Okay so where do i start? Audrey and James are both super nice! Audrey is outgoing and fun. James came off as creepy at first but was cool i guess. I went to about 8 laser treatments for under my arms. Now let me mention that I’ve had laser done under my arms before by another clinic 2 months before starting with Audrey. She was friendly and made me comfortable. She used the laser with gel (old school machines) the machine was never charged enough and she never did touched my skin. Now I’ve had laser done before and sometimes u got a stretch the skin to get ALL the hair follicles. Nope she did not even touch me under my arms. Shes nice but the laser machine they use sucks. Its old school. My skin is the perfect skin color for laser. Its medium and my hair is thick but after 8 treatments i saw absolutely no difference.
Now for the Brazilian?! Oh god did she even go to school? Does she know that you have to tell me when to move my leg so that you can do all of the sides of my privates parts? Hello? Don’t just laser what shows to you. Basically after 8 treatments of laser i never even noticed the slightest difference. Every Time i told her i didn’t notice a difference she told me that I’m her only customer to say this? Really? The only one? This place just sucks. They have the oldest machines and although they are nice they so NOT know how to laser body parts. Please don’t waste your money like i did. You will not see a difference what so ever they just bullshit everything. I just stopped going. I never even got a call back asking why I’m not going to my appointments or if i would like to reschedule. I didn’t even want my money back. I just wanted to stay away from this low budget place. Don’t waste your money here!
Haha! Update!!! Audrey! Please don’t sent me unnecessary comments or harassing me. Im being honest on this site. I never said I’m rich? Are you crazy? I think your confusing me with all the other people you talked shit about. Don’t get me wrong i think your a nice person but you really need to change that machine or go to school for laser. Im now going to another laser place and when they do my inner thigh they ask me to move my leg up to get the machine in between my thigh. I don’t want anyone touching me. Even under arms i think you should move the skin to get the little hairs that are not visible from your distance. Also you should wear the glasses too help with the laser light? Every other laser place has the techs wearing them. Im not a fake nor am i trying to bash you in any way. Im simply being honest. Your place is clean and tidy all the time and you guys are friendly. However those machines are not meant for laser hair removal. Im sure you make enough money on people to be able to afford a better and more up to date machine rather than the old gel machines that do not reduce the hair. Sorry but i had to give the review for future people. Again, i have no intention to bash you so i would appreciate if you keep the unnecessary and unprofessional comments to your self.

Where to begin? Ok, so the negative Groupon reviews are hella lame. You’re really going to complain because you are a moron and don’t know how to read what size and areas of the body are? If you pay for chin, don’t expect her to do your neck and hairy gorilla face. If you pay for bottom of leg, don’t expect the entire leg to be done. Same with an underarm, you know, that thing that secretes sweat when you’re hot? The small area where your hair grows and you shave? That’s your arm pit. Under arm is not a literal thing, which I’m sure some may get confused. Perhaps look at an anatomy book if you don’t understand which body parts are which. It even has photos so you idiots who cannot seem to read can understand. Which clearly those complaining about the Groupon cant.
GUESS WHAT! I USED A GROUPON TOO! AND GUESS WHAT? I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR! Because I’m intelligent and know what areas are what. The location is great, it’s not busy and it’s extremely clean. The gentleman who got my information was polite and kind and offered us water. Btw, my son came along and he totally had a full on convo! He’s 9, and probably smarter than most of you twits leaving negative reviews. I was early to my appointment and she already had a client and told me she would be right with me. I actually was lucky to get a last min appointment. I can see why they charge you if you miss one, because they lose money! Duh! Business 101.
Audrey called me back and it was time to get down to business! I’ve struggled with the area I’m getting done, from waxing to threading! Nothing worked! After just 2 treatments, my hair has minimized immensely! I am soooo happy with the results! I just went for my 3^rd treatment and I’m just sooo excited! She is so nice, and actually takes the time out to get to know you! I felt bad for basically screwing them by purchasing a Groupon because she is just amazing! I’m sooo impressed with my results! I have light SENSITIVE skin and thick, dark, coarse hairs and they’re already almost gone! After just 2 treatments!
Audrey advised me to stay out of the sun and not to get all crazy with harsh face washes (sensitive skin) she is so easy to speak to, and I’ve had nothing but posting experiences these last 3 times!
You folks who are upset because y’all are cheap mofos should go fly a kite! She was fantastic and took great care of us!

I do not trust these people at all. I went in there for underarm treatments I saw on Groupon. It clearly states that underarms are cosidered small area. However when I go in for a consultation, the lady said «oh no, the underarm area is just this tiny patch. It will be extra to get the whole underarm area.» I thought that was ridiculous because no one has underarm hair only in that small of an area. Groupon originally said $ 83 for 8 treatments and when I got there she said it would have to be $ 99. I felt totally cheated out of my money.

