I’m sitting here on Christmas Eve waiting on an emergency root canal. Dr. Morales is not only the ONLY endo to see me today but he’s so backed up because he’s helping so many people today when no one else will. He was completely honest and said he’s about 90 min behind so I could leave and get some food and come back at 530pm On Christmas Eve, he is staying, his assistants are staying, the office is staying. And no one seems pissed off about it. (They might be, but would let it show). Talk about feeling like a VIP! I’m so grateful for this staff. I’m sure they would rather be somewhere else but they are all here for me, with smiles. Best present ever!

Dr Landon & Dr. Moxley was so kind & compassionate, I am so grateful for them! I went there with the notion that I had a lot of work that needed to be done… I am completely scared of the dentist but these two doctors (guardian angels) put me at ease. I will definitely come back!

I visited Rocksprings Dental yesterday afternoon! It was wonderful. I am easily frightened about having to visit any medical professional, but Dr. Toop made me feel comfortable and at ease! I unfortunately have to have my wisdom teeth removed, but after talking to everyone in the office, I think I will be okay! Haha.
They also offer plans for discounts, financing, etc. There are employees there who can help explain these offers and programs to you.

In June of 2015, I went in to Rock Springs Dental with severe pain in one of my molars (very last one in the back). Under the advice of the dentist she suggested I get an onlay. Having no knowledge of dentistry I accepted her advice that I have the procedure done for a price of 518.00. I thought it was kind of high but accepted because of severe pain, I wanted to get it over with and was about to leave town on vacation. In the back of my mind, I thought it was high because I have Liberty dental insurance. They said that I would have to use that «tooth making» machine they have up front so that would be the cost and I agreed. After a week, the pain was still excruciating ! I went back and she said I would have to get a root canal (180) and a crown and that they would do it for free, which at the time I thought was a good deal… Moving forward in time I went to my annual benefits health fair at work Oct 23 and talked to my dental insurance representative. They told me under my plan that a crown is 40 dollars TOTAL. I immediately called Rock Springs dental and they told me that at that at the time of my initial exam the onlay was my only option. Had I known I could have got the crown for 40 bucks I would have just done that but I didn’t know. I trusted that they had my interest in mind but I was wrong. I also researched onlays and learned that a lot of the time they eventually turn into a crown as a more permanent fix. In addition, this is a tooth in the very back… so I really didn’t care too much about cosmetics. I feel that I paid way too much and that this office misled me into paying more than I should have. I should have got the crown from the get go and bypassed the onlay. They offered nothing to me except a weak apology. To be fair I am to blame as well because I should have read my insurance plan and shouldn’t have trusted them so much. Last but not least, I received a statement from my insurance company in September/​2015 for some procedure from a guy named Brian Freeman (the claim was denied by them) I questioned them about it and the manager informed me that guy hasn’t worked there for years. When I asked why are they billing in his name they said it must be a clerical error??? To their credit, I will say the quality of work is excellent, but their billing practices I am not so sure…

They are all amazing! I ve been really scared for yrs to go to the dentist but Once I got there everybody made me feel so comfortable. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and the surgery was not what I expected. I didn’t feel anything and the doctor was talking to me the whole time asking me if I was doing ok if I felt any pain. All I can say is that my next visit I will be going in like a pro. In not scared anymore thank you to all of the staff and doctors in the office. Thank you

I felt pushed very pushed when I went in there and very uncomfortable. I went in there for a basic $ 49 check up and cleaning and I was a new patient and next thing you know they tell me that I need to get a deep cleaning and laser treatments and quoted me over $ 3,000 which also included getting my fillings done; My insurance was not excepted there. The reason why I went there is because I am getting Invisalign and before I get fit for it I have to get my feelings and cleaning done. But as I figured out, they are typical car salesman and tried to sell me on Invisalign as well which was over $ 1000 then my orthodontist quoted me. I am paying $ 4,400 for Invisalign at my orthodontist and Rock Springs Dental Group said they’ll do it for only $ 5,400 which is an outrageous price. And then when I told them I cannot afford the $ 3000 for everything they wanted me to sign up for a credit card and kept lowering the price every time I said I couldn’t afford it; I ended up walking out. Once I went to a real and honest dentist I did need the deep cleaning but they only quoted me $ 440 and said that I didn’t need any laser treatments and I only needed the deep cleaning to prevent any gum disease. But Rocksprings Dental acted like if I didn’t get everything done right away that I was going to go toothless and die. PLEASE do not go here!

