Driven by quality and excellence with all she does Jennifer, known to all as simply «Jenn» — is a former hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in the Las Vegas Resort industry. Jenn a talented Esthetician in her own right decided in 2005 that she was going to bring a resort quality salon and spa without the overpriced resort services to Las Vegas locals. After nearly 2 years of planning and building Jenn opened Ritual in April of 2007. In 2 short years Ritual won best spa in Las Vegas by the Las Vegas Review Journal and was also recognized by American Spa Magazine for their one of a kind Spa-​Ritual Parties (Wednesday Nights from 6pm-​9pm), this has fueled Jenn and her amazing team to serve Las Vegas without compromise!

I received an amazing massage from Torre the first time I was in, great with sports massage and injury. The second time I was going to schedule with him again but my availability did not match so I booked with Alicia who was also phenomenal! One of the top 5 best massages I’ve had! Highly recommend this place. The tea after my massage was a nice touch also

AMAZING! I love it here and come back as often as I can. It is pricey but they have great deals ALL the time and all you have to do is get on their email list. I even got my hubby hooked on this place. Alecia (sp?) gives the most amazing massages!

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures since our usual place was booked for the entire day. The technicians were really sweet and pleasant and we enjoyed talking with them during our services.
Here are the reasons why I’m giving this place a less than positive rating:
Both my boyfriend and I experienced some intense burning during our pedicures — I think is was the callus remover the spa uses and the lack of rinsing their hands off after applying it to calluses. I walked away with some visible blisters from the burns on top of my foot. I’ve gotten pedicures for years and have never experienced this.
The tools they were using seemed to just be lying around… There was a lot of, «where is this/​that?» «Can I borrow your tool really quick?»
Price. You are paying a premium price for a sub par service. I think my boyfriend said we paid $ 76 for the both of us…
If you are looking for a place to get a pedicure, go to LV Nails. CC (which is near to Ritual) is pretty good too.
Now to find some burn ointment for my foot…

Okay these Girls here are more than a 5 Star, I cannot express how nice, genuine, and overall courteous these girls are here, My mother and I came in on Thursday for my moms Birthday to get a massage, pedi and facials done, And I have never actually done a Spa day if you may, So I was new to this, The girls at the front were so sweet and so helpful ! i LOVE THE FACT THAT WE DIDN’T FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY ANYTHING OR ADD SERVICES ! They gave us an option to but did not Like other places Push it to get you to buy it. !!! Will be coming back!!!

As someone else I see has said… If the purpose of offering groupons is to build business, why would the groupon clients get the least talented stylist. SUPER STUPID! My guy left town so I have been looking for a new stylist. What a mistake to try a new salon using a groupon. Wont be back to ritual salon! Good job Ritual! You lost a client instead of gaining one.

Best spa hands down. I brought my husband here as an early valentines present and it was 80 min massage and it was excellent. Both the massage therapists were wonderful, the place had a lock and key for my things, shower, great amenities. I added on facial and deep tissue, I love every minute. I never knew this place had a spa but I’m glad I know now.

Disappointed by this salon. I just experienced a very bad blow dry by a different stylist than I usually go to. It was a recommendation from the receptionist. They knew I was unhappy, yet they didn’t fix the situation and they had me pay for my service. I have been a regular customer here only because of Andrea who is beyond amazing. Unfortunately, until Andrea moves on from this salon, I will no longer be able to see her as I will not be returning. I have had other instances here that have been poor and honestly it comes down to poor customer service and poor management.

