I have nothing but great experiences at RC Willey — Summerlin. Our salesman Zachary Kondrk was very helpful and knowledgeable when we were purchasing our new Samsung TV and GE Frigde. He let us have our space when walking around and wasn’t pushy trying to get you to buy. Delivery was fast and on time.

Sorry in advance for the long review. If you look at my previous reviews I almost never rate anything less than 5 stars.
I purchased a leather sectional for $ 2800 in May of last year. I was with my boyfriend and the Sales Rep asked if we wanted to purchase the «Leather Warranty» and when we asked what it covered he let us know it covered ALL accidental damage. He even went on to say «you never know when someone has a pen in their pocket that may bleed to puncture a whole in the leather». I was convinced and decided to purchase the warranty for an additional $ 200.
Fast forward 6 months later I notice a pen mark on the sofa. I think to myself; no big deal, I’ll just call the warranty. First I call the store and the sales rep let’s me know that ink is not included. I tell her that it’s not what I was told when I purchased the warranty and explain the whole situation. Still she would not fix it.
I then ask to speak to the manager. She looks up the account and tells me that there is nothing she can do. See then looks up my account and lets me know that «Anthony» was my sales rep, and that he’s worked there for a long time so he knows the policy. I let her know that although he may know the policy its not what I was told. She still does nothing to help.
I then call the 1 – 800 number I found online. I got transferred 8 times before I could talk to a manager and NO ONE would do anything fix the situation. I have never been more upset with a company. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. I spent over $ 3000 and purchased a warranty but RC Willey has not done anything to resolve the situation.

We worked with Jimmy, who was very polite about just letting us browse, and helping us with our purchases once we were ready. I don’t appreciate being followed around, or pressured to buy-​there was none of that here. Very nice gallery of furnature, and it all seemed fairly priced (tvs on par with best buy prices) furnature better quality than Ashley’s. Will buy from again!

This review is for RC Willey’s response to my one star review only. They expressed genuine concern, and repaired the recliner at my earliest convenience.

Sorry for the long review but im frustrated!!! I purchased my dining room table from here 4 months ago w no problems so when it was time to buy a bedroom set it was a no brainer for us to go here (little did i know). I purchased the fleming bedroom set & had it delivered today. Well they delivered the night stand, the dresser, & the side wood rails for the flemming bedroom set but the headboard and footboard are for the Key West bed. It took a week for it to be delivered so it took me a while after the delivery guys left to realize their mistake. Furthermore, because the key west bed sits higher than the fleming bed the rails are too high (not even touching the floor) making the bed sink in in the middle which we didnt notice until we removed the mattress and saw the box springs bowed in. So i called customer service and told them the situation. Told the girl i needed the bed to be picked up asap as i was afraid it was going to break if we laid on it. Her response, «are you sure you have the wrong bed?» I told her yes, and that i was looking at the website so i know that the key west bed is supposed to have drawers underneath. so she then says i have to wait until 2÷1÷16 to have the bed picked up and the correct one delivered! I asked her what would happen if the bed breaks in between, she said «well i made a note to have it picked up». She didnt answer my question! So, i asked again, and once more she says «i dont know what to tell you, its on order to be picked up. It must’ve been mistagged in the warehouse because it shows that you got the fleming bed». Ill write an update as to what happens. My fear now is that the bed will break for which im sure they will try to charge us! She never apologized, never seemed to care, didnt bother to answer my question (which totally has me worried) and now i have to be invonvenienced by not being able to sleep in MY bed because of the fear of breaking it and having to take time out of my day off again! Oh yeah and they changed the delivery time 3 times today! It went from delivery estimate of 9−1pm to 1:30 — 4:30pm to 1:15 — 4:15pm and the bed got delivered at 12:30pm!

Horrible. The salesmen follow you around, it’s annoying and makes it hard for you to focus bc you feel like they’re going to try and push whatever they can on you. I finally told our gentleman that if we need him, he approached us first, and we’ll be sure to find him so he gets the commission.
After he wandered off, another salesman approached us, we told him we were already being helped, and he asked where our salesman was. He said it’s their job to sell us, and that management tells them to never leave their customers. Blah blah. Just a horrible experience. We needed a new living room and bedroom set. They just lost a huge sale on their annoyance alone.
At least 5 sales associates approached us in the 30 mins we were there. Horrible sales tactic.

My review might be a little lengthy but worth reading. We purchased a $ 3800 leather sectional here last week. Delivery was quick and efficient. After a few days we decided to rearrange the pieces and upon doing so, some things went wrong. One piece had the entire top come unattached and it was very difficult to put back together with the poor design of the metal clamps to connect the sectional pieces. This piece of furniture is poorly made and cheaply made. For $ 3800, you expect some sort of quality.
Well, RC has an awesome return policy. 14 days if unsatisfied with your purchase. It was the simplest return with no questions asked. We did have to pay $ 59 for the couch to be picked up, but completely understandable.
Will I shop here again, no. After going back into the store and really inspecting some furniture, I found most things to look really great on the outside, but realized it’s very cheap overpriced furniture.

