shelter, do some research and find a reputable breeder!

Sorry — but this store puts their puppies in display boxes like they’re products. Most of them are too big for the small little box they’re stuck in. They all look so sad — it’s depressing.
This store isn’t a puppy mill… They probably get their puppies from one or breeders who don’t take good care of their puppies… I can’t say for sure because I don’t know. There sure are a lot of complaints about it tho — I had to stop in and check it out for myself.
Idk, This store just gives me a bad vibe. Any pure breed puppy shouldn’t be cheap or a few hundred bucks… unless it’s a factory puppy (puppy mill) that they got for a cheap price.

I like how people hear new social terms then tend to misuse them and make false categorizations.
This place is not a puppy mill, it’s a damn puppy store. Twenty years ago, stores like these and owners like Paul bring smiles to families and children… then here comes YouTube and an few animal extremists… sprinkle in the term ‘puppy mill’…and bam, you have people (or better yet, mindless sheep) ruining it for others.
I see nothing wrong with what Puppy Boutique or its employees do. Every time we’ve been there, they have tended to and taken care of their puppies accordingly. I see them doing regular cleanups and housekeeping with their puppies. They’ve also been very informative and don’t pressure sale you.
Have concerns about the pureness of a breed? Ask them or let them know you only want an AKC registered pup. We did with our Rottie and that’s what we got. Concerns over where they’re getting their pups from? Ask them for the breeder’s name. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind.
It’s a @$%#% pet store for crying out loud. Don’t like seeing puppies in a glass display? Then go pick up a puppy book to fancy your sensitivities.
By the way, Paul and co., Roxy is doing good and she’s very smart and healthy. She still has a little bit of puppy stubbornness, but like you said, her aggression has gone away. She’s a little bit of a softie and a scaredy cat now. We promise to bring her in once she’s got her 5 month shots. Take care and thanks for giving us a wonderful family member!

Came in looking for a male shih tzu a few months ago and fell in love with a pup !! Came back after a month and he was still there so my boyfriend bought him for me. And he’s such a sweet puppy !! He’s healthy, smart and playful ! The service was in the boutique itself was fine, pleasant people not rude or pushy. Very informative. I would recommend this place. However I feel they should implement a puppy care package with a Toy collar and leash.

Do not buy a puppy from this awful place! I bought my Maltese puppy from there & have been
going through hell ever since. She’s definitely been inbred, as she is the most hyper puppy I’ve
ever seen. Obviously, this pet store deals with puppy mills that are famous for inbreeding. I was told by «their» vet that this dog would be 7 lbs. I was also told by them that she would be
«around» 7 lbs. They «claimed» that her parents were 9 & 5 lbs. No way can that be true, as my
vet said she’ll be approximately 10 lbs. which is huge for a Maltese. This puppy is extremely
spiteful & destructive. It’s not just the puppy stuff, as I’ve raised many puppies. This pet store knew that I wanted a 5 lb. dog, but 7 lbs. would have been acceptable. They told me the price was $ 1,400 & then when we signed the papers, they told me about all of these hidden fees that weren’t told to me before which added on another $ 200. How sneaky is that? They should have never sold this puppy to me, but it’s all about the money to them. They will only give you a refund for a genetic problem. In my opinion, hyperactivity & destructiveness ARE genetic problems, as they are caused by inbreeding. I’m sure they don’t see it that way. If I so much as turn my back for a second, she will be destroying something. She has to be watched constantly. She is also very temperamental & has gone to bite me a few times just because she felt like it. If you’re not giving her your undivided attention at all times, she will shred things, pee the floor, etc. Everyone that sees what she’s like says they have never seen such a hyper dog and they too have raised puppies. So if you want your home & your whole life destroyed by a puppy, be sure to buy one there.

I stopped by this ’boutique’ hoping to score a fancy collar for Dora, but this was not THAT kind of boutique. This seemed A LOT more like a puppy mill.

Just warning you to be a little cautious. I purchased a black German Shepard puppy for $ 900. i wanted a companion for my other German Shepard. she was really skinny. Puppy’s should be round tummy, but I could see her ripp cage. I took her to There vet was free. Vet was really far in the east side Las Vegas. The vet said bonnie my puppy was under weight and had several virsus. I contacted the puppy store, The owner reassured me she’s healthy. But my bill doesn’t lie. she still has a lot of medical problems. I feel bad for her, she has blisters on her eyes, she’s in pain everyday, which means everyday she needs her eye drops, her meds are expensive and don’t seem to help.
I did a background check on her parents, she came from a puppy mill. All her brothers and sisters have this issue. Bonnies paper work explained she’s not purebreed, but was told she was. The owner apologize saying there working on getting better breeders, which is another way saying «sorry you got screwed»
My advice is if your gonna get a puppy from there, talk money, don’t pay what they offer. They will lower price if you hold your stand. They wanted $ 1,200. But play ball and paid $ 900. Look at that contract, read where it says it’s a purebreed. If not talk cheaper for price. make sure your puppy is not skinny or sick go see a vet right away. Take pics. Keep record. Hopefully your experience will be better then mine.

