First of all, i have no point in lying, i gain nothing by making up stories/​fabricating stories.
Secondly, what you were saying here now is different from what your staff told me over the phone. Let me details the story. We went to your office on one evening (i was not able to come inside your office because my daughter was sleeping in the car) as far i remember it is either on January 26^th or January 31^st. I am not sure which of that date. I believe, more or less than 3 weeks my husband finally decided to call your office for follow up because we couldn’t track our tax refund online. Then your staff ask him who assisted him and when did he filed. He said it was YOU (Mrs Santa Ana) who assisted him. Your staff cant track it either so she ask my husband to hang up the phone and give a call back. Then my husband called your office again after 15 minutes because he was preparing to sleep and don’t want to get disturbed when your staff call back. Your staff said the IRS already received our tax refund and waiting for approval and she was right… Now the only reason why i called 2 days ago, is to ask if you Mrs Santa Ana filed our tax refund on the day that we come to your office because my husband forgot to ask that .Do you know what your staff said you forgot to click or submit or whatever the term is. So in short it is your mistake. I was really surprised with your reasoning now that our tax refund was disapproved or whatever. Let us say you are telling the truth IRS will notify us right? Correct me if i am wrong. Your staff was so nice and i have no complain because she was so pleasant, she was the one who offered me if we need cash we can come by to your office and deduct from our tax refund once we received. Why would your staff offered me for cash advance, because of your negligence, right.?I am not really sure if my husband would agree with cash advance. I have no intention of creating a scene or drama i just wanted to find out why was refund was delayed nothing more nothing less. (once again no point in fabricating stories)
Furthermore, regarding this statement that you wrote: Our job is to process your 2015 tax refund to the best of our ability without any complications to you. Understand that the money does not come from us. As I understand you did not have the money to pay for our work so we deducted if of your tax. But even with that you were not happy. Our time and effort to get you the best refund was wasted because you did not even pay for your tax return. Not just that, we payed back our fees to you, out of our own pocket money…
This is my response. I HAVE PROOF THAT WE PAID YOU. It was posted on my husband’s credit card on Feb 1,2016.I can provide you a copy on that.(once again no point in making up stories).Please take note we are not taking that back because you deserve that money.
Now i have few questions for you, do you remember what you said to me exactly? There is no reason to be rude and disrespectful towards me or to anyone. Do not intimidate your client by shouting and yelling. Everybody makes mistake and everybody has those days. I totally understand that. But being so rude and disrespectful to anyone is so immature and unprofessional in handling a simple mistake.
There was a saying that goes” HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY”

Anita Santa Ana made a mistake and this is how she reacted shouting and raising her voice at her client. She is very unprofessional and very rude to do that. I understand people makes mistake but what she did to me is completely unacceptable. Let me remind you to treat people fairly and with respect. Take responsiblity for your own mistake. I regret i was not able to record how rude you are to me. You are educated but not learned and that is exactly applicable to you. Dont let this rude tax preparer file your taxes.

I went here for tax year 2011 and 2012. I ended up gong somewhere else in 2013 because of a referral from a friend. That was a mistake. So I came back here in 2014 and I intend to go again for 2015 taxes. Not sure why I wasted a year going elsewhere. I am always taken care of here with no problems whatsoever.

I have been going to this place for quite a few years now. Anita is very knowledgeable about the tax laws. Her staff assists in inputting all the pertinent information into the computer and Anita reviews all the documents you present to her. This place gets really busy during tax season, so I would recommend coming early so you don’t have to wait too long.

Would recommend to everybody I know. Gives off a family feel and really takes care of you. However it’s a first come first serve for the people on the list. I recommend stopping by just to sign in and ask the receptionist if you can eat lunch. They’ll let you! Or ask if you can drop off your paper in the morning and come back at the end of the day.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. This place is seriously the worst ! They submitted my w-​2 all wrong. I still don’t even have my tax refund back. I’ve been down here multiple times to fix the problem but they have no clue what they’re doing. It’s insane. Now I have to get copy’s of all of my stuff and send it in to the irs myself. And the manager did nothing for me. Didn’t even talk to me or help.

Very professional people. Accommodating, just like you are visiting a filipino home. Everyone’s tries to make you feel at home and relax. Anita is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The line gets long so make an appointment. It will save you time. If you come prepared with your documents it’s a breeze. They have TFC. The Filipino Channel.

It has a friendly atmosphere and affordable. They have knowledgeable experts. They would never overcharge for their service, and they also have discounts for students. You can make an appointment or walk in. The line gets a little long sometimes, but people don’t mind the wait because they are that good.
