History

Established in 1947.

From its roots at Callister & Reynolds, one of Nevada’s oldest and most respected firms, Reynolds & Associates continues a tradition of experience, integrity, and excellence.

Included in the firm’s roster and continuing a long succession of legal practitioners, Robert and Mac Reynolds are fourth generation Nevada attorneys. They practice with their father, Ronald H. Reynolds, the «Reynolds» half of Callister & Reynolds who worked for decades alongside the late Robert Callister and his son Matthew.

With its extensive Las Vegas heritage and cutting edge representation, Reynolds & Associates is well equipped to continue its legacy of excellence in serving its clients.

Ronald R.

Business Owner

Ronald H. Reynolds, a third generation Nevadan, is the senior partner at Reynolds & Associates and has been a practicing attorney for 33 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree at Brigham Young University and Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University. In his various capacities, he has been active as a speaker at seminars and has authored numerous articles. He specializes in business law, financial institutions and general corporate representation.

Mr. Reynolds is an AV rated attorney with Martindale-​Hubble and, throughout his career in litigation, has taken part in molding Nevada law in the areas of creditor’s and employer’s rights and duties.
