Over a year ago now(August, 2014 I believe), I signed up with Senske service after being referred by a coworker. The salesperson told me point blank that it would be for one year. I asked if it was auto-renewed and he said no. As the service went on over the year I received a call or email a few days prior so I would be home. As time went on I noticed the service got shorter and not as well done as it was initially, ants, crickets, etc were starting to show. I made the decision then that I could find another company after the year was up. After the year was complete, your company showed up, unannounced(hmmmm, trying to renew the contract by providing service?). Luckily, my gate was locked and no one was home to let them in. The following month they called and I said on the phone that your time was up and I was done with your service. Today(October 30), they call and leave a message that they will be here tomorrow for service… REALLY??? I called your customer service number, they then tell me a NEW twist to the story, that I need to mail a letter to your local Las Vegas office to cancel. In this computer age, where you email me and tell me when you are coming out, they stoop to force me to write a letter and have the post office deliver it to cancel?

Its Summer time in Vegas, and that means BUGS! We have’t worried about pest control for a few months now, don’t really need it much in the winter, but the other day, I saw a few roaches outside… no thank you! After talking to the roommates, I called around to a few places, and then called Senske, since we had such good service with them last year. Well. Crystal, the girl I spoke to on the phone about what we wanted, was absolutely amazing. Professional, fast, courteous, and very friendly. Our tech(I think Eric?) Came out last Tuesday and sprayed outside and in, and I haven’t seen ANY bugs since. I was able to pay my bill online too, which makes things nice and simple. Senske, thank you for consistently providing top notch service!

To my horror we purchased furniture on Craigslist & there were bed bugs in the recliner. Luckily after calling several pest control companies & receiving estimates & inspections, I called Senske. Their service personnel was very knowledgeable & helpful. It took several weeks & repetitive treatments but my problem is solved. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Eric.

We have been using them for about 4 years now. We only use Blaire. He’s amazing. Does such a great job and really takes his time. None of this 5 minute spraying and done. Highly recommend him!!! I am wickedly afraid of any creepy crawlers and he always makes sure the problem is taken care of. :) Blaire is the best.
