Mr. Resnick is a pillar in the insurance defense communities in the Southwest and West, being designated as panel counsel for numerous insurance companies, TPAs, and self-insured and captive entities for multi-lines of business. Mr. Resnick has also been lead counsel on multi-million dollar cases in different jurisdictions, being responsible in the past decade for approximately two-thousand cases, as well as being a featured speaker for national seminars. Furthermore, Ms. Louis is an accomplished and well-respected civil litigation attorney, having handled hundreds of cases in Arizona, California and Nevada while also overseeing and mentoring many fine lawyers and paralegals.
