Terrible customer service. I walk in and can here a group of people speaking Spanish. Low and behold it’s the entire staff gathered in a circle chit chatting with each other and laughing. Not one person greeted me or offered assistance. I walked around the store for about 30 minutes. Yes, the clothes are affordable but they are cheaply made. 15 minutes before the store closing a employee screams out «dressing rooms are closed». Yep, pretty sure that’s not what you’re supposed to do. First off it’s ghetto and second people should be allowed to try on clothes until close.
Yeah I won’t be going back. I dislike places with bad customer service.

Nice big clean store, but dumbest store policy ever. I purchased a dress and on my way out saw another one that was JUST ONE DOLLAR difference and because of their STUPID policy I wasn’t able to get that $ 1.00 back on my debit card. Like really?! There’s so many other stores out there with the same exchange or store credit policy which they can just override and give you that dollar or couple of cents back. Who the FUCK is going to come back and shop with a $ 1.00 credit!!! So annoying! My first time here, and with no help from the manager I definitely will NOT come back nor would I recommend it to my friends or family!

Big nice clean store with a wide variety of clothes. But oh my goodness absolutely no customer service! Not one hi, smile, or even a word from the five employees that were standing feet away. After the cashier handed me my receipt didn’t even say bye thank you have a good day… NOTHING she was mute and then walked away lol.

By far the best Rhapsodielle in town. I’m so used to the snobs at the location on Serene and the other on Stephanie, that was shocked to receive a greeting the very second I entered the store.
The girl holding the fitting room down even let me know that she’d be right out and to let her know if I needed anything!
The fittings rooms are big, with actual doors (instead of curtain) and big benches for seating and a place for your purse.
I had a great customer experience here and will come back to this location again in the future.

SO SPACIOUS!
I REALLY like this store as my GO TO for shopping… it’s convenient & everything is CHEAP! Honestly though… you get what you pay for… but how often do you wear the SAME outfit when going out to a club on the strip? So might as well get a CUTE decent quality outfit for cheap prices especially during the SUMMER time!
The staff here are just there… ahahha they are SWEET & helpful when you need it. Definitely gotta go find a staff person for help though.
They now have a PLUS SIZE section which is kool!
One bad thing though… they put sensors ONTO the shoes so ALL the cute shoes have DAMN HOLES in them! Doood you can punch holes into cloths & fabric shoes… but when you punch a hole into a shiny stelleto… it’s GONNA SHOW!

Horrible service. No one greets you or offers to help you. That’s okay with me. However, I waited in line for over 10 minutes because the people in front of me had many items to purchase. However, another cashier was just standing around and didn’t even take me. She just stood there behind the counter looking dumb.

If you want low quality clothes you can wear 1−2x then this is the place but hey they are cheap! It is very rare that you will find good quality clothes here, you just have to have a good eye. The employees are super rude. Never greets you or ask if you need help they just go on organizing the racks and gossip in spanish and when you ask them for help finding a size, they make you feel that they are being bothered. Just go to TJ Maxx right next to it! They have great quality clothes that are around the same price.
Whenever I come here, I can’t help but to just secretly roll my eyes because of how unprofessional the staff are.
The reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the cleanliness of the store and they have good selection of clothes depending on which mood you’re in.