Husband and I were thinking of getting a dog, but we were looking at rescues. One rescue tried to push a scared and abused dog on us saying how wonderful she was and that she just needed time. NOPE! We left immediately and googled pet stores and came across this one. We stopped in one weekend and saw an adorable 6 week old purebred baby Shiba Inu. They wanted $ 1,200. We didn’t get her that day, because we had to think about spending so much on a dog. Two weeks later, we went back and she was still there. We told them we would buy her, but she had contracted Kennel Cough, so we put a deposit on her and had to wait for their vet to go out and make sure she was healthy and OK to sell. We got to pick her up the following Saturday. Since we had to wait, they gave us a crate for free.
We have had our baby for a year and a few weeks, and I couldn’t be happier (even if she is a butt head sometimes)

For one they don’t come from breeders, they come for puppy mills. They tell you they’re from breeders which they aren’t. I witnessed a woman feeding the animals throw the dogs around, literally threw a puppy. They hardly clean their cages and hardly feed them. This place is a mess. Also all the dogs are angry. I will never buy a dog from this place.

I purchased a pomsky from puppy boutique at the end of July. So far he hasn’t had any major issues. He does have weird ulcers under his tongue with a black spot in the middle and black spots on a couple of his teeth, cavities? He is a great pup. However, I’m giving puppy boutique one star because they promised that they only get their puppies from reputable breeders. I looked up my «breeder’s» name (Steve Kruse) only to be overwhelmed with consumer complaints, lawsuits, and inspection reports that prove he is without a doubt a puppy mill operator!!! Now I feel betrayed and ripped off! DO NOT BUY FROM PUPPY BOUTIQUE! Not only do they support puppy mills they lie to the consumer and trick you into thinking you’re getting a quality dog. So disappointed.

How can all your puppies come from legit breeders, yet they’re not purebred!!!
The definition of a breeder is: A breeder is a person who selectively breeds carefully selected mates, normally of the same breed to sexually reproduceoffspring with specific, consistently replicable qualities and characteristics.
Majority of your dogs, you can’t guarantee are purebred. Own up to what you really are… a business that sells puppy mill dogs. Not only do you offer a free bag of food for a regular priced dog, but you also offer financing. What’s next, lay-​away??? Dogs shouldn’t be treated like retail good. This is ridiculous!
You should be ashamed of yourself and so should all of the people that support a business like this!!!

My husband & I purchased our French bulldog from Puppy Boutique about 8 weeks ago. We love this place! Our dog is awesome & perfect for us! The staff is very knowledgable, very friendly, and they have a wide variety of breeds available. Whenever I call them with any questions they respond or call back right away. They also really care about the well being of your pet. We are even considering purchasing another frenchie in the near future and we will def be returning to puppy boutique for that. I also follow them on Instagram. They constantly update their profile with pictures of available pets & also families that have purchased pets from there. If I could rate more stars I would. I got my mini schnauzer Oreo 3 days ago after my boyfriend called in.
They have a fantastic store! I was a bit skeptical at first because it was a pet store behind a gas station so my expectations weren’t very high. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice young women and when I was looking at Oreo she asked if my boyfriend had called in, I was impressed she remembered. Cynthia informed me the vet hasn’t seen the brother sister pair so I would have to come back same time tomorrow. I did as she instructed. After a little negotiation on my boyfriends part he surprised me with her when he came home from work that day.
Back to the business– puppy boutique is well kept they have a friendly staff, the puppies look happy and have a clean environment the air quality was nice not smelly like some pet places, multiple hand sanitizer stations. Thank you Cynthia, Paul & Calvin for you kindness and wonderful business!

This is a great place when you go out to look for a dog.
The people that work there are very helpful, they care for the dogs, and they are knowledgeable. They can actually answer questions about the dog breed itself, and don’t just tell you the reasons why you should have a dog like the one you are looking at. They will also tell you why it may not fit with you.
I enjoyed my experience there. We ended up getting an awesome Boxador, and we couldn’t be happier. We plan on going back again soon to get a smaller dog, and we have no doubt that we will find a dog that we like.

We got our 5 month-​old French bulldog, Gremlin, from these guys about 3 days ago now. The staff, including the owner of the store, were very nice, informative, helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. My boyfriend was hesitant at first to buy Gremlin, even though he was being sold at an already-​discounted price (due to his age), but the owner was open to negotiate and brought the price down even lower. We obviously couldn’t resist buying him! I also appreciate how during the transaction, they gave us tips on what to feed Gremlin, when to feed him, what to do and what not to do with his breed, etc. This store also has a wide range of dog breeds to choose from.

PAUL is the Pet Shop owner we bought Jerry in Dec 2013. My husband and I had just married and wanted our first Puppy. A 2 ½ month old English Bulldog — Paul did an amazing Job guiding us with what we needed and how to raise the dog. Originally I had gone in there for a FRENCH bulldog and I was financed for 0 interest 6 months. But then we changed our mind and decided to get an English — Paul and Calvin had no problem changing all the paperwork for Jerry!
The initial fee you pay is more than you would pay buying from craigslist /​or maybe a breeder, but he has all paper work, and he pays for the first 4 shots that they puppies needs — also covers anything major if the puppy become sick within the first year!
AND MY DOGS ARE FULL BREED, I didn’t have to wonder if I was getting scammed!
I went in there 2 months later to buy some more food, and bought another English bulldog a FEMALE who I named Jodie– MY DOGS ARE MY KIDS, they are best friends and we couldn’t be more happier with them! ALL IN ALL 10 OUT OF 10 GREAT EXPERIENCE !!
