Red Carpet came highly recommended to me after their involvement with moving a local nonprofit, Toys for Smiles. They did a great job for them and a even greater job for my personal house move.
Troy and his partner were on time, called to communicate and worked to their best abilities to mage this first move in 15 year as smooth as possible. Good team work and even better results. would recommend again and again and in 15 years maybe we will need them again.

We contacted the Red Carpet Moving Company to move furniture from our old house to a new one. We had two truckloads of furniture. It was alot of stuff that took the whole day to move but it was well worth it because the service was excellent. The movers were polite, efficient, and professional. The movers were very careful with the furniture; sealing and protecting each piece with wrapping and padding. Even after a full day of moving, they helped us with some other furniture in the house. These guys live up to their name. Would definitely recommend.

I found this Gem of a moving company on Angie’s List the price was hundreds less then the closest competitor Jon himself came out to give me an estimate they would have completed the job in the 3 hour time frame which gave me the best deal however they were so quick and accommodating that I asked them if they could load many boxes that weren’t included which would have taken myself hours to transport ect. that only added about 30 minutes to the bill. which was well worth it considering it saved me hours of work and several trips up 3 flights with no elevator. I would highly recommend this Company and for the future this will be my go to for family and friends not to mention myself. Thank you Sal for the excellent service and price!

I have used Red Carpet 3 times & have always been happy. They are very professional & treated my items with loving care. They also have always been on time or called & kept me updated. This is so important when you are waiting to move. This last time I got Bobby & Troy who were excellent.

I had to move for my sister and I was lucky enough to get Raul, Ray and Cristian. They were excellent!!! Nice, helpful and professional and wrapped everything I needed with care! And they organized moving into the storage unit perfectly. I would definitely recommend!

Hands down the WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I have ever had!
I dealt with Miles for a relatively small move. I did almost all of the packing of a one bedroom apartment. I specifically asked Miles to supply packing services for some of my wardrobe and kitchen. I was clear in asking him to bring garment boxes for my clothes and packing materials for miscellaneous items.
I even offered to pay up for white glove service but Miles assured me they were experienced packers/​movers and it would be taken care of properly.
When the movers arrived they had ZERO PACKING MATERIALS!
All they had were some salvaged boxes they taped back into shape.
The movers advised that Miles neglected to tell them they were packing anything and were forced to use my towels and pillow cases to pack my belongings!
If I didn’t have a deadline I would have thrown them out!
A three year old could have been more prepared and done a better job than Red Carpet. Not to mention all my clothes went from hanging nicely in garment boxes to literally being shoved in used crumpeled boxes.
I would advise anyone to go somewhere else!

The movers: Christian, Raul & Justin were absolutely amazing at moving us in 1 day. We couldn’t have moved without them or Red carpet Moving especially since we have a new baby. Totally worth the money, as what took them 1 full day would have taken us 1 full month to do.

We used Red Carpet on our move 4 years ago. This past week I used them to move me again. I can’t begin to tell you how professional this company is. I highly recommend them.

Red Carpet just moved me from Las Vegas to Pasadena this morning. I am extremely pleased with professionalism. Mile arranged the move over the phone and sent Albert and Saba for both loading and unloading. What a pleasant team to deal with. I’ve moved many times with those National moving companies and Red Carpet is the easiest and competent people to deal with.

