Business Owner

Mr. Randolph is licensed to practice in all Nevada courts, including the U.S. District Court, the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. Tax Court. In addition, he was appointed by the state Supreme Court as a Mediator and he serves his clients in foreclosure mediation.

Mr. Randolph received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Brigham Young University. He attended the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, earning a J.D. and subsequently receiving a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in legal taxation.
