Terrible customer service. Was looking into Kheils products and the lady in charge of the counter was sitting down on the computer, talking with another associate, while I browsed. After intently looking, she finally made an effort to get up after I accidentally knocked a box over. She didn’t greet me while I was looking and went back to her coworker after I put the box back. Needless to say they need to work on customer service. You’d probably boost your sales and get some good reviews if you did. I will be going to the actual kheils store, hoping for some better assistance and actual customer service.

Terrible customer service. Especially in the shoe department… Sales associates do very little and want a sale … This is why I buy everything online.

I always forget how much more classy Sak’ is compared to the other department stores that are in most malls until I step inside a Saks. We don’t have a Saks in Utah, so it’s always a treat when I go out of town and can browse and shop inside one. Any designer you are looking for, they have a good selection for you to choose from. I was looking at evening gowns for a very high-​end gala I’ll be attending next month, and the woman who was working in the evening gown section on Saturday morning was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I explained that I needed something very modest because most attendees would be Muslim at the event and I didn’t want to offend anyone, as I would already not be wearing a hijab. She showed me all the very flashy dresses that were floor-​length and showed me some lovely shrugs that I could pair with them to look stylish and still be modest enough for the crowd I will be around. She chatted with me the phone at her desk rang and we had a lovely time chatting. Great store. Great staff. Great selection.

i love this store. they have great customer service and never pressure you into buying anything that you are not totally 100% about. i shop here every month and love everything they offer. i just wish it were as big as the one in nyc.

This store is so amazing. Truly friendly people with great customer service. I am an employee at another location but they have no idea that I work for the company. They still greeted me and assisted me without a clue. Kudos to friendliness and great customer service. I just love Saks.

Didn’t come in here to buy anything but I like coming into places such as Lane Crawford and Saks just to window shop and check out all of the fascinating designs some of the designers have come up with. This place is an art gallery for me and not once were the store associates unfriendly or snobby. Very clean store and lots to see!

Bad customer service at the shoe department. I was greeted with:“What do you need?”. Never on my experience I have ever heard someone greet me like I bother them with my presence. Not: «how may I help you?», not «How are you doing?» So I left and bought my shoes elsewhere.

Extremely unhappy with my sales associate Judy Gerber, I was looking for a pair of Louboutins for a event that was coming up, unfortunately the style in my size was sold out everywhere in the country but s friend of mine told me they had called Vegas store and Judy Gerber had them on hold for me. I was very happy and ordered right away, I got confirmation for the order and blah blah 7 days later I got another email saying somehow it wasn’t showing up in inventory… ummm wtf? You had one job and couldn’t even do it right.

I have been a loyal customer of this great business for a very long time and have yet to be disappointed by their level of customer service. I especially go there to pick up a tailor made suit from their exclusive brands. They also tailor it to your needs within a time frame that is acceptable with most of the cities busy schedules.
I went there recently and had a wonderful experience with a true professional named Sergio who is a representative that works in the Kilian brand department. Sergio took a tremendous amount of his time to break down the lines history from A to Z and literally knew the information as if he was related to Kilian himself. I must say I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. These fragrances are pricey and typically range from $ 350-​$ 400 for a 1.7 ounce bottle. I am fortunate enough to own four bottles of this line and after speaking and learning more from Sergio I intend to purchase two more bottles of some scents I was not aware of.
Thanks to him I am excited to use my samples that were mailed to me. He wanted me to be confident that the new scents will blend in with my skin oils for a few days to my satisfaction before I splurged on another full bottle for the new scents. That is how customer service should be and I hope Saks makes sure he is promoted soon so he can train and teach new reps on how to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thank you my friend.

WORST customer service experience EVER ! Rude and uptight sales people. I refuse to even go in there.

Love Saks in OC great buyers! With personal shoppers & champagion or water while you shop thats the only way to go!

If I can choose I would not even give 1 star to this store. The women shoes service is horrible.

