Segway Las Vegas offers fun-​filled tours at Downtown Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon and Historic Boulder City tours, which are geared to making memories that will last a lifetime. We pride ourselves on offering one of the most unique tour experiences here in Las Vegas, that always leave our customers happy that they decided to explore Las Vegas on Segways with one of our entertaining tour guides. In addition to tours, we also offer Segway rentals and servicing of Segway units. We are also an official Segway dealer, authorized to sell and lease Segways as well as Segway parts and accessories.

History

Established in 2014.

Segway Las Vegas came under new ownership in February 2014 when the current owner, Richard came to visit some friends in Las Vegas. He was simply blown away by a Segway tour with Bob, who had been operating in Vegas for eight years. Bob informed Richard that he was retiring, so he made a deal with Segway Corporate and as a result, we are now the Authorized Nevada Segway Dealer and Experience Center.

Segway Guides and Driver S.

Manager

Segway Steve has been with Segway Las Vegas since April 2014. He is our most commonly requested tour ‘glider’ and has a voice for radio (and a face for it too, JK). Segway Steve loves showing people our Historic Boulder City tour, looking for big horn sheep and cruising around our lovely downtown.

Segway Chuck loves guiding our gliders through Red Rock canyon scenic trail, taking our guests out to Boulder City, and is the guide on our newest tour ‘the BEST DAM tour’.

Segway Scott is our Fremont Street North tour guide, let him show you some of the arts and culture of our downtown area including museums, and thLife Is Beautiful art work of East Fremont.

Segway Sean is our driver. He will take you out to these far off places (max 40 minute drive) and show you how to be a pro on a segway in no time, leaving you in the trust hands of our 5* guides.

Segway Rickie, and Segway Herb are our newest recruits and would love to show you the town! They specialize in our one hour downtown tours

Here’s the deal — Segways are awesome dipped in awesome and rolled in awesome sprinkles. Before I ever tried one, I thought they were for geeks and Mall cops. No more! Segway Las Vegas gave us 2 hours of Segway mania peppered with fun and interesting stops and Vegas tidbits. The dulcet tones of Segway Steve washed over us with warm effervescence.
I feel you’ll get more out of the experience if you think of it as a Segway adventure first — and «tour» second. Don’t worry about balance, falling or a runaway Segway — you’ll be a pro in minutes. 12 mph never felt so fast! Rolling thunder, Baby!

Segway Steve picked us up at our hotel and drove us to our tour. We had a great time seeing the sights and hearing about some of the history and lore of Las Vegas. I doubt we’d have seen Freemont St. on our own but I’m glad we had the opportunity to experience it. We really enjoyed this tour. Thanks Steve! Had a great first time experience riding a Segway with my wife for our 20th anniversary! Scott and herb were our guides for the early morning tour’s those guys did great for us! My wife was a lot more tentative than I was… But the combination of the two guides was just right for the two of us! What a great way to learn a little history about old town and try out some modern technology. Really enjoyed this! Will be bringing the family back to experience the canyon. Highly recommended.

I had a lot of fun riding the Segway through Fremont and downtown Las Vegas! This may not have been the most exciting tour but the people-​watching and the cruising was really nice. Chuck was also very nice as my guide. I’m definitely gonna try some of the other tours.

My family of four took the city lights tour. We met Segway Steve at the parking lot across from the Pawn Stars shop. Steve was an absolutely perfect tour guide. He first started by giving us lessons on the Segway which none of us had ever rode. In no time flat he had us riding like the pros. We then toured the downtown/​Freemont st. areas. He is very knowledge on the city and I would definitely book another tour with this company. Thank you Segway Steve. «Go Paul Blart»

Was fun but not spectacular. Riding the Segway was great but the informational aspect of the tour was lacking. DRE was our guide and was a nice guy however the tour was about 10% informational and 90% fluff. I am not sure if that was how all the tours are or just ours. There were multiple people in our group and all of us felt the same way. Wish I could have rated it higher.

A friend and I did one of the 2 hour Freemont St tours, it was so much fun! We are a couple of funny ladies and Segway Steve was able to play along with us, make sure we were safe and educated about the machinery we were using as well as fun historical information and trivia questions all throughout the tour! And he brought a water spritzer for all of us to use to stay cool. Genius! We had an amazing time, would definitely recommend to everyone and we would definitely do it again! I don’t know about the other tour guides– I’m sure they’re all great, but Steve was awesome and would suggest him as your guide specifically!

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful tour of Red Rock Canyon with Adrian as our guide and Chuck as our driver. Adrian and Chuck made the tour so enjoyable, I think I would have had fun even without the Segways. The Segways were the icing on the cake! Adrian put it best, «You just can’t be in a bad mood when you’re on a Segway.» It was great being out there in nature, with the breeze in my hair, and the sights and smells all around me. It was a great compromise between driving the Red Rock loop (boring) and hiking (hot and tiring). Adrian proved quite knowledgeable about the natural history of the area, while Chuck told some great stories. I’m sending all my visiting friends and relatives on this tour.

Dre was GREAT! He was prompt in picking us up & showing us the ropes on the Segway. He was humorous and provided good insight into the history of Fremont Street and Las Vegas. Highly recommended tour, lots of fun and be sure to ask for Dre. GOOD TIMES!

