Red Rock Villas

Beware of the unrealistic model that they show you. It is very pretty, however the «lived in» units are older and poorly taken care of. They also lack in communication and customer service. Do not waste your time here, as there are other places that will make you much happier. This rental is unacceptable for the cost. I had a very horrible experience w these folks and would want to save anyone the tears, headache, and stress that I endured w this place. There was a breach of confidentiality (my credit card was sent to a tenant instead of corporate), and they also forgot to notify me that utilities needed to be set up days in advance, leading me to arrive cross country to have no AC and no hot water — thus, having to stay in a hotel for 3 days. Just don’t do it. I moved out after 5 days, that’s how bad it was.

I’ve been living at red rock villas for over 4 years. Don’t believe the luxury part. These apartments are very old. I don’t think they have updated anything since the 90’s. We pay $ 1530 for a two bedroom, corner unit. What you’re paying for is landscaping and water. They over water the grass during this unforgiving drought! The appliances, light fixtures, and washer and dryers are old as dirt. We brought in our own appliances, which was the only reason I stayed. They claim to have a two pet max and we have neighbors with 3 plus pets. Our dog was killed by a pit bull that was off leash. My husband had his finger severed during the attack. They put us thru a stringent application process so I thought we were moving into a place that strictly adhered to rules and regulations. They had breed restrictions when we first moved in. Even had to show pictures and proof of shots of my two dogs. We also pay pet rent. Now there are no restrictions since my dog was killed. The straw that broke the camels back was our neighbor that just added a pit bull puppy to her collection of dogs. No one follows the rules. The pool is always dirty. They let kids jump in and out of the jacuzzi. They could break a leg or crack their heads open, but I guess that’s the parents fault right? Well these acrobatics occurred while a member of the maintenance team was chatting for over an hour with a tenant in the pool! So pathetic. They finally removed the $ 99 move in special, which was posted for the four plus years we’ve been here. Bottom line, don’t believe the hype. These old ass apartments are tiny and not worth the insane prices! You are better off renting a house for these prices!

Yesterday we went to see the Villas which were beautiful, upscale apt/​condo/​single level homes with garages. Unfortunately we arrived late. So we didn’t get to tour the facility that day but witnessed the staff going above and beyond for one of their tenants. Michael and Alejandra, we’re so kind to this woman, she was in distress about a check and leaving town and almost in tears, they were lovely with her and gently helped her resolve the situation to her joy. They went above and beyond! We came back the next day for a tour and met Heaven, yes that’s her name! Who showed us around and shared the pluses and minuses of the different homes based on our needs. She was, insightful, delightful and we found the property to be upscale and centrally located with easy access to all things. As it happens, I randomly asked how long she had been there she said 2 years. That to me is someone who likes and cares about what their doing and it showed. This property is a real consideration for us. Just need to decide which one we like best!

Garbage. Olen and their managers are everything that is wrong with our day and age… look elsewhere, would be my recommendation.

Constant turnover of office personnel who are unskilled and unprofessional.
The appliances are extremely OLD and no longer available on the market. However, they REFUGE to replace and or update them. The rental rates range form $ 950 to $ 1400 per month. They have roaches and it ALWAYS being sued.

Extremely POOR office management and maintenance staff. Property has pests… roaches!