I purchased a Groupon for my wife to try the salon before becoming a customer, not happy with the results. They used unexperienced people for the Groupon customers while my wife was there she met another customer from Groupon and she also was very unhappy.
I believe if you don’t want to treat your customers with respect and professionalism why sell Groupon certificates.
Groupon is a wonderful Ideas for shop owner to bring customers into their shops but when is used the wrong way they are losing a customer for life and thanks for website like this one we can prevent others from become victims.
My wife had to go to another Hair Salon to get her hair fix, she was so horrified at this location that she will never return.
They may have good hair dresser but my wife didn’t get one and I’m so sorry because I was trying to do a nice thing by purchasing the certificate.
On our way out we over hear another customer complaining about her mini-​Pedi.
My wife had a horrible experience at this location so good luck if you are thinking about using a Groupon certificate at this place.

I loved Michelle. Had my hair cut by her and she did a fantastic job. (and I’m very picky about my hair) Plus she was just great to interact with, very friendly and made me comfortable talking to her while she was cutting my hair. (I’m very shy) I Would definitely refer friends and family to her.

Wonderful service! I passed by Ritual 3 days ago and went in to get some pricing. The receptionist was so pleasant! Very kind, courteous, and great smile — she didn’t try to sell me on any services, which is always nice. She let me come back later that day to try a blowout with Pamela, and it was the best blow out I’ve ever had! I was sad to have to wash my hair today it was that great. My hair is long, thick, and very wavy; but Pamela got through without a sweat. We were talking and laughing, and it was such a great experience! I will definitely be going back! After the blow out, I talked with receptionist some more about skin concerns. She recommended Dametria for a facial, and I can’t wait to book it! Kind staff, warm environment, clean facility. Thank you ladies for helping me!

First of all, I wanted to say I have been there twice and both times have been very happy with my haircuts. Both of the women that worked with me were professional, talented, and had great personalities.
I am knocking them down for hypocrisy. I showed up to my 9:00 appointment and was told at 9:15 that my appointment has to be moved and I was given the options of moving it to either 9:45 or 10:00. This was upsetting to me because at what point did this hair dresser realize she wasn’t going to make it? 9:00 came and went — if you hadn’t left your house, shouldn’t you have realized you weren’t going to make it and have made an effort to call me so I didn’t show up? What made it even worse was how matter-​of-​factly the receptionist delivered this information. There was no apology or offer to compensate me for for my time. Just a vacant stare; she was very rude. Did it not occur to her that some people don’t have that kind of flexibility in their schedules and had to work hard to arrange a morning haircut in the first place? I left completely frustrated at the hour I had wasted.
When I called to reschedule my appointment, the receptionist I spoke to asked for my credit card number because they have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Uuuummmm. What? That seemed hypocritical — I was informed 15 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled that it needed to be canceled but the saloon wants 24-​hour notice. After I complained to this receptionist about my previous experience she apologized but proceeded to take my CC info (I guess the irony was lost on her) and did not offer to compensate me for my time either.

I have lived in Las Vegas for 11 years and finally, finally found my hair person. She knows color. She knows cuts. She’s an alchemist! :). She 100% listens to what you desire, and manages to make it even better. Somehow, even after cutting my hair she made it look… longer? Took this chlorinated head of straw and made it silky. I’m totally feeling like a hair model, even in flip flops and a t-​shirt. THAT is what good hair people do. To top it off, She is so personable, so genuine, leaving the salon, you feel like you just had an amazing lunch with an even more amazing, cherished friend. That extra glow is the cherry on top. :)

Amazing!!! Demetria waxed my eyebrows and they look fantastic. She is hilarious and we were trying to stay quiet since the back rooms are quiet areas. Quite the personality!
I was given to Andrea. We began talking about my hair that’s in constant beast mode and we started speaking about me going lighter. I trust her on how to do it. I mean COME ON! Have you seen her perfect platinum hair?!?
She listened when I told her that I was really concerned because I cut my hair all to one later because every time I got layers it made my hair so very thin. But with having one length it had no movement.
She have me the best cut! I got to keep my length and got some kick ass layers and my hair still looks thick.
I will definitely be going back to ONLY her!!!