They installed my bed platform and one of the legs isn’t even on it. Makes it a pain to ever move my bed.

I have purchased furniture from RC Wiley, Walker, and Ashley over the past couple of years. While RC Wiley had the best selection to choose from (thus the 2 star review instead of 1) their customer service is the absolute worst. Most notably the delivery people.
We ordered over $ 15,000 in furniture (Order 36 199 725), didn’t haggle, and paid cash. Everything seemed fine until it came time to deliver. Firstly, one of the tables we ordered was broken and had to be put on back-​order, so we went without a coffee table for over a week. When the first delivery came, the guys that delivered were absolutely rude. Their call-​ahead said they would be there at 9. I explained that my wife was dropping my kid off at school and wouldn’t be home until at least 9:15. They delivery guy threw a fit and said they didn’t have time to wait around. 15 minutes… really? They were very rude to my wife as well. They refused to move furniture around. Once they set it down in the house, that was it. We ordered two huge area rugs. They just unrolled them (with tape still all over the bottom of the rugs that stuck to my brazillian cherry wood floors) and said to «let them unroll for 24 hrs.» BS — they didn’t want to put them under the furniture. They left all of the wrapping, Styrofoam, tape, etc on every piece of furniture for us to take off ourselves. It wasn’t fun moving around the big furniture with just me and my wife. They also left a bunch of trash in my front yard. They could have at least put it down on the street instead of making me clean up after them. Considering they actually charged us for the delivery, on top of everything we purchased, this was completely unacceptable.
Now fast forward to delivery of the broken coffee table (a week later). We scheduled the delivery for Jan 11. I told the salesman that called that we wanted to get an additional end table and some trees and would be down to see him. He took it upon himself to unschedule our delivery of the coffee table. So we waited around all day for a table that never showed up. When I called at the end of the day, they said the table would have to be re-​scheduled and could be another week. Thats when I absolutely lost it, and probably said some rude things on the phone. Low-​and-​behold: they delivered the next day. If they have a manager that is running this delivery department, he/​she should be fired immediately. Completely unacceptable and I will never purchase from RC Willy again.
For the «web» employee that is going to apologize and explain how uncommon our experience is — don’t bother. An apology after the fact is worthless.

I buy all of my furniture from this store because they stand behind it. Whenever something happens to my furniture they always replace it. This company may be hard to get a hold of sometimes but they do take care of you.

Went in tonight to finally buy the dining set and fireplace I have been eyeing. Price was $ 899 a few weeks ago. Then during Xmas sale was labeled as «on-​sale» at that same $ 899 price. I checked price a couple days ago and was a still the same. Then today I got an email about their New Years tax discount sale. I was finally ready to purchase and went in close to closing. Table is now marked up $ 200 more than it was. A competitor sells this table for $ 899 still. Basically RCW marked this up to make up for the «sale» on tax discount. Stupid… I planned on spending at least $ 1800 and you let me walk instead of honoring the realistic price it was two days ago.

I had a great experience at this RC Willey. My salesperson was Karl Hammargren who did a great job and kept ALL of the promises he made to me including informing me of when things arrived, helping me with delivery dates/​times, and making sure I was happy. He only promised things which he could deliver, and both he and RC Willey did just that: deliver (both literally and figuratively).
Right after the 1^st of the year I’ll be returning to see Karl to do my living and dining rooms, and have recommended him and RC Willey to my friends.
As to the other reviews about «being followed» — I work retail and understand RC Willey’s approach. If they didn’t have aggressive salespeople then what always happens in a retail environment is that customers would complain that nobody was available to help them. It seems like there’s no middle ground in retail: you’re either too aggressive or you’re not helpful. During my visit nobody «harassed» or bothered me, and I felt that they gave me just the right level of attention: not too pushy but not too hands-​off.
They handled me well and they definitely earned my future business!

I never heard from management after they were made aware of the issues I had with the furniture. I did however, receive a copy of my refund receipt in the mail. No letter of apology, no «please give us another try». Just the receipt. It is clear to me, and it should be clear to anyone who shops at this store, that they do not care about costumer retention or service. By the way, the more I talk to people and relay my experience the more customer dissatisfaction stories I hear.

Thank you RC Willey for the FREE new recliner (and the $ 10 add on turkey roaster!) So glad my hubby Mike Hamerling won your weekly giveaway last week! The managers Mark and Sakis, plus Adam from social media department AND our salesperson Guy were wonderful! We have met Guy before, very professional and very nice. Most of our home is furnished from RC Willey. Because they have the best product at the best price — AND their customer service is above and beyond. Thank you again! (Scoring a $ 1069 real leather recliner that is on sale for half price and paying «FREE» is a fun day!)