Love love love this store! I would not have the cute wardrobe and accessories for casual, work or going out! It is a 1 stop shopping for all your needs! Some of the clothes could be of better quality but, you don’t pay much so u can’t really complain. I use lingerie bags for all my clothes when washing. To ensure they last the season and don’t get stretched out of shape or damaged while washing.
I stop in Rhapsodielle at least once a month, their styles change daily, so to stay in trend, I routinely stop in when I get paid. I never feel guilty about my purchase. You can buy a whole new wardrobe like over 20 items for 300 $. I do usually buy more than I need and have many items I haven’t worn. So I have stopped buying as much at once and started shopping more frequently. It’s a girls clothing paradise!
More women should post pics of their clothes here. Also, there clothes can be for all ages, from teen on up. I just noticed a couple stores now have a small section for plus size girls! Now that’s catering to all! Great job Rhapsodielle. Keep up the good work!
All the stores have regular dressing rooms except the location on lake mead! It was the first store that landed in vegas and I stopped in there recently when over on that side of town and was shocked by the big locker room style fitting room. No doors bad lighting and hotter than hell! It was an unpleasant experience and the store is small and lacking in sizes and selection. I usually go to the warm springs and Durango location because its closest to my home. But, I will also go to the location off 215/​eastern to check out different items. All the stores have some same clothes as well as colors of items just sent to them individually, so checking out more than one location gives you the best variety.
I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement at any store. Like if I have 20 items I’m potentially buying and they only let you take 5 in to the dressing room at a time. They have sensors on their clothes so it shouldn’t be such a problem. They don’t always have someone in there to help you switch out your items. So trying on clothes if you are wanting to buy more than 5 can sometimes be a hassle. Or if you are in a hurry it can take a sec to get through trying on all items. Plan a couple hours to be there because there is so much to see. One nice thing is it is all by color. So if you need a black item there is a black section. The jeans are not all in one section though. Which is difficult if needing to go back to retrieve another size.
Be sure to always check every item you plan to buy for stitching issues, check jewelry for all the stones and make sure those shoes and jewelry fit, because they’re final sale.

I love that this Rhapsodielle has individual fitting rooms. If you’re familiar with this chain, then you know that the majority of locations just have one big changing room that makes you feel as if you’re back in a high school locker room, having to dress and undress in front of other girls.
This particular location is bigger than the others and they also have a plus size section, but they lack shoes. The location on Rainbow has a bigger shoe selection and has more in stock. Like all Rhapsodielles, all the clothing is separated by color so it’s easy to navigate through the store. I agree with others who say that quality isn’t the best but I don’t mind. I’m notorious for wearing an item of clothing once and abandoning it forever, specially dresses, so the less I pay for an item, the better. You can score dresses for under $ 20 and skirts for about $ 6. I only shop here if I’m going to go out with friends, if I’m going out to a nice dinner, I shop elsewhere, unless I find a really nice blouse. They have cute clothing but it’s better suited for clubs.
The staff is nice and helpful, but they don’t greet you when you walk in. Be aware that when you make a purchase here, there are no refunds, they only offer store credit or exchange, but you only have 7 days to do that. Monday through Saturday, store hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday I believe is 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

I tend to come here when I’m in need of something cute and have no time to shop. This store is huge and when you walk in, the cool thing about is that the clothes are all what’s currently trending and they’re sorted by colors so if you’re looking for a specific color of a blouse, purse, scarf or something, you’ll know where to find it. And if you’re looking for accessories, they have two (or was it four?) racks located in front of the registers, double sided with tons of jewelry in all kinds of colors. I feel like most of their necklaces are quite gaudy but if you’re into that, eat your heart out! And if not, no worries, I’m sure you’ll find something simple and to your liking.
I feel like their shoes go fast, so if you want a certain pair, get it, because the size you need may not be there next time. (Trust me.) Speaking of shoes, they have a variety of shoes for women to choose from, but what I have noticed is that most of the heels tend to be about 5 – 6 inches & up and not everyone wants that. I’ve seen high heels I thought were HOT but never purchased it because it’s just TOO high.
The staff are okay. Whenever I come here it isn’t often that I am greeted or that any of the employees even speak to me when I pass by them as they fold clothes or put them away. I get it, they’re working, but a simple smile and a ‘Hello’ can brighten anyone’s day. Smile! You do a good job in keeping the store tidy and organized, so now make your customers feel welcome.
That being said, I do like this store a lot. The clothes are nice, trendy, and affordable! (Sometimes the material of both the clothing and jewelry are/​feel cheap, but you get what you pay for! The clothes are really cute though and they’re not all cheap-​feeling.)
I like this store. And I’m sure a lot of you future new-​comers will too!
