Qua Baths & Spa

Ok, there is kind of a lot to say but i’ll try to narrow it down to the basics. Im in my last trimester of pregnancy and wanted an amazing experience at a lavish spa and my husband surprised me with a prenatal massage at Qua, based on these «amazing» reviews… and boy were we DISAPPOINTED!
First of all, the layout of the place makes absolutely no sense. You start out in the «locker» room yet there are no private quarters to undress in. You have to leave the locker room area just to undress in a private room. And the locker room for the ladies to undress is pretty small, and the lockers are literally on top of one another with a very narrow space to put anything in. I personally observed most of the ladies handbags could hardly fit inside. Then there is only one common place to sit in the very middle of the locker area so unless you have the locker area to yourself (and note I went middle of the week on a random hour of the day and it was terribly crowded still) you really do not have anywhere to sit to even take off your shoes.
The ladies never asked me what size robe I needed and they instantly gave me an XL (i guess cuz I am pregnant they assumed I needed that size) but the robe was so long I literally was tripping on it the remainder of the time.
The «slippers» or sandals they gave me we also very heavy and uncomfortable (I admit at this point I was just so «grateful» they asked me what size my shoe is so I did not want to say anything about how they were hurting my feet). I have been to several spas and have never had slippers that actually left my toes red and blistery they were so uncomfortable I put them back in my locker and threw on my flipflops instead.
As I mentioned earlier the layout of this place still baffles me. Why would the toilets be separate from where the showers and sinks etc are??? I had to go back and forth several times in separate locations just to use them (so frustrating). Also, you can not control the hot and cold of the general sinks and all I wanted to do was wash my face before my massage and was not able to access warm water in the bathroom unless I took a full shower… ughhhhh!
So I frustratingly just waited in the common area which is supposed to be the «quiet area» where you are to wait for your name to be called for your massage and ladies were talking loud among each other, on their phones, or the ladies at the front desk were conducting «tours» and shouting «’ this is this room, this is that room,’ «etc etc every 5 minutes. How is ANYONE supposed to relax in a room like that?!
Now for the snacks/​refreshments: The only snacks they left out were bagged pretzels and apples and teas. Why Qua does not have an iced water pitcher/​bowl to rehydrate us before and/​or after our spa treatments is mind boggling… all they had was room temp bottled water (thanks but no thanks, I have those in my room). After my massage (decent) I went to shower and NONE of the shampoo/​conditioner/​bodywash dispensers actually worked, and there was NO WHERE to place my razor, my facial soap, or anything. There was not even a chair or a stool in or near the entire shower section to place any of my things or hang an extra towel all the showers contained was one hook (for robe) and a rack for the bath towel. As if things could not get any worse, when I went to use the hairdryer (once again very crowded) I went to not one, not two, but three different outlets and the hairdryer would not work! I seriously thought someone was playing a joke on me, none of these unpleasantries added up. I finally hunted down an employee and asked her to please help me with the blowdryer and she knew instantly what was wrong and told me casually that several of the outlets to plug in items «did not work». WHY WOULD ANY 5 star ESTABLISHMENT KNOWINGLY IGNORE that?!
For any of you that actually took the time to read through all of this I hope you appreciate that I was not expecting a perfect place, but for the amount my husband payed (over 200 USD) to pamper his wife and to find out how uncomfortable and unpleasant it really was for me here was a heartbreaker. He was so upset and went to call management and I told him I would leave an honest review instead which I am doing now.

The atmosphere was pretty «loud» for a spa. Therapists and workers didn’t care to lower their voices — sounded more like a sorority house than a spa.
Snack area offers apples and pretzels (!!!) and iced teas.
Hubby and I booked a couple massages.
My robe looked dirty but I enjoyed all other amenities post massage (beauty products, dryer, hair gel /​mousse and so forth).
My therapist was good, with some mistakes here and there. The room was too cold and I could hear people screaming at a wedding. I was like wtf?
The massage included a scrub and shower, and I really liked it.
Overall, quite good but I was certainly expecting more from the Caesars’ spa.