I contacted Red Carpet Movers primarily because of their good Unilocal reviews. As noted, I mentioned Unilocal and got the discounted rate and we were scheduled to go for Wed between 12−1pm.
Around 1230, I receive a call from the scheduled mover dispatched for my move. He let me know the job he was working prior to mine was a lot more than anticipated and he wouldn’t be able to make it or would be approx. 3 hours late. He advised that he had also communicated this to the office and they would be calling me with a solution right away. Seemed pro-​active and I appreciated the communication. So, I waited for the call from the office.
1pm…130… nothing. I called at 145 and spoke with Miles. Was told he was working on it, would call me in 5. I got a call back at 220 to let me know he was sending over a couple of other movers and they should be at my place at 3pm.
(Let’s note, I was making a move from Summerlin to Henderson and my son had a Little League I had to pick him up and take him to at 615 –luckily, in Hendo.)
The movers show up at 3pm. Really nice guys, but I had to hear the guilt trip from the one mover who was quick to note he had been working since 7am and was supposed to be done by now. yada yada yada. He also seemed quite upset as apparently he was told I was only moving a garage, not a 1BR Condo. Later on toward the end, he even said they should take a picture of the loaded truck to send it to the office to show them a «garage» load of stuff. Regardless I was happy they were there and moved stuff to help the process along. I was also told along the way about his earlier experience and how the previous clients were so dirty and unorganized… and –more. What can you say to that? Sorry that sucks. Smile and move along. Perfect.
Loaded and ready to leave the condo. Just about 5pm and guess what? Now we’re hitting I-​215 traffic. Then I get a request from the movers to stop because they needed a quick break, drinks, etc. (I had been providing cold water along the move) I’m not going to tell them no, afterall… they’ve been working since 7am… so sure. See you at the new place. So I’m waiting at the new house… the truck pulls up 1 hour later at 6pm. And guess who’s paying for that? (me) My son needs to get to his game… So I leave the movers, pick up my son, drop off at game and wait for family to show up so I can miss the rest of his game. As I arrived they told me they were done. 45 minutes, nice! Again, Overall really nice guys worked hard.
My complaint lies in the fact that: 1) had I known movers were going to show up at 3pm, I would’ve and could’ve worked a half day rather than take the entire day off. 2) I had to pay for an hour of wasted time between traffic and a break because these guys were beat and had a ridiculously long day 3) I called the next day to talk to Miles and see what we could do to solve this issue as it relates to me paying an extra hour of time. Was told yes, very valid point and the owners will work with you etc, etc etc. (Crickets.) I have yet to hear back and it’s been a week. I’ve been juggling work, unpacking and kids and while yes, I could’ve stalked and called daily I kinda feel like considering the circumstances, the business could have and should have stepped up and made it right proactively. Particularly considering the fact that they asked for reviews and gave me a list of sites to post them on.
If they had arrived ON TIME, we wouldn’t have hit 5pm TRAFFIC and also the fact that one of the guys had complained so much about his long day and his shitty unorganized previous clients, I’m not going to tell them not to take a 10 min break and stop in the loaded truck to get a drink. Yes, Absolutely! Hydrate… But why am I paying $ 116 for this time considering how an otherwise perfectly scheduled day had now become a stressful nightmare and bonus I missed most of my sons baseball game.
Again– everyone was super nice, even Miles who never called me back. I absolutely felt bad that these guys had worked SO hard since 7am and finished up their day at 7pm. They worked their butts off. This situation ITSELF sucked and for what I paid… I SHOULD HAVE received a phone call and perhaps an apology. I get it, shit happens, we can roll with it but you own a business and could have very well earned repeat business. Key word: Customer Service…
I wish I had told them I knew someone who was also moving the following week and was about to recommend them, but because of this experience, I didn’t. He ended up using another moving company and they were cheaper, on time and bonus they didn’t complain about anything!

I won’t be using this company as I inquired about an estimate several days ago and was told by Miles R. via private message on Unilocal that I would be getting a call the next day from the person responsible for completing the estimate. I have yet to hear from anyone at this company and have moved on to others that I have already heard from. To me, this suggests a lack of interest in obtaining my business so since they do not obviously need my business, I will look elsewhere.

They were on time, fast, and careful with getting my very heavy furniture, and paintings safely moved to Kingman, AZ.

Update as of 9−8−15: The owner of the business called to inquire about my experience and complaint below. He wanted to provide a high level of service to correct the situation. I’m pleased with his quick response and his quick attention to make our experience positive. He offered several solutions to correct the errors made and listened to all feedback that was provided.
If you work with Red Carpet for your moving needs be sure to provide positive and negative feedback as they are interested in meeting the needs of their customers and will listen and act on all feedback.

I wish I could give Red Carpet Movers a good rating as we have used them in the past and we’re pleased with our move.
Unfortunately, this weekend was a completely different story. My mom paid for us to have movers for our housewarming gift and we are so thankful. If I had known how lousy the services was going to be I would have moved myself or picked a different company.
We slept in our beds for the first time last night and something seemed odd. The movers took everything apart to move our furniture. What we found when we tried to use our furniture was that they lost screws and failed to put it back to correctly. The pictures tell the entire story. Our king size bed has 4 slates and 8 weight distributors. I found 1 of the weight distributors in my top dresser drawer so it made me think to look under my bed. What we found was so disturbing. For $ 700 and a $ 100 tip you would think that they would have the decency to put our furniture back together. We were wrong.
The hutch for my desk was not screwed together and last night when we were trying to move it into place it fell on my husband and I. Thank goodness our children were not around.
Now we are worried for the beds that they put together for our kids and have spent the last 3 hours putting our furniture back together. What a wonderful way to spend time in our new home.
Worst and most dangerous experience. Would never recommend this moving company to anyone. Don’t do it!!!

