Rick has been in full-​time real estate for 16 years and has completed all types of real estate transactions. He has negotiated the most complex to the most simplistic. In addition to representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate, he has represented all the wireless carrier’s (i.e. AT&T, Verizon, T-​Mobile and Sprint) in sight identification and negotiation of communication tower sites. Rick has also completed large commercial and vacant land transactions.
