Thumbs down all the way!!! Stay away from here, employees are rude and only care about themselves. We wait for over an hour to get a room even after they had all the paper work completed… we got up and left. Leasing my real apartment didn’t take this long. I just needed a temp place to stay. Thank God, I didn’t stay#! here!!!

Terrible customer service. There’s 2 people on staff at this place and the manager on duty is lazy and unhelpful. After being on the road for 5hrs straight, the last thing I want is to wait and wait and did I mention WAIT! We (my fiancée and I) filled out all their paperwork and was returning it to the desk and was told we would be helped in minute and to have a seat. Well after 20mins of waiting we were sick of it and I told them off and we left