Decent selection at this place. Overpriced. Doesn’t really have great sales either.
Like the other reviewers stated, the one thing that bugged me is that I was followed around everywhere like a hawk. Think of it like when you look around for cars at a car dealership… annoying! It’s not like the people gave me space either while following me. After every item I would look at, they would come over and make comments about it or talk me into buying it. I know ya’ll want your commission, but damn woman! Give me some space! I could not have any peace alone just browsing around items. Having that feeling can sometimes make a customer not want to buy anything.
I did end up finding something that I liked, but when I got the furniture, it was poorly made! Some of my items were not fully drilled so the screws would not fit through. And some of the holes were drilled too much to where the screws would not be properly latched on.
It looked so good in the showroom…
I suggest you browse around at more local furniture stores for better pricing, customer service, and quality.
UPDATE 2 weeks later: I ended up returning my furniture because of the poor quality. Screws would not align and I could not even get the washers in there. Junk. Stay away and go to a different furniture store. For the amount they wanted to charge me, I could get better quality furniture for cheaper.

It’s like most overpriced furniture stores you’ve been to except this one has other stuff like appliances and flooring. It’s huge store with a lot of stuff to look at for sure.
Quality seems decent enough, but the prices are mostly high for what you get. But there are plenty of options, so if variety is what you’re after then this place is for you.
Salespeople are nice enough. They aren’t super pushy but they will try to sell you as much as they can. After telling our sales guy that we were going to get the mattress for the bed we were buying somewhere else to save money, he told us to at least go check the clearance section of the store for to see if we could find a discounted mattress to buy from them. His suggestion kind of backfired because we ended up canceling that ticket and finding a whole new bedroom set and mattress in the clearance for half price. That’s all a long way of saying that I highly recommend checking out what’s on sale in the clearance section before even looking at the rest of the store. There were some pretty great discounted pieces in there.
Check out was a little rough. The cashier gave us a hard time about the sleeping bag promotion they were doing at the time. My mother-​in-​law was buying some stuff separate (well over the required $ 500) and they wouldn’t let her get the promotion because my wife and I had already used it and apparently it’s only one per family. Well technically we are two families, and it was two transactions, but in any case, you should definitely honor your promotion and make your customers happy. Their attitude kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, so unless I’m going for something cheap on clearance, I don’t think I’ll buy from here again.
To say something good for RC Wiley, they do include delivery and setup with their furniture, and in a few days time our bedroom was delivered and built for us by some very nice guys.
If you need furniture, the store is at least worth checking out.

We purchased our couch, dining room set and now a few new living room pieces from this location. I’ve used the delivery service in the past and they were quick, efficient and no damage to my items — and it was only $ 50 for the entire year if we chose to purchase anything else and have it delivered. Not a bad deal.
Salesman are never pushy, which is refreshing for a change and there is usually always someone available when you are ready for some help. Quality furniture. We’ll be back for our next big purchase!

8÷29÷15 Update: Just went in hoping to buy a massage chair. Asked if they could price match as Costco was selling it for significantly less. I was directed to the manager who was rude. He constantly spoke over me, was clearly not listening to what I was saying and acting like I was lying about the chair costco was selling saying it’s not the same model even though I asked if I could show him, he said no. He was so rude! I’ve spent thousands of dollars there and after this service, I’ll never shop there again! He treated me with no respect and was overall rude.
Original review from 7 months ago: Best service you will find at any home furnishing store! My husband have been shopping here for the last few years for our home needs. We bought a dinning room table set over a year ago and noticed an issue with it a few months after having it. I called customer service and they had someone come out to look at it in two days. A few days later, they delivered us a new table. Their customer service is amazing and their delivery crew is super great! We just went there today looking for a rug for our sunroom and found out we had a credit with them we had no idea about for being a loyal customer. We ended up only paying. $ 10 and some change for the rug. Awesome deal. Another reason I’ll only buy home items from here!

I bought a table set from here. Had to wait 5 days for delivery and once it got here. One chair fell apart. Delivery people left and noticed another bench had uneven legs! I called and they scheduled me for another wait of 5 days! Meanwhile they were expecting me to be with a incomplete table set. I spoke to one of the managers and asked for a delivery refund and a discount on the table set. The agreed on the delivery charge being removed but did not want to give me a discount on what I paid for
The table. Unacceptable!!! How can they deliver a table and leave a unbalance bench and leave it here! Is this the swapmeat? I spoke to the store manager and still nothing. They chose to lose a customer! Do not go there if your expecting good customer service after you buy the product or good furniture!