Pricey, but worth it. Fridays and Saturdays can get busy, which may disturb some as there is quite a bit of talking. The ice room is my favorite retreat in here, make sure you check it out.

It was nice and relaxing. Very pretty inside. The only things I didn’t like was how when I asked the massuse if I could add on a facial mask he said «I don’t know.» I feel a more appropriate response would have been, let me find out for you. Also I got a bruise from falling asleep on the hard chairs by the pool section. They should get more comfortable chairs or maybe dim the lights in the waiting section like Mgm does. All in all the hot stone massage felt good but there is room for improvement.

When in Vegas, Do as the Romans do! Qua Baths and Spa at Ceasars Palace has got to be one of the best spas in vegas.
Imagine. beyond the Spa Desk you walk down a long corridor, surrounded by the sound of falling water. You take a deep breath and immediately feel your body relax. Through the mens entrance, You pass the the dimly lit Roman Bathe area, Three pools. Tepid jacuzzi (lights change color and water spills over the sides infinite pool style .so cool!), hot jacuzzi, cold plunge and a warm water deluge in the center. Plenty of lounge chairs to fall asleep in.
You then come to the mens spa coordinator desk where They show you your electronic locker and give you a brief tour of the spa. They should really give you a map. There are plenty of private showers with frosted glass doors with multiple shower heads, very warm cedar wood sauna, herbal steam room, inhalation and shave room, which was a heated eucalyptus room that you shave in, and an Ice sauna that makes snow! Theres also a little pool by the saunas that I didn’t use, But Im sure was nice.
Five minutes prior to your treatment, you enter the tea lounge which has seats and refreshments like tea, coffe, water and fruit. After you relax for a minute, Your name is called and are escorted to the co-​ed hammam where your therapist picks you up. The room was warm and the stone seats heated. Awesome.
My treatment of choice was the 80 minute lomi lomi inspired massage. It was like a combination of Hawaiian lomi lomi and thai stretching and aromatherapy. Very good therapists WARREN. 5 and ½ stars for him. Request him for a massage!
Couple of things. and this is me being super. hmmm… discerning
–considering this is an ultra luxury spa, the people at the spa desk were too busy chatting to thank me for coming in or to invite me back or ask how my treatment was. I just spent over 3 bills! At least a wave goodbye?
–the smell of cigarettes permeates everything! Not that the spa reeked of it, but every so often I would get a whiff of cigarette smoke. Oh well. Plug your nose next time lol

Anywho.this spa gets two thumbs way up.

Definitely worth the price. One of the better spas on the strip and I’ve been to a bunch. I love the quiet, tranquil surrounding, the clean and gorgeous hot tubs, the service was great. They were professional with their tour and attention to detail. And I loved the iced tea! All in all, I’d recommend.

I’ve been here twice now. Ask for Amy for massage she is very talented !! Love the different pools to soak in :) my happy place

My FAVORITE spa in Vegas. I get massages here very often and feel fabulous every time I leave.
Love the varieties of treatments, massages and facials. Very clean Roman design and massive Roman tub area. The largest one I’ve seen on the Strip for spas.
Wynn and Encore used to be my favorite go-​to spas until now…

Qua Spa has fast become one of my favorite spas in vegas. It is the best overall spa from what I can see and have experienced. It is located in Caesars Palace hotel (one of my favorite hotels by the way since it has the best restaurants and has all the forum shops). I have been to Encore Spa prior to this experience and let me tell you the comparisons. Encore spa is pure opulence and the atmosphere/​ambience/​decore is second to none. But their massage was eh… and very overpriced. Qua spa’s ambience is almost as good and they have all the amenities that Encore has to offer such as the Roman Baths, steam room, showers, tea room, sauna, and makeup area BUT in my opinion, their massage was way better and it was at a fraction of the cost of Encore’s price. Their service as also on POINT.
For a classic massage on a weekend it is $ 175. If you go on a weekday, they discount it by 10 dollars.
For a deep tissue massage on a weekend it is $ 195. They discount it as well if you go on a weekday.
yea the prices still seem a little steep but hey its vegas and it is still cheaper than Encore.
I say this is the best bang for your buck

Of the handful of spas I’ve been to in Vegas, I keep comparing it back to Aria’s Spa. In comparison, Qua sits at 3 stars.
There were pools in various areas. One area had 3 differently sized pools at varying temperatures but at the end of the day they were just differently sized pools to me with the same functionality and varying levels of privacy depending on how empty it was. Wish there were more unique rooms for guests with day passes not getting services, e.g., eucalyptus steam room.
Teas and other beverages and fruits were good, and the sofas were comfy enough to doze off on. Amenities for getting real-​world ready were nice, e.g., straightener.

