They did a really great job very efficient got my truck fixed real quick and with a great price very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The smog check here is pretty cheap compared to other places, only $ 10. But your car will be just sitting in the parking lot, until you tell them why is it taking so long after 50+ mins of waiting. Apparently, they can easily forget.

We came here for a smog needed a thermostat got it at a great price & got oil change. My winshield wipers were not moving but I could hear them moving Firestone said I needed a 485.00 motor not the case they fixed it less that 10% of that. THANK U CEASAR!!! I know the Henderson location is wayyyy closer but we r driving down to the Charleston location every time for the service & hospitality.

Prices r ok but wait time is stupid ridicules!!! Waited 3 hrs and 40 mins to get a damn oil change n coolent and a hose fitting! Was told an hr at first then 2 hrs later told me 30 minutes! Finally out of there after waiting another hr! They start n do other things so no matter what u have to wait!!! Nvr again!

I was looking for smog places as I moved to Vegas 3 weeks ago and I am so happy I found this place! First Thing is service. Everyone was nice and professional. Second is the rate of service. I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!!! Third was the price. You can’t beat a smog for $ 7.77! That’s a definite steal from the $ 45 I’m used to paying in California. Overall I would definitely recommend Purrfect Auto Service and will be back come time for an oil change.

Decided to come here for a smog check because it was near UNLV. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bertha who kindly let me know about their deals. Overall I was in and out in 15 mins and the mechanic was up front with his recommendations and didn’t try to screw me over like other places! I’ll be back again!

Having just moved to Nevada, we’re in the process of registering the cars, getting new drivers licenses, and all the other super fun tasks involved with relocating. Of course, a smog check is one of the requirements. I found this place on Unilocal — it was close by, open until 6 pm, and affordable so I drove on over. These folks were great! I had zero wait, and the service was incredibly friendly and efficient. Bertha and Mark made my smog check completely painless, and were so helpful. I think I’ll try them when I need an oil change! If only the DMV were this pleasant an experience!

My overall experience here was fabulous. I came for my 60k mi services and could not expect much more from their great services. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were clear, concise and up front. These are honest people. Mark in the back was great! He will make sure to give you a great package for your car services and do what is needed.

I was greeted by Bertha when I walked in. She was very helpful. Dave was able to assist me and took care of my car. The whole staff was just absolutely wonderful. They did the oil change pretty quick too

Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. Was promptly greeted by a friendly technician Mark who said we could get our oil changed right away without waiting. There’s a friendly staff, super helpful and clean waiting area to sit while your car is worked on.

Although you would expect low service from the east side of town in many case, going to this shop completely changed my perspective! The staff was so courteous and friendly. Everyone was dressed well even the mechanics. Additionally, the building was freshly painted which made it look professional. The service was quick and easy with a complementary inspection. The manager was readily available for customers in the lobby. The waiting area has complementary coffee with a large screen. They keep your car information to make future visits easy. Highly recommend to stop by and make this your place of business for your vehicle needs!

Great service and super nice employees! I had my smog test for you and they treat you like royalty. They take your keys and basically do everything for it so you don’t have to do a thing. I sat in an air conditioned room the whole time. They took me outside when it was done and explained other work that I could get done in my car and were super friendly! I will for sure be coming back! Come by and get your oil change or smog test done here it will be worth it I promise

Great service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely refer this place to everyone. Free water and coffee. People are so down to earth and willing to help out in any way, shape, or form. They took me back into the mechanic area to show me everything that was going on with my car. I respect the way they do business. 5 stars!!!

I went here for a smog check and after seeing how nice they were, I decided to get an oil change too. They took care of me in about 25 minutes and showed me what kiosks were nearby for my vehicle registration. Even offered me some Starbucks coffee while I waited!
Smog and oil change totaled $ 23.79 including a new filter. They spoke honestly about what fluids I needed to top off and they recommended I keep an eye out for my 90,000 mile check.
I never write reviews on Unilocal,but I felt so well taken care of by this Purrfect auto service that I had to leave one! Thanks so much! I will definitely be coming back for future services :)

So far this might be my new favorite place to get my cars fixed or looked at. Getting my smog for only 10! Can’t beat that. Won’t be the last time I come here.

This place was recommended to me by my dad. Needed a fast, but reasonable price for my smog because I needed to register my car, so he told me to go to this place.
Soon as I parked, a guy comes up to me asking if I needed help and walked me right inside to get checked in. The lady in the front was welcoming and got me checked in right away, then asked me for my keys.
Waited about 10 minutes and my car was in to get the smog check. About 5 minutes later the guy brought my keys back to the lady in the front and a big line comes to form. By the time the lady was done checking in another customer she calls my name. She then checks me out, so I’m in and out of there quickly.
I loved how she took care of me right away and didn’t finish her line before checking me out. I appreciated that. I give this place 5 stars because it was fast, convenient and they were super friendly. Definitely coming back here next year to get my smog check.

Very friendly and honest mechanic, had everything done on time and for the price quoted. Good people here that you can trust your vehicles to, and when you’re on the road and from out of town, that’s downright precious! Been looking for a place to get the maintenance and repairs done for my mother’s 1999 Durango she just got that needed some tlc after a three weeks decided it was time for a tune up seen an as for Perfect Auto Service went in to check it out on a Monday morning, from the moment we walked in recieved great friendly and sevice and helpful explanation of the service being done and also other repairs needing to be tended to, will be coming back for all auto service needs from now on!

I found this auto service shop on Unilocal and after calling 4 other ones decided this was the place to go. Staff and technicians are nice, they gave me the best prices for AC service and transmission fluid change, plus a free oil change for checking in on Unilocal.I’m very satisfied with them! Will keep coming back to this location. :)

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I came in to get a oil change, I was told 10 – 15 min but took around 30 I understood it was busy. When the employee came back in he apologized and informed me he changed a drain pipe free of charge it was cracked and he wasn’t charging me for the oil change!!! What an amazing blessing!
I will forever come to this place!

Came in without an appointment to get a smog check. I was immediately greeted and helped by «Dulce» she got me signed in a couple of seconds with out even breaking out the wallet! Definitely will come back for major sevice repairs for all my other cars