This office blew me away with exceptional customer service! I had been going to the same denisit for 20 plus years, had a tooth emergency and was reffered to this office. They took care of all my issues and then some and I am going back. They took care of replacing a broke crown that day while providing amazing answsers and walking through the whole process with me. An office that cares, takes the time and is affordable I would reccomend Rock Springs to everyone.

I HATE going to the dentist, but this office made the experience the best I have ever had.
The staff is personable yet professional and they all made me feel at ease.
Dr Toop explains what needs to be done and has a very light touch.
I LOVED the Hygienist, Ms.Kaur. Very capable, a light touch, and a great sense of humor. She explained everything as she was going along, and she was very good with the needle.
I ended up needing a crown and some other work, which was all done in ONE VISIT ! They even stayed over to make sure I went home with my new crown.
They worked out a very doable payment plan for me, since our insurance only covered part of the cost.
I think my husband and I were very lucky to find this practice and I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental work.

I have always disliked going to the dentist because of how rough they always have been with me and never seem to fully explain to me what is going on but yesterday for the first time ever i had a good visit to a dentist office! I am no good with names but the young man that took my xrays and stuff was awesome he made me feel real comfortable he held great conversation with me very friendly staff all the way around for me i look forward to my up coming appointments. The female dentist that helped me was very kind, explainded every thing very well, and was extremely gentle.

I had been having wisdom tooth pain and so made an appt here. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got there at 1:15 because I am punctual. I was not seen until 2:05 and there was a customer prior to me who had also waited nearly 45 minutes. The initial doctor I saw, Dr. Langdon I believe was very nice and answered all of my questions. Everything was fine while I took my x rays as well. However once they came back, I was told in addition to the wisdom tooth extraction, I should get a deep cleaning due to possible perio disease. I didn’t think much of it since I know that the cleaning is covered 100% by my insurance and my extraction 90% by my insurance so met with the person at the front desk to go over my financial arrangement. I was shown a bill on a screen that I had agreed to for my procedures and was under the impression that both the cleaning and extractions were covered in that single bill amount. I looked over it and initialed what I thought was a single bill covering both procedures.
My deep cleaning started and it was fine, but then due to me bleeding too much the RDH kept taking breaks. She said they would be 10 minutes or 15, but I was left alone at least 20 minutes by myself multiple times, while I could taste my own blood. At one point I asked the dental assistant for more napkins so I could bite down on it to get rid of the blood taste and he gave me a suction tool to use and said I could just use it as I wished. I went to the bathroom during one of the «breaks» since I was left alone so long and I had blood on my face. I would hope that whoever was cleaning my teeth would at least clean that off of me. At the end of it all, which took from appt time 1:30, to the end of me paying, I left at 5:30pm…4 hours later.
Upon getting the bill I was stunned. I was charged nearly double for my cleaning I had just gotten done and my upcoming wisdom tooth extraction. I truly feel the bill portion was not made transparent enough and was rushed. If I could do it all over again I would have bypassed the entire deep cleaning portion of my appointment because I do feel my teeth were not in that bad condition at all enough to justify what was recommended to me. In addition, the RDH kept trying to push a sonicare toothbrush on me.
I really felt uncared for with poor customer service and disappointed by the end of the entire appointment, especially about the lack of transparency in the billing. I feel I was robbed of nearly $ 400 additional than I had initially thought I would pay. I’m indifferent about my upcoming wisdom tooth extraction procedure and may even backout because I’m unsure if I can trust them. I guess we will see how that goes.

I cancelled my wisdom tooth extraction procedure. I don’t trust them.
I also feel I should be refunded the amount of the service I paid since I do not feel the addition treatments (laser and antibacterial irrigation) were clearly communicated to me AT ALL by the dentist. In addition, when we went over the financial agreement, none of that was clearly pointed out and thus I didn’t realize that was something I could do without. IM EXTREMELY UPSET.

Just spoke with Dr. Toop who is the owner of the facility. She was so understanding and accommodating of my situation that I felt the need to up my review because I really felt she made up for the disappointment I felt earlier. I will be getting my wisdom teeth extracted from them now for no cost. Thank you Dr. Toop! I really appreciate her hearing me out and making me feel cared for.

Since Dr. Toop took over it went downhill. She supposedly gave me my perio maintenance one day and it took 15 minutes — when it usually takes over an hour. The staff is all nice, but the Dr. is a joke. Luckily, I found my hygienist and now see her at her new practice to make sure my cleanings are done correctly. It’s sad cause I went to this office for years prior to my issues. I’ve heard several other patients have had problems recently too. Stay away!