This has been my first experience with laser hair removal and I’ve been coming to see Audrey for six months now… and she is awesome!!! Audrey is always professional, kind and accommodating. She answers all questions throughly and makes you feel very comfortable. I noticed immediate results with my hair growing less and becoming less coarse.
James, who works the front area… is always friendly and personable. I have not had any problems with scheduling or rescheduling my appointments. I purchased a package deal, and thus, moved to California… but I still come back once a month for my laser hair treatments!!! That’s how much I love this place!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I just wanted to check back in and give a follow up on my service. I bought the laser hair removal package and just completed my series. I am over joyed with the results. My skin is literally so smooth and vibrant. Audrey is amazing she’s just so comforting and makes sure you’re happy before leaving. I would totally recommend trying out this place. Phenomenal service!

First, I want to say I waited to give this review until I was completely finished with my treatment. I got a Groupon for underarm area. There were eight visits about 6 to 8 weeks apart. And I have to say I love my results so much that I purchased two more packages.
The location is great, the treatments are professional and I feel that their understanding of laser is very good. I like Audrey very much as she is friendly and professional. They are not pushy in anyway to sell you additional packages or upgrade anything as many other companies try to do. They are very thorough and scanning the area with the laser. I feel I got a really good value for my money.

This place is great. I had laser hair removal that I bought from a groupon, and I’m very happy with the results. It was my first treatment and I was pretty nervous. It helps that the office is clean, very organized and Audrey is SO incredibly nice. She makes you feel super comfortable and chats you up about your life– and remembers! Seriously, this place is great.

Love this place! Mainly because of the people running it. There extremely friendly and comfortable environment. The place isn’t glamorous in the inside but it’s kept clean. No judgements based on your level of hair. I had my first treatment of Brazilian and a continued of underarms. Love the results so far. Would recommend to anyone if you’re looking for fast results.
In addition, the laser can be quit painful so make sure you take ibuprofen before you go for treatment. Overall, this place gets the job done and I can’t wait to see the end result of treatment! ;-)

I’ve almost finished my 8 sessions, just one more to go, and I’m very glad with the results. I’m not sure how many sessions one would have to go through to get the entire bikini area hair free, but 8 sessions have only done half for me. I would love to finished up the entire area with more session but seeing as how I’ll only be living in Nevada for a few more months, I wouldn’t be able to do 8 more sessions. Still, I do like the results I have. Very friendly nurse providing the laser treatment and the receptionist and very hospitable. This isn’t a hoity-​toity place I’ve been seen and been to where I feel super uncomfortable just even being in the waiting room.
Not sure if I mentioned — living social deal was $ 200 for 8 sessions. Great deal considering one laser session is usually maybe 3 times this much?

As a follow-​up to my last review… the owners here are unbelievable, in the worst way imaginable. After my last review on Unilocal,they threatened to sue me for defamation!!! Really!!! Because I’m letting other Unilocal users know how $SsHiTty your place is? I repetitively got calls from them through a different number and then James the owner went crazy on the phone telling me to get my facts straight. Sweetie, I did plenty of research on your place and your technology… Not only were they obscure about their supervising MD, but they released my personal information to third parties… ever heard of HIPAA violations Audrey??? Probably not because you got a certificate for laser hair removal and didn’t go through RN or medical school like other laser hair removal technicians. This is the worst business practice I have ever come across. Hide your money and run… you will be squeezed into a tight schedule because they have a tendency to overbook and then rush through your treatment so your hair removal sessions are not thorough. To add to that, I mentioned in my last review that their machine is IPL –mainly for skin pigmentation… the machine burned me and now I have permanent white discoloration on my leg.

Bought a Groupon for unlimited hair removal laser treatment about a year ago.
After 9 treatments (not one, 9!), besides the fact that I’m a perfect candidate for laser hair removal (very pale skin and thick and dark hair), I’ve only lost about 10% of my body hair.
Also, very painful, mostly on the bikini area (I was crying and screaming in pain each time, which is not normal because I usually have a very high pain tolerance and with my new beautician — because I had to go finish my treatments somewhere else to have RESULTS, with a real laser, not an IPL machine — it doesn’t hurt at all).
No cleaning of the skin before treatments, nor after, no soothing cream, no numbing cream for delicate areas, random and uneven zapping on your skin, uncomfortable table. She’s not wearing protection glasses when she uses the machine…
I discovered recently, after talking with my dermatologist, that she should have NEVER done «laser» on me during my acne medication treatments and my Juvederm injections. They should carefully ask you if you had any of those treatments each time you have an appointment.
I finished my round of treatments with her just because I paid for it… but I should have run away after the first one. I could’ve had health issues because of this scam. I may be guilty of being greedy, but you don’t have to be as stupid as I’ve been.
Stay away from this place.