QUA BATHS, YOU MEAN COMPLETE RELAXING OASIS FROM THE MADNESS OF LAS VEGAS STRIP.
The staff is very helpful, sweet, and kind. The spa is very clean and relaxing. Its inspired by Roman architecture. After spending half a day contemplating which spa day pass I should buy I thought why not settle fro Qua. So glad I made te right decision. Day pass as a non-​guest costs 55 dollars tax included as of November 2015. That is a weekday price. I think its a bargain. When you walk in, they give you a tour of the facilities. I went during the week and it was empty. I think the entire spa had a total of no more than 12 woman at a given point. Clothing is OPTIONAL. I mean I know some people are not a fan, but hey its completely different feeling being in a super hot tub with a bathing suit around your neck vs naked. I went naked and there were other woman with bathing suits on and to be honest no one cares. They give you towels and robes to keep descent when walking around, and your own locker to put your belonging into. The bathroom is equipped with showers that have towels inside and room to hang your robe. They also have a full set up of combs and curling irons/​straighteners to make yourself more beautiful! Oh, and a BMI scale who doesn’t love to see how much weight they gained eating all that unhealthy food and drinking on the strip!
The roman bath area is so relaxing! They have a shower waterfall in the center, and three baths. A cold plunge, hot bath, and mineral bath they are all amazing. YOU MUST TAKE THE COLD PLUNGE. After you get used to the cold it feels great on your bones! They also have heated chairs which are extremely relaxing. They provide cold towels that smell like cucumbers, put those over your eyes and lay on the hot tiled chairs and you go somewhere else. By somewhere else I mean a relaxing haven.
Once you walk passed that area they have tea room with a large selection of teas, in silk bags and magazines. The only downside was the area is TOO bright. I mean you want to go there to drink tea and rest your eyes and its like BAM brightness, but you deal with it.
They have free pretzels, oranges, apples, bananas, un-​sweet tea, if you open the bottom cabinet there is a hidden fridge, I say hidden because it looks like a storage cabinet… Inside. pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice… tomato juice. cold water. The juices are all 100% pure so its not just sugar water. If you continue walking you pass the sauna, herbal steam room, and cold room or arctic room. I didn’t get snowflakes but the cold room was cold! SAUNA… STEAM ROOM… ARCTIC ROOM. That’s the order you want supposedly helps with pores being open. There is another hot jacuzzi in that area.
The key to making this a worthwhile trip to the spa:
Try to avoid weekends, go during the week so you can have the spa almost to yourself.
I booked an «Express facial» which was 120 dollars with tip. personally 20 minute express facial NOT WORTH IT. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. It was so fast and I felt like my face looked the exact same. Waste of my money. But I did enjoy the spa. The treatments are pretty expensive but then again your on the strip and no spa is cheap. Whatever you do don’t waste your money on an «express facial» she massaged my face… used this machine that felt like it was sucking my skin off for 10 minutes and that was it. Waste. Save your money and spend another day at the facility.
Towels are in abundance everywhere. They close at 7:50PM. GO TREAT YOURSELF!!! SPEND A COUPLE OF HOURS THERE AND YOU COME OUT A RELAXED WOMAN! SPLURGE ON YOU!
Lastly this is not co-​ed some if you want some time with your hubby, or boyfriend, your going to have to look elsewhere.

