I don’t like to post reviews especially bad reviews (also post a bad review for FSR today as well). However, this have to be told. I have two properties with First Service Residential management company. They setup this Red Rock Financial Collection agency to straight line along with HOA to harass and target home owners who they don’t like, especially rental owners and tenants, and of cause for them to make more money too! They post fines to home owners accounts, and lien to our property without proofs. They are inviting lawsuits to come to them and HOA. I definitely won’t buying any of their stocks. Any HOA board members if considering to hire these management company and collection agency, don’t even consider this one, you will be busy to deal with complains, disputes and lawsuits for sure !!!

Would give this company no stars if I could. I paid in full my late dues that were owed to my HOA. Now, Red Rock is saying i didn’t pay, and my HOA still has me on hold. they only take cashiers check, so they can easily lose your payment, I paid with cashiers check and have recepit to prove it, spent 2 hours on the phone with them everyday for the past week and still nothing.

What happened to Gary is exactly what happened to me. I was past billed for four years with interest and a lien on one of my rental propertys because the morons can’t figure out you don’t live there, even though your address is different at the post office. These people are worthless.

I can’t believe this isn’t criminal. I was sent to collections for $ 180 in assessments, Red Rock put a lien against my home and tacked on $ 480 in fees within the 2 months i was in collections. I told them I would pay the original assessments plus a filing fee somewhat more reasonable; they wouldn’t care to negotiate with me at all. This is outright blackmail. Why not just charge me $ 10k?
