He repaired my ring in a matter of 5 minutes and it cost me $ 5 while Zales wanted to charge me $ 40 with a 2 week wait time. The store looks scary but give it a try. The ring was repaired perfectly!

Took my Rolex in for repair. Alberto did this perfectly. Replaced the face and got it back to working correctly. Had him do a customer ring.. . perfect! Had him size rings.. . perfect! Even when he cleans your jewelry, it is done… perfect. Never mind the simplicity and clutter of the shop or if it takes longer. Alberto does it right! He is trustworthy and honest. So glad to have finally found him!

I arrived on my first visit to this shop with a belt buckle that needed to be repaired. A small piece of the metal needed to be adhered to the main piece of the buckle. I went in hoping to have it melded together. The owner said that it’s probably not the best technique,(he suggested a cold solder machine which could be found elsewhere) but we can give it a try and it won’t cost much. I said let’s go for it and they completed it on the spot, just before closing time. It was very sweet of them to fit it in at the end of their day. At the end, the owner said that I didn’t have to pay anything, based on the principle that he would only charge a customer for something he can wholeheartedly«guarantee». Was a pleasure becoming acquainted with this shop. An honest and respectful business experience.

I went in(near closing time) with my vintage tamagotchi with a stripped screw. Owner was very nice and took the screw out and replaced it and wasn’t expecting anything in return! I of course paid him for his time. Highly recommend. He was very nice.

Small shop, but great service. I had a couple of things soldered and my husband’s wedding band resized. Alberto did a great job and his prices are very reasonable!(½ of what we were quoted elsewhere). Repairs were done in less than an hour, while we waited.

All I can say is that their repair times were great and the customer service was excellent! My X took my watch in for me to get it repaired and she said they did an amazing job! I wasn’t involved in the transaction, but she said they were great. I did pay for the repairs and I can say their prices are very reasonable.

Initially brought my daughter’s watch in for clasp repair, which I was told would be done the same day. Took longer than expected, as they had to order a replacement and weren’t very pro-active about keeping me informed of the progress. Two weeks and having to make several calls later, I finally picked up the watch. It fits her great, with no issues. A happy daughter= a happy mom. I have since returned to replace the battery in my husband’s watch, which was done in a manner of minutes while I waited. The price was totally affordable, and the added convenience of speed nearly made up for the previous visit. I have a few other watches in need of batteries, as well as some jewelry that I will be bringing back for small repairs. I can’t speak for any major repairs, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have smaller issues taken care of.

Found this place on Unilocal and it was perfect for what I needed, which was 2 battery watches replaced. They were fixed within ten minutes and he also straigten out my crooked sunglasses. Very sweet man, his name is Grant

This guy is good, I mean really good.(Anchorman). Recently purchased a nixon watch and found this place on Unilocal. All I needed was to put another link on the watch that was too small for me. The owner was really personable, and made me feel I could trust him with my new purchase. I don’t frequent watch and jewrely shops, and I won’t probably won’t any time soon. It was only $ 5 for the service, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Totally satisfied. Will be back for all my repairs.

I bought a cool vintage-inspired Mickey Mouse watch at a consignment shop in Utah this weekend and was told that it was«final sale,» no matter what. Ok. I’ll be brave and take a chance. After buying said watch, I walked over to the nearby jewellery store for a new battery. «I’m sorry to say that this watch isn’t responding to the new battery,» the shop clerk stated. Bummer. He said that he could try taking a look at it, but it could be anything from a minor warped piece to the whole timepiece mechanism needing an overhaul. «Uh, I’ll just take the watch and see what I can do back home,» I said. After searching for watch repair shops in Vegas, I decided to visit Quick Repair Jewelry. The owner is super nice and«loves to fix watches»(his words!). I explained the watch situation and he promptly opened the back, looked at it, replaced the battery, and handed the watch back to me. It works! The problem was that the battery I got in UT was the wrong kind for my watch. «Quick repair» is right: total time spent was 10 minutes. I realize I’m hugely biased in writing this review, as I really wanted my watch to work, especially since I got it for cheap at a consignment shop, but the supposedly minor detail of having the correct battery(!!) should not have been missed by that fancypantz jeweller in UT. Quick Repair may be quick, but details are not overlooked. Support your local business!