Attention, Ladies: When you and your 16 best girl friends are up in the spa cackling and screeching like woodland forest owls, it ruins my steez and the respective steez of anyone else who came to the spa to relax. Cause that’s what spas are for: relaxing. This is not your sorority house.
My therapist, Kendra, and my treatment (I got the 50 minute Soulful Journey treatment) were seriously amazing. But the loud atmosphere in the spa really, really put a damper on my experience. The noise level in the public spaces at Qua (on a Friday afternoon) was really out of control.

This was my first time receiving a service at Qua Spa. I usually go to spas off the strip to stay within my budget, but I was treated to a massage and aromatherapy session… so why not?
The receptionist was professional and welcoming. I walked in Saturday afternoon and was able to secure the last available appointment for the evening. After reserving my time slot, I was lead to the tea room. I did not receive a tour of the amenities because I only had 7 minutes before my scheduled massage. However, the hostess did offer to provide a full tour after my massage.
The tea room was very comfortable and set up perfectly for a girls spa date. There were light snacks, bottled water, tea, coffee, and a variety of juices available. The locker room, bathroom, showers, and vanities were clean and well kept.
My actual massage was very relaxing. I went with the 80 minute hot stones and aromatherapy massage. My masseuse was attentive and applied just the right amount of pressure. It was hands down one of the best massages I have ever experienced.
I absolutely plan to visit Qua again. I recommend going early enough to enjoy the various amenities: Roman bath, sauna, ice room, etc.

I had the entire place to myself! We arrived on a Wednesday and our appointment was at 6pm for a massage. We arrived 30 mins prior to enjoy the pool/​sauna/​hot tub. We were greeted by reception and then walked down the corridor through a beautifully decorated hallway towards the locker room.
The locker room was super clean, very modern with an upscale feel. The treatment waiting room was so nice. Very relaxing. There was different beverages and snacks that guests could enjoy.
I was in the pool by myself. There are multiple hot tubs/​cold tub in the pool room. It was so magical being in there. There are also lounge chairs and towels already placed on them.
My massage was great. Nothing to write home about but I was definitely relaxed and my therapist did a great job. Though not as memorable as the facilities, I would recommend a body treatment. My fiancé had a facial and told me that it was the best facial he’s had in his life (he’s had a few).
Highly recommend a splurge here. You will not be disappointed!

Basically the best spa in Vegas. My friends have been raving about Qua for a while. I thought it’d be like a Burke Williams, which I’m also a fan of, but this was so much better! An all day weekday (weekends cost closer to $ 60-​$ 65 if you’re not a hotel guest) pass will run you about $ 50 (if you stay at a sister hotel) and includes access to 3 pools (well technically 4 but the day we went the one closer to the showers wasn’t working) that feature warm, hot, and cold water, cedar sauna, herbal steam room, artic ice sauna, tea rooms, showers, and amenities. Totally worth it. Also a FANTASTIC hangover cure.
Vanity room includes blow dryers, hot irons, and flat irons on top of all the usual lotions, toners, and cotton balls. There is water, coffee, tea, snacks, and fruit offered throughout the facility. Showers have body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
Will definitely be back. Perfect for relaxation, pampering, and quality time with girlfriends. One of my new favorite spots in Vegas!

SERENITY NOW
My bestie treated me to a morning of spa time here for my birthday recently. We arrived on a Friday morning around 10:00am and spent a couple of hours just enjoying the facilities. After checking in at the front desk, we were led on a tour of the baths, given a locker, and then we were off to seek the zen. There’s a robe and slippers for each guest, as well as towels and bottled water in each section of the spa.
Roman Bath: not too hot, this was our first stop.
Jacuzzi: hotter, but the soothing jets felt good on my back.
Arctic Room: it’s not really as cold as the name would make you think. There is some «snow» coming out of the ceiling every now and then. The coolness actually felt refreshing after the jacuzzi.
Herbal Sauna: this was very steamy, of course, and refreshing, but we didn’t stay too long because I couldn’t take too much of that thick air. Be careful walking in and out because you really can’t see too much with all the steam.
Showers: fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each shower has towels in them. You can adjust the water to rainfall or regular, but with multiple jet streams.
Vanity Area: hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, combs, lotion all available.
Tea Room: fruit, juices, iced tea, hot tea, water, pretzels are among the offerings available for the guests.
This was a wonderful way to relax with my friend and get away from the stress of everyday life. Note: if you can’t live without your cellphone, this is not the place for you. Qua has a strict no-​cellphone policy, of which I am a fan. Leave the world behind for a few hours and let your soul glow.
Day Pass Prices for non-​hotel guests: $ 55, Mon-​Thurs /​$ 65, Fri-​Sun