GREAT experience! I called the office that morning to get seen about pain on the left side of my mouth. They were able to get me in for an emergency exam that evening (they are open until 7 which is great if you work days). Turns out that I needed a root canal, and to have an old crown replaced. Dr. Toop was extremely helpful and concerned about the fact that I was in pain, and she stayed after hours to give me my root canal that night. i was also able to get both crowns that evening, since they make them in the office.
I normally have problems with the anesthetics but this time I was numb within 15 minutes. Dr. Toop worked quickly and I didn’t experience any pain throughout the procedure.
I think that the cost was very reasonable when compared to other local dentists. I do not have insurance so I signed up for their care plan. 100 a year covers all cleanings and x-​rays and gets you a substantial discount on treatments. I was also able to sign up with a care credit line through their office that is interest free for 18 months, and was able to set up payment plans for the remainder of the balance. The office administrator was very up front with my costs, and she explained clearly what I was paying for.
Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I had an excellent experience. The hygienist/​dental assistant was great, very friendly and made sure to check that I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort several times throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, and I will be a regular patient in the future.

I have a huge phobia of the dentist and starting with Lois at the front desk I was treated so well and made to feel so comfortable here. They got me to laugh and relax enough to get a much needed root canal. Dr. Toop is so caring and did such a fantastic job making me comfortable and doing an excellent job on my tooth. The entire staff is outstanding Lois and Lisa in the front, Ottie, Paris, Eddie and Brandon all went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant as possible.

I got a call from the office manager a few days after I posted my review to discuss my experience. I never called back but went in the following week and saw my regular dentist. Several staff members and Dr. Toop asked me about what happened and apologized for my experience. Dr. Toop also fixed my tooth for free.
I really appreciated their concern for me and quality of customer service to correct the matter. I wasn’t upset that the other dentist chipped my tooth because accidents happen. I was upset by how the receptionist acted when I called to tell her. The other dentist (I don’t know his name) was actually very nice and knowledgeable.

Had high expectations going in for a root canal. It took extremely long time and over 6 hours of procedure alone. Also, their customer service is outrageously unreasonable. Overall, would not recommend this location unless you have low expectations.

I never thought I would love going to the dentist. But this office helped me see dentists and staff in a new light. A filling had fallen out and this office was the closest to my work. They were able to see me that same day. And even though I had to now get a crown the laughs I had with the Dr and his Asst, made it worth the pain. The Dr was kind and gentle, once the Novocain kicked in, I felt absolutely nothing. I have never in my years of seeing DDS experience that.
Go see Dr. Kevin Tan and his Asst. Alex you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve have many many bad experiences at the dentist. In my past 30 yrs I can’t say I have had a nice appointment. Today I finally can.
I walked in and was very honest of my nervousness, and my previous poor experiences with my family dentist in Canada. After seeing my nerves Krista was quick to try to put me at ease. After filling out my paper work, Krista again tried to calm me by explaining how simple and soft Dr Toop would be. I smiled, and went along with her, «believing» all would be ok.
Dr Toop came in to view my X-​rays, put me again at ease– and explained my dental results. Krista as well joined Dr Toop, and both we extremely empathetic, and compassionate with my results.
After offer many different options to correct my issues, and helping me save money, I am quick to book my follow up appointment to have a couple cavities fixed.
All in all I can say, in my 30 yrs of visiting the dentist this way by far my best experience,. I would highly recommend Rocksprings Dental.
I won’t lie, I’m not excited about going back to any dentist, but now I’m not as nervous.

I was having issues with my wisdom teeth and my mom urged me to see Dr. Toop. Let me tell you this, I wasn’t disappointed! Dr. Toop made it feel so unbelievably comfortable when she was looking through my records. I wasn’t scared at all, she was so down to earth and answered all of my weird questions. Don’t forget to look for Paris when you’re there. She is the awesomest person you’ll ever meet, no exaggeration at all. She calmed me down when I was nervous, and talked me through my X-​ray. I love this place.

Not very happy with the service as much as my family and myself spent I felt we could have got better service. There’s always have a reason why they can not do something very unhappy. They also hurt my 8 year old daughter. They are very high priced and the only thing they think about is money. My wife was in pain for almost 3 Weeks and didn’t want to help make her comfortable. I will never recommend this dentist.

I love this place, everyone here is so nice and professional! Their service is very good and they have extended hours on wednesdays. So if you work 8 – 5 you still have time to schedule an appointment without having to take a day off. Their office uses a lot of technology which is helpful for individuals that hate to receive and make calls. You can schedule appointments online, get reminders and confirm appointments thru your email. They are also paperless which makes it so nice when you come back to your check up
