I live in Chicago but was referred to Raptor Websites through a colleague. Before we even started our site production, we had half a dozen Skype and phone meetings. I cannot begin to tell you how great it is to work with Joseph. He has been unbelievably patient with our millions of questions and changes along the way. He walked us through the layout and functionality of everything. For us this site was the beginnings of our small business and we were unfamiliar with what our site should include and what was unnecessary.