I’ve been to many of the spas on the strip. This was my first time at Qua and it now ranks a close 2^nd to my favorite at Wynn/​Encore. The day pass is $ 55 for non-​hotel guests, $ 50 if you’re staying at a Caesers’ property. In and out privileges allowed

— Sauna
— Herbal steam room
— Inhalation room

Tip: you don’t need to book a service to enjoy the spa, just get a day pass. If you do have a service, get here early to relax and soak in a tub.

Ahhhhhhhhhh… is this heaven?
What an amazing experience I had here. My boyfriend treated me for Valentine’s Day during our weekend in Vegas. I can’t stop thinking of this place. This is every spa lover’s dream.
I was able to unwind and relax for the day with a deep tissue massage and all their amenities. Roman baths, fluffy robes, heated stone chairs, and a real hot hot tub. I adored the little tea lounge with fresh fruit, juices, snacks, & delicious teas. The snow room is definitely unique. I have never seen this before at any spa I’ve been to. Although I would have preferred a cold plunge, it was nice to cool off in there.
The staff was very friendly and kept the noise level to a minimum. Everyone in the spa was respectful toward one another. I specifically went early so I could have some quite time and not have to listen to girls gossiping. I arrived about 2 hours before my treatment– about 9:15am. This was the perfect time! There was a couple ladies who had the same idea as myself. With us few roaming around in different rooms, it was like having the spa to yourself.
After my amazing deep tissue massage, more ladies started to pile in. It started to get really busy. I went to go lay in a heated stone chair and there was luckily one left. I did a couple more rounds in the rooms– soaked in the roman baths again and headed for the showers. They have everything you need there to get ready– so don’t worry about bringing your shampoo, lotion or blow dryer.
I felt like a million bucks leaving here. My body was so relaxed and it really was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I will be heading back to Vegas in a couple months for a friend’s bachelorette party! I’m going to surprise the bride-​to-​be with a day here. Can’t wait! See you soon, Qua.

I never though I was a spa type person. Before I thought of these places were just for women. Then I came here after golf for a deep tissue massage and I was wondering what I have been missing all my life. To be pampered in life really is something everyone should have a chance to do. You come here, get changed they provide you a robe and slippers, towels and head Into to the lounge for a pinneapple juice over ice.
I had a one hour massage with Amra. She asked me where especially. I needed work on and I mentioned my neck and lower back. It was one of the best massages I can say I’ve had in my life. At times it was a bit too deep tissue but as I’d mention to her she took it a bit more easy. You enter into a dark room, diss robe and are in a dark room where soft music is playing. Amra asked if I wanted to start on my stomach or back. I mentioned stomach. Pretty much all the muscles in my body were worked on in a deep tissue manner. Man, did I ever leave feeling like a piece of worked clay!
After the massage they have a Roman baths room with hot stones to lie on, and hot and cold tubs in a dimly lit setting. I could spend half the day here! Then there is a sauna plus steam room. Some dudes are walking around buck nude which doesn’t bother me but I’m a shorts kind of spa guy.
There is also a nice lounge area and your shower and get ready mirror area with all the mouthwash, cream, shaving supplies and everything you could think of free to use of course.
I wish I had one of these places in my home town. A great way to de-​stress and chill, read some newspapers in the lounge and relax.

Hands down of the best spas in Las Veags. The spa is located in the Caesars Palace Hotel. If you are visiting Las Vegas or staying at the hotel the spa is a must try. Over fifty thousand square feet of pure relaxation.
If you are coming to spa for a workout or a great massage. You are in for a real treat. I love the steam room and the beautiful fitness center they have. The staff is very friendly from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave.
If you are coming as a couple or just with friends you will have a great time. The deep tissue massage are the best. Treat yourself and have fun.