I would have given no stars if I could. I had the worst experience I have ever had in any department store. I have never in my life been treated so terrible by any «manager.» The way that they handled this situation I’m about to tell, is just unbelievable. It actually happened a few years ago, but one of my clients worked there and I did not want to bring him into it, so I kept quiet. Well, Richard no longer works here… and now I’m telling my story.
I came in and it was in August, around my birthday. I spent a significant amount of money in the clothing department and made my way to the fragrance department. I found one I liked by Bond. It was a splurge… it was $ 250. They ring it up, put it in a bag and I go home. The next morning I’m getting ready for work and I take the bottle out of the box and spray it… and nothing comes out. Mind you it’s a painted artsy bottle, that is not see through. They actually showed me the bottle before I purchased it, and I was like «how pretty.» Well, nothing came out of the bottle and I sprayed and sprayed… it didn’t even smell like perfume so I assume they must have given me a display bottle.
I thought no big deal. After work I will take it back with the receipt and get my bottle I paid for. Simple mistake, right? Well, that is SO NOT what happened. It was about 7pm the very next day. I walked up told a lady at the fragrance counter, who was not the guy who helped me the day before the situation. She actually acted like I somehow siphoned the perfume out of the bottle. She didn’t come out and say that but that’s how she was acting. The top of the bottle is permanently attached, unless I took a torch to it there is no way that would be possible. So, at this point I’m in tears. She refuses to do anything and is treating me like a criminal. I ask to speak to a manager and he’s not in. So I speak to him (dark hair curly) the next day and he says the best he can do is give me a TESTER of another perfume because the one I wanted they didn’t have. Are you kidding me? I spoke to another manager, wrote an email, and my client Richard even spoke to his superiors… and they did NOTHING. I wanted to go to channel 13 investigates. I mean, were the sales people purposely giving out display bottles and selling the real ones on the side??? It just seemed so shady, and absurd!!!
Anyway, I’m not rich. I’m a hairdresser that saves my money and I will splurge every so often around my birthday. I tell all of my guests about this story and have been for the last few years. I still can’t believe it. $ 250 gone. I clearly would never return to this Saks, ever again.

Sales team being kinda snooty. Now the red bottoms are on sale and your not going to be welcoming or helpful?

i came here to smell the tom ford collection of scents for men. they do have a lot of unisex scents. i smelled all the ones that are display and the sales women was very patient with me and described each one to me with what is in it. also while i am thinking they offer me free champagne and i had 2 glasses so why not. i was sold on one of the newest scent called mandarino which as a sweet mandarin scent to it with a splash of wood in it to kick up the masculinity in it. overall pretty good service and fancy and classy.

Always an upscale experience but in Las Vegas far more laid back than the locations in New York, Los Angeles, or Dallas I’ve never once been disappointed with Saks Fifth Avenue at Fashion Show. Obviously catering to a mixed crowd and unable to differentiate between high rollers on vacation or average Joe’s like you and I perhaps the most impressive aspect of this location is the nearly ubiquitous presence of sales, nearly every item even ~1−2 months «off season» frequently offered at 30−50% off. Obviously not an everyday splurge but a great place to browse for deals suffice it to say that compared to other high-​end luxury stores both here in Las Vegas and elsewhere in America this is as close as one will often come to a good deal on top designers, particularly compared to Neiman Marcus just down the hall or Barney’s in the Palazzo.

I love Saks. I don’t buy that much there simply because of the prices but if you are looking for an evening gown and great service this is the spot! In fact… I think the only thing I’ve bought as Saks is gowns… and I wore mine a year before Jennifer Hudson hit the red carpet in the exact same dress (so snap!)
Still, you can always expect the best of the best in service and they will pretty much bend over backwards to make you happy.

The Black Friday Specials were non-​existent. Nada, nunca, cero. But a nice selection of premium jeans if you want to pay full price when everyone else’s are marked down. Just sayin’

Quality high end clothing with prices to match. If you’re looking for upscale shopping I would recommend Saks.