After receiving 6 treatments on my bikini area and underarms, I am virtually hair-​free and have now signed up for another round for as-​needed maintenance treatments. I am considered the ‘ideal candidate’ – dark hair with light skin, and am thrilled that laser hair removal has worked

I requested a refund from Audrey due to the fact that I paid for a year’s worth of service and not only have I only seen her twice, but when I saw her for my appointments she didn’t do the service that I paid for.
She did return my refund request with a phone call, but her message was not accurate and at this point I am still waiting to hear from her about when I can expect my refund. I sent her an email and I returned her phone call and she is ignoring me. I told her that I would be happy with even a partial refund, but she won’t do anything for me.
Unprofessional, poor customer service, and unfriendly by a long shot. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal on a small area: underarms (but should have purchased treatments for everything!). Was a bit afraid and didn’t know what to expect but you go into the back room, put some protective eyewear on and Audrey answers any questions you have. She starts up the machine gauging levels for your treatment. Then she quickly zaps section by section. First couple were a bit sore for 30minutes afterwards but bearable. First 2 treatments had no growth whatsoever. After the 3^rd and 4^th, the hair was back to normal so i was a bit upset. Then the final 2 have reduced growth to what I was hoping for. If it grows back I wouldn’t have a problem signing back up for a 2^nd round of 6 sessions because i understand it may take more for those with thicker hair. They’re really good at offering their promotions. All my sessions took less than 5 minutes and if you can stand a little pain it’s absolutely worth it! Schedule MONTHS before summer or your event since you do treatments 4 – 6 weeks in between each.
Update: a few months after i have stopped my hair has grown back but they did suggest early on it may take more treatments. If this location wasn’t so far from where i live i’d get more but i live on the opposite side of town. Overall great experience.

I found this place by buying a Groupon online. I have had laser treatments before and this place was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I went to get my brazillian area done. I was left in a room and told to undress from the waist down. She gave me HALF a paper towel to cover myself with while I waited for her to come back. I was then handed cracked glasses and she just proceeds to start zapping! I practically came off the table. I asked if some numbing lotion was going to be used as every other place I have gone to has used it. She told me that it wouldn’t work so there was no point in using it. So I gritted teeth and suffered thought the rest. It was so painful that I was in tears by the end. I am not a wuss, I have napped through getting that area waxed many times. Also, I noticed during that she holds the laser further away then I have seen other. Plus, and not to sound crass, but it is a brazillian, there are folds and you need to move stuff around if you get my meaning. She does not touch you at all. So there were a A LOT of areas that were just completely missed. As I am hobbling and walking bow legged out to the lobby, one of the other employees (a male) notices and starts laughing and making fun of me! There was another customer waiting in the lobby and I was just mortified! As I am checking out, my person decides to tell me that if I want the numbing lotion next time that it will cost $ 20 extra EACH session. I was VERY sore and completely swollen for about 3 days afterwards. I spoke to Groupon and explained what happened and told them I did not want to go back, so they refunded my money. Do not waste your money going here. Go somewhere where they are professional and actually know what they are doing. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.

When there are no customers waiting in reception and the company has to solicit business from deep discount online coupon companies, what does that tell you about the company?
I was so underwhelmed by James who was dressed more like a Pimp than a Receptionist and his interfering female sidekick’s first impression that things went downhill once I discovered that they wanted me to sign a bunch of paperwork agreeing to a $ 25 fee for a no-​show appointment and that they wanted a copy of my drivers license which is a total invasion of my privacy. I was going there for laser hair removal people; not brain surgery!!! When I expressed my displeasure it was poorly received. I ended up walking out of the store. But it didn’t end there. Fifteen minutes later the nameless female thought it was appropriate to phone and leave me a 2 minute rant on my voicemail saying very slanderous and derogatory things about me. REAL PROFESSIONAL — NOT!!! Apparently she had too much time on her hands due to a lack of customers.
There are so many beauty stores in town that are warm and inviting who want your business, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Well, I first went to this place for Laser Hair Removal for my underarms in Janury 2012. I have been there for 9 treatments already and no results. Please trust me when I say that I am very white with dark hair, so in theory, I should be the ideal candidate, but after 9 treatments, I still see ZERO results. I honestly think I am being fooled. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn’t. and sometimes there is gel, sometimes there isnt… Si I think sometimes they dont charge the laser to the fullest, thus making the customer come back more time for the results. I did my resaarch, I should”ve seen results after 4 – 6 treatments and I know that everybody is different, but really, 9 and no results??? Also, the gentleman that is in the front (I believe his name is James) hinted SEVERAL times that they want a tip with phrases like «I like tips» and I always tip Aubrey, but why would I tip the reception guy??? Besides, tips are not encouraged, they are appreciated. Aubrey on the other hand is an angel (minus the not doing the treatments consistently every time), very polite and professional. Overall, I am never going back there and will find another place, It might be a little more expensive, but at least I will get what i want.
