Quick Response Water Restoration

So I was in my bathtub yesterday relaxing after a hard day’s work, when my mother began yelling for me to come downstairs. I flew out of the bathtub to find water leaking out of the light fixture in my kitchen and water spots forming. I about had a heart attack. I called pure plumbing and they got me connected with a tech who said that from my description of the issue the overflow in my bathtub was leaking. However they could see me till Tuesday, and recommended I call Robert at quick response to check the potential water damage in the meantime. I called him this morning and he let me know he would be able to come soon after his appointment and would connect with me when he was heading over. So in just a couple hours he was at my house. He was so nice, and even paid attention to the no shoe sign. He came in, scanned the areas effected, asked me how much water overflowed, whether there was soap in the water etc. He also checked the bathtub area. He let me know it was actually not bad at all, and it was a clean leak that occurred that should dry out. He also said in a week he could come down and Reagan to make sure this occurred, none of this he charged me for. I really appreciated his assistance and honesty. I gave him a lemon from my yard

Jason, Robert and the rest of the quick response crew are absolutely terrific! The name says it all they made it to my project in less than an hour. They not only repaired the ceiling and floor, it looked better than before! I will continue to recommend them in the future!!!

Came home to water running out of the garage. Water heater had burst. Went in the house and pantry, kitchen and dining room were flooded. Used a shop vac to get up most of the water from the tile floor, but the carpet was soaked. Home warranty co is sending hot water folks out but not until the next day and of course there is a 4 hour window. Needed to get the carpet water extracted and these guys (Bronson and Daniel) showed up within an hour of calling and immediately got to work. Very knowledgable and professional. Will have to wait on Insurance co for approval for the remediation and these guys will handle it all. Nice work. Will post update once the work is completed.

Had a flooding in my laundry area that spread to the garage below and Quick Response was at my home within the hour. The made a stressful situation for me very easy by explaining the entire process. They were very friendly and knowledge. Thank you QR team!

I love these guys they are fast reliable and honest make u feel like family I will never ever use anyone else used them two times already n here comes number three hate going through this but Jason n Robert know how to make it less stressful n worry free Thank u guys !

BEWARE! Do you enjoy being frustrated? Enjoy disjointed scheduling and craftsmen from different companies showing up without a clue? How about craftmen showing up without the statement of work that’s to be done in your residence? Enjoy having phone calls never returned from the scheduler or even from the owner? If so, this company is for you! My stand up shower has been torn up for a month now due to a leak I had. The initial response from this business was great, but the restoration response and scheduling were horrible! I never felt like the priority for this business as scheduling conflicts within the company prolonged the repairs I needed. Save your time, money, and frustration and hire a reputable company that can guaranty results promised.