This was a wonderful experience but a bit technical in that you had to navigate streets with moving traffic, curbs, dodge light poles and other obstacles. The group leader was amazing. We learned so much about the Freemont St. area. I would do this again. I am 70 years young and had no trouble keeping up with the «kids».
We had two hours of great info and lots of fun along the way. This is a must do for folks looking for something a little different.

This was my first time on a Segway and Steve the tour guide made it really easy to learn. With his instruction I picked it up in about three minutes. The vehicle was very stable and easy to operate. I have always snowboarded and skateboarded and other carving sports so it was natural for me to pick this up so quickly. I think anyone could pick up the basic operation of a Segway rather quickly.
After the brief orientation on how to safely operate we were free to test the Seway’s ability and limitation’s. What fun this was tearing up the parking lot on a Segway. Our tour group tooled around until all members of the group arrived. After that happened we hit the street’s of DTLV.
Segway Steve was informative with sharing the information about his city’s history, business, and sometimes unknown facts about Las Vegas. He made sure to stop at the drive thru wedding chapel and bail bonds places which are two of the top five businesses in Las Vegas. Ha!, a little info nugget from Segway Steve that he shared with us while on the tour. Other places we ventured to were the Arts District, Fremont Street Experience, City Hall and then back home by the Gold and Silver Pawn shop better known for the TV show «Pawn Stars».
The Tour with Steve took about an hour. Our group had so much fun seeing the sights in Las Vegas. It was such a different perspective than driving in the car and much better than walking around for hours. We covered several miles in just a moments time. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a little adventure while in Las Vegas. Oh yeah the weather was perfect for a Segway ride.

Great tour, Great guide. Da DR. Dre. Very good, informative and fun. If your thinking of doing it. DO it. Was a blast. My 2 sons said it was the best thing we did. And we went in a helicopter the rides on the Strat. and rented a SS. So, it’s fun.

Just got back home to Denmark from my Vegas trip. I usually never really leave the strip, but decided to do something new this time. So I took the freemont Street South tour, and that was one of the highlights of my trip. Got picked up at my hotel by the guide, think her name was Adrienne, or something like that. Sorry, if you’re reading this :) She was amazing, sweet, funny and really easygoing. I was the only one on the tour, so we took all the time and stops that we wanted. I had a blast, and I will definitely take another tour next time I’m in Vegas. Thank you for a great experience.

I have been to Las Vegas many times.
This time I decided to do something a bit different than just the strip.
I booked a tour for my wife and I.
We took the Fremont st tour. The tour included myself, my wife and 3 other people.
Our tour guide was Steve.
Even though we were a bit late — he quickly got us on the Segways.
I rode Segways before but it was my wife’s first time. Steve was very patient and made sure she felt comfortable getting used to it.
After a short driving test — we began the tour.
Steve was in one word — Amazing.
He is very knowledgable — and have a great sense of humor. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He gave us time in every stop with no pressure — and handled everything with a smile and a witty sense of humor.
In my opinion — a great tour guide is someone that makes your experience special — and Steve defiantly made it happen.

We were going to Las Vegas and decided to do something out of the ordinary — renew our wedding vows at a drive through wedding chapel. And what better way to make it different then to do it on a Segway. We contacted Segway of Las Vegas and they could not have been more helpful in setting up our special day. Our guide, Segway Steve was UNREAL!!! He met us early to make sure we had plenty of time. Training was a snap, he had us all up and rolling so fast. We all felt safe and comfortable with our rides. He got us to the church on time and then he waited patiently, (the photographer was late) and he even video taped the ceremony for us! As we got ready to leave the chapel we found he had tied cans to the back of our Segways and had rice for our friends to throw. We then went on to finish the rest of our tour. Steve was fun, informative and just a really nice guy. We all were smiling and laughing the whole time. We can’t wait to come back next year and do the Red Rock Tour! I seriously cannot tell you how much fun we ALL had. Our Special Day turned out so much better than either of us ever could have imagined.

This tour is a must, you get behind the scene information you wouldn’t normally get on a city tour. Ben, our tour guide, was great. He gave us instructions on how to operate the Segway and then we practiced awhile before taking off on the tour. We were given two bottles of water, one cold and one frozen for the trip. Ben made sure we were safe the entire time. We took short breaks while he explained certain places of interest and he gave us ample time to explore the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop and Rick’s Restorations shop… both were great. At the end of the tour Ben dropped us off at our hotel. You won’t be disappointed with this tour.

If you’re heading to Vegas you MUST go on a Segway tour!
There are a lot of other reviews here testifying to how fun it is to ride a Segway, how easy it is to learn how, and the great places you’ll discover. I myself took the downtown 2-​hour tour and it was worth every penny.
From beginning to end the staff of Segway Las Vegas was super helpful; but they went out of their way to accommodate a sudden change of plans on my part and fit me in for a special tour so I wouldn’t miss it. The day way gorgeous, there was no wind and I have a new list of things to do and sights to see next time I visit Las Vegas. Who knew there were so many things to see and do that are NOT part of the Strip?

A SEGWAY TOUR OF VEGAS!
Despite our crew of 10 Asian males looking completely nerdy riding the Segways around Las Vegas, it was really fun. Since we had a crew of 10, we got a discounted rate of $ 70, which is really affordable. The tour lasted nearly 3 hours as we went around The Strip.
I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a day activity in Vegas and those who always wanted to try out a Segway.
P. S. Make sure you stretch out before and after