On time, nice guys, they were very helpful in fixing a little problem we had with a sofa. Good pricing with serious service, that’s what you are expecting from a good moving company! Can only recommend them.

Albert P and Joe Blue were amazing!!! They drove out to Orange County, stayed in a hotel and showed up first thing in the morning to load the truck and head to Vegas. They were super professional and quick! I would recommend them 100%!!!

Quite possibly the easiest move I’ve ever had. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Despite the fact that I called at the last minute, they were able to accommodate my schedule.
Miles and Corey were our movers. Not only were they hard workers, they were really cool guys. They made it easy for me to trust them with my valuable items. Not to mention, they were pros at assembling all of my furniture.
I will definitely use this company in the future!

This would have been a one star review had it not been for Mike coming on his day off to do our move. Mike and his partner did an amazing job. They were very professional and worked hard for the duration of the move and they deserve recognition for their great work!
But, before this… I scheduled a move for this past Saturday. They confirmed it would be between 11am and 3pm which was fine. One of the movers named Corey called me that morning saying he would be there between 2pm and 3pm. After 3pm coming and going with no call as to when they would arrive, I called Corey back. He said he was on another job until 7pm and would not be available. He seemed confused as to why I was calling him, and I was equally confused as to why someone would tell me they would be there, and then tell me later that they weren’t showing up? He told me to call the company back. I tried calling the company line, but they were already closed, so I called him again and left a message saying that I had to move, today, and now I don’t know what to do. He called back and said he would cancel the job at the place they were at, and come to my apartment. Great.
They show up around 6pm, and it’s pouring rain. They seem nice enough and were very apologetic about the mix up with their previous client which I understand, and say they will see about getting me a discount due to all the trouble (didn’t happen). They start moving everything despite the rain. Less than an hour in, they say that they can’t work in the rain anymore, and ask if they can come back in the morning or send another crew the next today. Even though I was supposed to be out Saturday afternoon and turn in my keys to my leasing office. But I didn’t want to risk anything with them moving my heavier things down the slippery stairs, so I agree and they say they will try to have someone out as early as 8am.
8am the next morning and no one has called me or showed up. We try calling and texting Corey, no answer or response. At 9am we call the company, and they say they will make sure we get someone here to do our move, but not before making a comment about how they «squeezed me in” — if I thought my move was being «squeezed in», I would have used a different company who would have made sure to show up. But anyway, Mike calls me around noon, and is here soon afterwards. From there on out, they do a great job and after my many panic attacks about not being able to move, they finally got it done.
After having to miss 2 days work and explaining to my leasing office why I had to turn my keys in the next day (twice) I was still less than pleased with dealing with this company. And when I was called the next morning by the billing department to pay for the move, they didn’t seem to know anything about the situation and the promise of a discount or someone calling me regarding my horrible experience. I at least got the discount for booking through Unilocal.And, as requested by them, here is my honest review.
They do quality work, and I’m sure this was just a fluke, but after 2 days of hell and still having to pay nearly $ 500 to move my one bedroom apartment I can’t say I would use them again. Moving across the country was easier than moving across the courtyard of my apartment complex.

Amazing from start to finish and quite frankly, my heroes. I was stood up early this morning by the original moving company I hired so in a frantic attempt at getting a move done, I called this company. Greeted by Phil, he understood my situation and accommodated as best he could. He told me that the movers will be there between 11 and 12. It was a go. I was thrilled!
The real superstars were Corey and Francisco. They came into a scary situation – my pup had an upset stomach the night before so cue doggy stains EVERYWHERE… On top of that, I was a little unpacked. The two worked diligently and was able to get my entire apartment packed and moved to my new home in exactly 4 hours. They were polite the entire time but were also hilarious which was really helpful as I was extremely stressed out. Great personalities, each of them and really awesome service. If ever I move again, I wouldn’t want any other company or movers. I am ecstatic!

I have done 2 moves with Red Carpet and both were fantastic! The employees were professional and took great care of my belongings. They were on time and called to let me know when they were on the way. The moves were quick, efficient and painless.
My first move was done in the heat of the summer and the guys were professionals all the way! They also assisted me with moving items to storage and donation to Goodwill. I appreciate the care they took with my antique furnitiure. They were also friendly to my kids and dog! As with anyone in the service industry, I tipped them as a «Thank You» for the excellent service!
