Great customer service! Husband went to try on boots and got phenomenal help from David! Husband works for DIRECTV and David was able to provide him the proper shoes for work. Will recommend David! He knows his stuff.

Loved this pair of boots, then within six months the liner ripped out of them. Brought back to store and explained the problem and was told wearing them every day was considered excessive wear and would have to pay 60 bucks to have leather liners sewn in. I hoped this repair would be the end of it and I would be done with this but two months later the glued in liners ripped out. I’m not even dealing with this shop a second time. I picked up some barge at Tandy leather, glued them up myself, and if they crap out again I will be looking to other brands that I can wear every day. Way too much money for a company to not stand behind their product.

I love Redwing Shoes/Boots, can’t beat the quality, however upon purchase of another pair. I fortunately noticed that the insoles were missing?! I was wondering why that boot seemed larger than my current/same model and size that I was about to replace. Also noticed the shoelaces were thinner than my first pair. Seems like the type for«free shoelace replacement» that is offered by Redwing. Just kind of weird… Also shoe didn’t come with the USA shoelace keeper that I see in other photos as well as co-workers that have purchased Made in USA redwings.

Great customer service and location. David was great and they had the boot I needed. I have only bought and worn Redwings since I hired with the railroad in 2003. You truly cannot go wrong with their product.