THIS SPA DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS.
I agree with the bad reviews on here. Vegas is all about hospitality and it really bothered me that the receptionists were not pleasant several times that I called to book an appointment for a Groupon massage I bought. Anyone can own a salon and spa in Las Vegas but its how you separate yourself by great SERVICE that makes people want to come try your spa for the first time and come back several times. Don’t promote your business on Groupon if you’re going to treat people poorly. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times due to an unsure schedule but really wanting to come in anyway. Instead of being kind and flexible, the receptionists were harsh and rude. The spa forces you to hold your appointment by a CC even if you bought a Groupon, THIS WAY THEY CAN TAKE YOUR GROUPON AMOUNT (which they claim they make no money on and will tell you that!) AND CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERVICE if you don’t come in. Ridiculous. Unfortunately, an emergency took place the day of my massage and I tried calling 3 times (in the morning and afternoon) to reschedule as a courtesy. That is not called a «no show.» Instead of just taking the Groupon amount I pre-​paid for, they charged my CC as well. Double-​charging your clients is NOT OKAY. Furthermore, it isn’t ok to tell your guests over the phone that you don’t see the dollar amount the client pays for on GROUPON which entails that the spa needs to make money on you somehow. All the client knows is that they paid for a massage and were hoping for a good service. If the client doesn’t come in for the appointment, take the Groupon alone and say it is no longer valid but don’t charge the client’s CC as well so you can make some money. Very disappointing! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO RITUAL SPA IN SUMMERLIN OR HENDERSON AND I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO TRY THIS VENUE. I would however encourage the spa to take their business off of Groupon.
PS. I’m in the media industry. Bad call.

I purchased a groupon for a brazilian blowout/​keratin treatment for the Ritual Salon and Spa at the eastern location. I am SO EXTREMELY HAPPY with my appointment with CORAL! She was the nicest, most patient, and pleasant stylist I have ever had. Coral really listened to what I wanted as well as gave me a layout of how long the appointment was going to last, what to expect, provided hair care tips and answered any and all questions I had regarding my 1st blowout. The results were fantastic! My hair is silky soft, shiny, and most importantly… healthy! I will be rebooking any and all following appointments with her in the future!

My friend got me a spa package for my birthday including massage, facial and linen wrap. There were two guests checking out when I arrived (on time), so I waited. Although technically I got there before the 2nd one came out.
The receptionist was very friendly and I didn’t mind waiting. However, when I went back with the massage therapist she informed me that since I was late, they would have to cut the massage short. I explained that I was on time. I think she may have cut off ten or so minutes but it wasn’t really noticeable.
Massage was very good. Great pressure.
Facial was also great. She applied a masque that was a little tingly but not over bearing.
In between the treatments there is a little waiting area and she brought me a ginger tea.
My only complaint would be that I’d like a little more time in between treatments to enjoy the tea.

Kelly the head stylist is great but sadly she wasn’t there to help.
I decided to buy a Groupon, MISTAKE. Why would they sell them if they are just going to treat the people like absolute crap?
I go in to get my roots bleached and ask the stylist BEFORE to check my scalp to make sure it is healthy enough to bleach. She insists it is (the bleach is very damaging so sometimes I have to wait a little longer between visits for it to heal) and starts bleaching. I know the usual tingle but I started experiencing a chemical burn on my skull. My hair is not all the way bleached and comes out an exotic color of orange. I am charged an extra $ 25 for toner, which she put on even though my scalp was BLISTERING, it put me in tears.
She tells me that I can come back at another time to get toned. So now I have yellow hair. This all could have been prevented had she been honest with me, I would have come back in a few weeks. Instead I was lied to. What a waste of $$!
I called and complained to the manager, who said I could come in and get a scalp treatment for free and still the free tone.
Work came up the day of my scalp treatment, I called to change the day and they said I only had 7 days from date of dye to do it so tough luck.
Think that someone who just BURNED MY SCALP would be a little more sorry. Whoever did my hair needs to be fired and have her license taken away. She is a danger at this point;
