At my recommendation my sister flew in from Maryland to have eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty. She recovered quickly and was delighted with the results. She is diabetic, there were no complications. She now has those gorgeous «bedroom» eyes again. All thanks go to Dr Troell and of course the excellent staff

I was not going to divulge every medical service that I had done with Dr. Troell but after seeing a negative review, I changed my mind.
I had a different experience with Dr. Troell… In my book he is a «magic man!» I told him exactly what I wanted and he listened to my needs. He also is very good at giving positive reinforcement to his patients. Yes, it comes with the territory but I found him genuine. He is extremely personable.
When it came to picking out a chin implant, I had no idea what I was looking for and I left it up to him to decide. I am very happy with my new look and it only helped with my Rhinoplasty. It makes it look smaller. The pain was minimal and I stopped taking pain meds for one day with Rhinoplasty and then just Tylenol for about a week, if that… Keep in mind, everyone’s body heals differently.
As for my breast augmentation, I really didn’t need it! I was a C32 but I was thinking of preventative maintenance! I’m 43! Hell, they weren’t even drooping! I figure, do it now why I have a good FICO! Lol joke. I wanted fuller and a couple of sizes up! I was already wearing VS bras two cup sizes up! I liked the way it looked but I wanted the real McCoy so to speak and I didn’t want to continue buying push-​ups. I went with a more natural look (moderate plus) because I did not want high profile.
When I went under for the surgery I was practically asleep (no meds at that point just meditating). I completely trust him and his expertise.
I feel like I am turning into the late Joan Rivers lol but there is one thing she did say during her stand up, «Take care of yourselves!»
Dr. Troell’s office is there for you every step of the way. Rose (his assistant/​aesthetician) will call to make sure how you are doing and if you have any questions. They are extremely thorough and pay attention to detail.
I am truly happy with my results. Dr. Troell just accentuates ones true beauty!

What can I say?! My sister and I both had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Troell (1 day apart) and I cannot emphasize what a horrible job he did! This was supposed to be plastic surgery to enhance the shape of our nose. Not only he did not do that, but our final outcome is worst than before the surgery! The very first time that he performed surgery on us, it was simply a horrible job, but then after a year or so, he agreed to perform another one, free of charge, to correct it!!! This time, it turned out to be a nightmare! My nose is all scar tissues, the tip has fallen, and it’s enormous, and my sisters is completely crooked! If I had an option to give him no stars, believe me I would! Please reconsider going to him! The pictures he shows you of what you are going to look like is nothing even half close to the outcome! After the surgery! I wish I could turn back time and undo everything! Please let our horrible experience be a little heads up for you!
